We did not come for the casino but stayed at the hotel. Room and bathroom were spacious, nice and clean. Staff was professional and gave good information about hotel policy. Made the best out of not having having microwave in the room.The valet service is a nice perk to have when you stay as a guest. If you so choose, you have the option of parking in the casino lot and catching their shuttle to the front (they always catch you mid step if you try simply walking and offer a ride). Overall, a great experience.

The amenities are first-rate. We enjoy the view from our accommodation, especially at night. A great stay is also enhanced by the roofdeck restaurant. Congratulations to the entire staff of this hotel for a fantastic experience!

This was a king sized bed. Didnt feel like it to me. Its was a fine stay. Lots of smoking people outside(parents with little children) its good for 3 ppl in one room. But if you have more kida definitely need more space. Personally we dont care for the gambling part so it was just the room we needed. Lots of shopping and food places near it for your convenience.

Room walls allow way too much noise in. Neighbor kept me up most of the night. Dealer shortage makes cash game waiting list almost impossible. They are managing much better at the Commerce. I used to stay at the Bike exclusively for the past 5-6 years. I will not stay again. 2 stars for clean rooms.

This is a real lousey & shady casino in my opinion. Most of the 3rd party banked games they offer is baccarat. Ive done some research and found out that the drop on baccarat tables is about 5 to 1 compared to other table games such as blackjack. What this means is that it takes about 5 blackjack tables to generate the same amount of revenue as one baccarat table. This also, means that the odds are about 5 to 1 against the player when the player switches from blackjack to baccarat play. Is this casino trying to gouge or fleece the general public? Dont take my word for it & do a little quick research to verify it for yourself.This review presents opinions and not allegations of fact. This review can also be for vituperation purposes.

Theres always a game. It just depends how deep are your pockets run and if you like to gamble. I like playing baccarat especially when I hit the dragon bonus but my favorite is playing poker.

Some dealers in Bicycle casino are very horrible. They have very bad attitude to customer, not professional at all, dont know the rules, dont really push the chips if you dont tip them. Give players attitude.They have direct confrontation with players. The management does not do much work on how to improve their service to customers and players,they try to protect their employees, but they should realize where all their income come from all players.Players need to be aware that you all should be treated right from them.

Stood for a weekend getaway. No complaints. The hotel was very quiet, not too many guests, clean and spacious. Front desk allowed us an early check in (thank god). We had just got off a terrible 7 hour flight! The hotel is also located in a convenient spot with a few other stores surrounding it. Didnt really see that much elsewhere.

Worst place ever. You always have to wait at least an hour or two to be seated half of the dealers dont speak English and are rude not to mention difficult to communicate. The whole staff there is not good I dont recommend to play there.

For me, this is the best casino in California. The scenery, the people, and more important the games. The mostly play UTH at the pretty girls table because the service is great and the girls are really nice to you. Also, I like the poker shuffler and that the cards are cut instead of being pre-dealt. It makes the game authentic and I feel like I’m playing at a real poker table but against the dealer. The mangers are nice and very accommodating, especially with everyone having to play outside. It was freezing last night, but they made sure to accommodate everyone with the heaters. I would recommend playing here.

My rating is based on the casino! SOME of the asian dealers are very disrespectful to non-asians.Specifically in the game of Baccarat where i am a regular. Some will hound & watch u while giving u hand sanitizer but wont try to direct-watch-or manage their fellow asians to ensure they are rubbing their hands.Im not a big money player- generally i play 100-200 a hand- they will ignore u if big money is on the table. They wont ask if u want to bet... will scowl if u ask for time to think etc.The floor-men are unfriendly and some will watch u as if u are planning to rob someone. Great casino thats handling the covid-19 pandemic very well by spreading people out and having outdoor tables, most importantly they are sanitizing seats and screens once someone gets up from a table and not allowing people to sit down till its completely sanitized. Great hotel that doesn’t allow bikes on the property, how ironic! Being an amateur cyclist, I booked this hotel from the name and nice pictures. Perfectly located about 18 miles from Long Beach that you can cycle straight to on a beautifully flat cycle path. Unfortunately the homeless rate is high and especially along that path/trail, so recommend group and not solo! Great bar/restaurant, but don’t play cards to gamble; so never made use of the casino! Group cycle tour? Playing $2/$3 NLH at the Bicycle is the worst casino experience Ive ever had. First, I waited on a long line to even be able to get into the poker room, not to play, just to put my name on the Waitlist. After waiting for 2h and 15min, I was seated. There were two players at my table speaking foreign language constantly (I am European myself), and were showing each other their cards. A few players at the table complained about it, and the floor did not do a thing. The management of this casino is so unprofessional, I cannot believe the way they handled the situation. The game was very slow, the dealers are not well trained, management is terrible, just so disappointing to not have a friendly and well managed place to play poker. Eh sigh

I wish they had more swag. Hotel registration is on the right. Valet was attentive and staff at the front desk was really friendly. Its like going to a 4+ star Vegas establishment but in LA. The room we stayed in had two queen beds. It was very well kept and sheets were crisp. I liked the standard pillows were not overly poofy. Shower was clean and water flow was above average. Would highly recommend and will come back to stay and play. Staff at the poker rooms was friendly and so were the local grinders.

