Very disappointed with this store dishonest guy in the counter he charged me large coffe when I only got medium size,didnt want to honor the free slurpee in the app definitely not coming back here

There was this employee with circle glasses was really generous towards me and very helpful.

This morning, i got hot chocolate, and it was water the color was the same brown but it did not taste as hot chocolate it tasted like water

If I could give 0 stars I would. However my lawyer I have contacted due to the worker LEO REFUSING MY REGISTERED SERVICE DOG in the store WITH PROOF OF REGISTRATION AND PHOTO REGISTRATION PROOF. THEN ASKED HIM HIS MANAGERS NAME AND HE TOLD ME NONE OF MY BUSINESS HE DIDNT KNOW IT, HOWEVER 7-11 HEADQUARTERS DID!

On 6/1/18 4:40 pm I came to this 711 Bell Gardens for a ice coffee refill with my own 711 x-large cup, i show the cashier my cup & i said refill & he shuck is head as for saying yeah, after finished filling my coffee & then as I went to pay I said ice coffee refill & 2 slices of pizza, the cashier says no! I was shocked then I said what do u mean No!, the cashier said that i came in with a different & i switch it, i got upset then i said sir I showed u my cup I been having this cup for a while which I bought in 711 Bellfower (which I wrote a great review about having ice refill). The Reason I was here 711 Bell Gardens because I came to pick up my co-worker which the cashier knows him & i told the cashier do u want me to get my co-worker out my car too tell you this is cup which I came in with and then the cashier finally came 2 senses and charge for the refill, I felt so disrespected and embarrassed because he said it in front of other customers inline behind me

Didnt give me my cash back or recipient bunch of crooks! Cashier refused to help or do anything. Guy didnt even contact the manager.
