I always go to this Starbucks but never late at night. Not sure if this person doesn’t like their job ? But this worker by the name of Jonathon had a really Sassy attitude. Nobody was being rude to him and I doubt he owns this Starbucks. His attitude was so bad for no reason we had to cancel the order . Being that it was late at night, I didn’t want the food or the drinks tampered with. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location until today 9/7/2021 around 1:15 am.I’ve been coming to this location for about 9 years. I’m still upset about the situation. No customer needs a workers attitude if they don’t like their job.I called back to speak to a manger and I guess he put the phone off the hook because I couldn’t get through after that.Update : Called back around 1:52 am . He answered, I asked to speak to a manager he demanded my name and I replied with “ I’m a customer “. He insisted that I give him a name and I explained to him that he had an attitude and got sassy for no reason.He sounded upset and said he was the supervisor. Not sure how true that is, but this person needs better training. Never again will I be going to this location after hours because of this person.

This Starbucks app said theyre 24 hours.Like if youre going to make me drive for coffee at least say youre closed.Bruh.

I usually enjoy coming here despite the long wait because the coffee actually tastes great. However, after today I’ll be avoiding this location. I went through drive through after some wait time and the girl taking orders got my order wrong. I was hesitant to go inside and ask for the drink I ordered but it was so disgusting so I did. I went inside and asked for the drink to be replaced with my original order and was given another coffee that tasted the same if not worse. I was very polite about it and honestly it seems like they just changed the label and gave me the same drink with added milk. Horrible service by the girl at the drive thru window.

They don’t know how to make a vanilla steamer? They had 3 baristas come and ask me what it was, and I had to explain to them… okay.

A good coffee HAS the power of brings memories of really special moments of you life......and this time while I was drinking My coffee with my son, hes 5yrs..... came to my mind that morning, when I was on my grandmothers house drinking coffee....they said,cafe de la ollaI like how it sounds....a good place,a good coffee sharing with your loves ones Its priceless..... Thw wait was aweful and I got more milk then anything in my coffee huh! Couldnt keep the line waiting with was bad enough for me to wait!!! Move it along theme and get what you get taste after you drive away huh!

Jthhh you going to pick up my son from school tomorrow morning and will be back to work on Tuesday at my skates are in for some reason it wont let you want me and my family are doing today and tomorrow but and the other day I have already did it and it is a good idea to the park and next weekend and I was wondering and ride at the park and ride at the park and r what theide you want to go for a new job so or if not maybe you can catch up the mile and stuff but text me and my husband are you doing for the super bowl and I are going out to the park with the Pokemon cards for the interview on my birthday is a week from today to tomorrow at the park and I will let me a picture please and thanks again and I will send the rest of what you want and g are in the process and the other one I have already sent me the link to be a part of this group of people who are interested and I can do it tomorrow so we walk home I at the park and ride

They get 4 stars because they really need to get on top of that drive through. No indications on how the line is supposed to form has some dim people blocking parking spaces and making the line shorter than it should be. If they get some organizing on I will give five starts. Other than that, its good old Starbucks coffee.

Lines are pretty long but they usually give good and fast service.

The employees should tell the customer that they dont have the ingredients. To avoid having to go back and tell them this drink doesnt taste right!!! And then they want to act annoyed!! Give me a break be honest with Your customers.

Aside from the very long line, they won’t tell you when they don’t have berries for your Very Berry Hibiscus. I literally waited in line for 30 minutes to place my order just to get to the window and be given a Venti water. I was so confused and asked the associate that I asked for a Very Berry and they just said they were out of berries. That should’ve been said when I had placed my order, not when I’m picking it up. So they call the manager and she tells me to give her back the water to issue me a refund after waiting a long time for my order. They could’ve at least let me keep the water as well for the inconvenience but no. They are also usually out of whipped cream so I would recommend going to a different Starbucks.

BEWARE!!!! Not only will you wait over an hour in line for your mobile order, but you might catch COVID in the process. This location is extremely busy, they pack the stores with customers and delay your mobile orders. I love Starbucks and have been a loyal customer for years. This location makes me think twice about being a loyal customer. If you are in the area head over to a different location or to Tierra Mia down there street.

It was a Saturday 3pm the drive thru lane was LONG 20 Min wait until to order. But it was worth it I order two fraps & taste was great. Lets be kind & patient

This is a good Starbucks, usually busy but the baristas are always working very quickly and always make my drinks perfect! Which is, what really matters 👍

The workers here are always stressed out and working hard. I feel bad for them, they deserve a raise. So in other words, coming here is a good idea as they are on point and will never fail you. I just wish the customers treated them better, they dont deserve all the badmouthing some customers give them, just because they cant be patient for a cup of sugar.

I love star bucks. especially the one in eastern.But some workers been having bad attitude (Drive thru).

During the pandemic, starbucks should LIMIT the entry. Mobile orders say order is ready when you still HAVE to wait more than 10 minutes inside the packed starbucks. Their phones dont even work to call to ask about our orders.

I may have received one wrong order out of the hundred times Ive been here. Barristas are always friendly and gracious. This Starbucks participates in the movement toward no electrical outlet access. So if you need to work on your laptop, youre SOL without a good battery.

I like this location because they are able to warm up your pastries. Some locations arent able to do this. The customer service was good and my coffee was hot. What else can you ask for a Starbucks.

I came to starbucks....through my phone app made a purchase....came to pick it up and they need my phone to see it.....so I go back to my house I live quite a way far away...well anyway I go pick up my phone I bring it bavk to show her I purchase the drink and she says I have to go through drive thru.....b***h .If it wasnt because I already paid those a**holes

Had to wait in the ridiculous long line for a order that specifically said that i dont need to wait in line for and turned a 3 min pick up to a 45 min long one. The drink was watered down by the time i arrived to the window and had no more flavor

Staff is top notch and friendly. They are the best in the region from what I overheard. It can be crowded so if you go for just a coffee real quick i would suggest ordering it before hand on the app so you can just grab and go.

Always great coffee and with a smile and a quick service. Open 24 hours a day for those in need of a bean fix, drive thru. Also if youre in search of toys, clothing, a pet store and something to eat this is a great place to stop while running your daily errands

Just bought a drink here this morning ordered a hot white mocha and it tastes terrible. It is nothing of what it should taste like the coffee at my office tastes better. Whoever made my drink must be new or not know what they are doing but I regret making myself late to work for what I thought was going to be a drink that was worth it.

Everyone is nice here but today, I think I had a new barista make my coffee and I didn’t like it! I had to get off my car to get it re done and still didn’t taste like it usually does. Left it as it was because I was running late for work.

The drive thru was soooo quick this morning! They literally got about 7 cars out in like 3 mins! I barely had time to take out my wallet(i should have been ready). Excellent job! I wanted to compliment them on their great work but i didnt want to slow them down so i decided to write a review instead. Thank you so much for the fast service.

I placed my order here for mobile pick-up. I didn’t interact much with staff and when I arrived my drink and food were ready. I ordered a grande vanilla crème steamer and a ham & cheese croissant. The croissant was good and warm. I was a little disappointed that the vanilla crème was bland. It had a faint taste of vanilla and it was lukewarm. I guess they were in a rush, so they had to push the orders quickly. I hope it will be better the next time.