My bf and I came here for 2 nights before our cruise.ROOMWe got the basic suite and were surprised to see that there was no wall between the sleep and living area. Plus, there was super loud party going on below. We went to the front desk and the very nice guy gave us a complimentary upgrade. (Thanks, dude!) The new suite was huge. We loved the room but it was not pristinely clean. There were weird stains on the couch and pillows, and hair in the bathroom. An annoying thing was that the “Do Not Disturb” sign fell off the handle every time we opened the door.FOODWe had low expectations of the food based on the reviews. Yep, food was bad. It’s redeeming quality was that it was cheap.When we called for room service the receiver was not knowledgeable. She didn’t know the menu. She also couldn’t tell me all the fees but hinted that it added up to more than $10 for a $10 dish.AMENITIESThe gym is huge and has decent equipment. Except this experience ruined the weekend for me. Their large exercise balls are made of very cheap, sleek material. I didn’t like it but didn’t think it was a safety issue. Then the sleek ball slipped out from under me and I landed hard on my tailbone. It was more intense because I was holding weights. I nearly passed out — I’m not kidding!! I’ve worked out with exercise balls hundreds of times and that’s never happened to me. Now my butt is severely bruised!The business center’s printer ran out of ink and they didn’t have any in stock to replace it.They also couldn’t mail my cards.The spa is lackluster. The quiet room had aggressively bright overhead lights. It had fruit that didn’t look washed. And they had STYROFOAM cups for water and tea!! I got the bicycle signature massage, which is supposed to be a blend of various massage types. But it felt all over the place and was not memorable.SERVICEThe best service was from the front desk guy when we checked in. He was fantastic!Everyone else seemed clueless. One morning I went to the welcome area to ask a question, and two staff members were talking and oblivious to my presence. I had to talk to someone else.TL;DRA card room trying to be a casino / hotel. Decent setup and cheap. Lacks details.

We went to play in the Thursday Mexican poker tourney. We had a blast. The food at the grill was delicious. Tony, who was running the pit for Mexican poker was absolutely fabulous, one of the nicest pit bosses I have ever met. The people we played with at the table were super friendly. We had a really good time! Definitely fun, kicked off our casino vacation quite nicely.

Amazing hotel. Big, clean, luxurious rooms. Decently priced, nice pool, and a very convenient Starbucks on the first floor. Great valet service. Its pretty far from all the tourist sites but that can also be a good thing being away from all the noise and crowds.

If you are a tournament player, avoid the late night tournament. The staff play fast and loose with TDA rules and dont pay much attention to whats going on. Also they start all the new dealers on this tournament and they have no clue what they are doing. Ive played this tournament off and on for years but Ive had enough.

This is a high-quality hotel. They upgraded me to a suite on my first stay (a weeknight). The room was large, clean and comfortable with separate sleeping and living areas. The bathroom was large and had a shower and separate tub. The shower included a handheld shower head, which is automatically a bonus star for me for any hotel. Room service was good and reasonably priced surprisingly, with $6-$7 desserts. Valet parking is free for guests. They did leave my car uncovered at night though, but oh well.

Diamond in the rough! They treat me so good every time Im in the area for work. The rooms are spacious and upscale and the lobby restaurant has a great variety of food on the menu. So glad this place is here.

We drove over to this hotel for a spa day with some friends. Spa was nice and the staff was great (Grace who worked in the front was especially friendly and professional). We then had dinner at the brewery inside the hotel. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The protions were also huge and definitely shareable. Our server was super nice and even let us cancel our friends order when she had to run. All around a good time.

The rooms have been nicely renovated. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is extremely good and very convenient to go anywhere. Lots of light in the room. The courtesy glasses of quality wine were most welcome. Rooms are amazing. I will definitely stay here very time I come to LA.

