Now, forgetting the multiple spelling and grammatical errors in the other sections as you navigate their site, allow me to illustrate why this company should not only be avoided, but gone after for false advertising and deliberate deception of the consumer.8/27 - Appointment made for early in the week.8/31 - When I called to find out why nobody had contacted me, I received a blunt comment stating the individuals who picked up their phone were an answering service, and cant make appointments.*To start with, theyre YOUR answering service, and they DID make arrangements to send someone out. *No apology, immediate excuses, from someone who sounded like one of Marges smoky sisters from The Simpsons, trained in business from an era equally as antiquated.9/8 - 9am appointment; theyre late. They took the PC at 10 and said theyd call back in an hour with an update. Nothing that day.9/13 - Chuck couldnt find my number. Said he would call back with an update on the PC on 9/14, and, of course, nothing.9/19 - Next call from Debbie. He forgot to call you. He sent me a text to call you.The one thing Phenx does quickly is send out the bill, mailed 9/20. They claim the utmost in professionalism and service, yet provide nothing but excuses for the unorganized mess that is Phenx and its crew. Losing numbers for your revenue stream, failing to accept responsibility for multiple failures, and empty promises sum up the Phenx experience, which from start to finish, lasted 24 days.Your home business and your family cant afford to go a day without your computer; but let me assure you, you can certainly afford to go a lifetime without Phenx! Let Phenx die; they wont be rising from the ashes...

Does good work. Not great place for parking

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it. The people they have answering the phones are idiots. She hung up on me 4 times and wouldnt tell me her name?! Sounded like she had a mouth full of food. Lost a costumer