It has almost been a year since I stayed here. The hotel is very close to the freeway so very convenient and not too far from Hollywood.You would never know the freeway is next to you as there is no freeway noise.The rooms were immaculate and the decoration was beautiful. I was very impressed with the very large glass walk in showers.The neighborhood the hotel is located in had everything you needed. Starbucks ( the hotel had one under construction at the time, Ross, grocery store etc. My reason for not given this hotel 5 stars : Breakfast was not very good and the bar staff was rude. I was unaware the hotel had spa services for a daily fee ( not mentioned anywhere) until the last day . Unfortunate as it was really nice and priced reasonably .

We booked a suite room for my buddy since he was getting married. A bunch of buddies just hanging out. The room was very nice, new, spacious, and modern. Felt like a different space compared to the playing area downstairs.If you like to play cards, the hotel is a cool place to stay. If you won big downstairs, maybe consider getting yourself a suite room to enjoy.The food was also very good at the restaurant, and the servers were very friendly.

Nice overnight getaway. Lovely hotel. Happy with our upgrade to a suite which was super clean & stylish. The bathroom was glorious. Also ate at the Brewery & were really pleased. Only bummed entertainment schedule was not accurate online, we had chosen this hotel specifically for Salsa Night, which we called to confirm was happening, then had been changed to something else. 🙁 Also, we were given credit to the spa but, what do you know, no appointments available. Hire more Spa personell, or open before 11:30 and maybe youd be able to get more business & actually be available to the hotel guests.

We LOVED this hotel. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. TV was absolutely enormous. The room provides relaxing ambient - good to unwind after long day at the office. The security at the hotel seemed good. The rooms are amazing. Good value for what we got.

Valet was very nice and quick to respond, the interior of the casino was beyond exquisite! It was beautiful and had a younger vibe but not like a nightclub, I attended an event for children with special needs in a smaller hall so I didnt get to participate in the gambling, but the servers were very attentive and security was nice and kept other guests away from our small hall. Overall very beautiful.

My wife and I recently stayed here on a 10 day trip. The amenities in the hotel were amazing. The whole place was very clean. Definitely the hotel worth the buck. Transportation in the area was pretty easy. Ill definitely stay here again when Im back for business over the summer.

Poorly run poker tournaments. Experienced 20+ misdeals in a little over an hour. Player’s at table were expected to ante for other players who were absent (for hours). No attempt by tournament staff to balance tables. Also got dress coded for wearing a tank top in 95degree weather, after I signed up for the tournament, but they did then give me a T-shirt.

Remodeled from what appears the ground up. Im sure its just a makeover but it looks great. The restaurant was modern and the staff was very friendly as well. The food and atmosphere was very pleasant that I would swing by more often.

Went strictly for table games at the casino. Everyone was very polite and very helpful. I tried a new table game and I was pleasantly surprised how helpful the dealer and overwatch were. My only complaint would be that most casinos offer adult beverages to their table game players. Here I was only offered water, tea and soda.

Hotel was fantastic. The rooms were the best part of the hotel. The water pressure is fantastic. House keeping did a great job with cleaning and restocking. Bathroom very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 315 which overlooks the roof and El Mariachi restaurant across the street.

Our go to hotel whenever we are in the LA area. This hotel is worth the drive because of the amenities and how far above and beyond they always go to make sure our stay is great!

Fun place to visit

The casino is newly renovated and really nice. They have good food options and a nice hotel that was just built. The table games and poker action are both good as well. They have good table selection for poker and have a good spread of games available.

Was really surprised to come to the casino and saw all the new Renovations they have was very clean the staff was helpful its great to have a Starbucks at the venue and looking forward to staying at the hotel. The tables were a bit slow compared to other casinos in Southern California I think I needs a little bit of work but overall I will give her four stars

Worst casino to play poker at in America, I told the poker manager players were activity cheating in his poker room, he said if I dont like it, play somewhere else!! Will never play at bicycle again, dont be surprised when the bicycle poker room has a major cheating scandal in the future...

Nice stay. Rooms were nice, bathrooms were dope. Toilet paper was the only let down. Casino is mostly poker tables, we didnt see any slots. Pool area closes at 10pm, staff were helpful and friendly. Lots of food later night shopping nearby. Home made tamales in a parking lot within walking distance. I would stay again.

Came here for a vacation. Me and my husband are not gambling people so we did not really care for the poker tables. The decor and everything was very nice and clean!! But.... the location was fantastic. It was in the middle of EVERYTHING. We did not have to drive miles and miles just to get to where we wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again.

You wont find a friendlier staff anywhere, they make you feel truly appreciated . Even when some knucklehead started acting up and blowing off steam the floor staff handle it in a friendly and respectful manner explaining to him his error without being demeaning or offending his dignity in front of others. Im sure weve all seen someone try pulling off some ridiculous angle, they always seem to handle it in a respectful manner.
