I’ve been going to get my mowers serviced here for a few years. The guy(owner) is very helpful and honest with me about what my lawnmower needed to get repaired. He could’ve have lied and charged me more for services I didn’t need but he didn’t and I respect him for that.

Had mower in for repair 2 weeks ago. 80.00. Mower is having same issue as it was. Wont stay running. Wont go back here again!!!

Ive taken my self-propelled mower there the beginning of lawn mowing season the past couple years for maintenance and up-keep. They staff has always been extremely helpful, from helping unload the mower to finishing in a timely manner. Stress-free experience! Price is inexpensive! Convenient location and hours! I will keep going there as long as they stay in business. Great job guys!

I had trouble with mower where it would run five min and shut off and took it to East Side Repair. They worked on it and repaired it and stood by their work.

If you like not making good on promised delivery dates and not returning calls - then you will be happy with this place. He doesnt have a voice recorder on his phone and said he would call back if he sees a name on a caller ID - which is not true since he didnt bother calling me back. I also dropped by to pick up my mower (it was sitting outside) and when I walked up an asked him, he lost his grip on a pull rope recoil and said sarcastically YOU JUST COST ME MONEY! and threw it down on top the mower. I should have realized there was something wrong with this business after seeing lawn mowers stacked one on top of the other 6 deep inside the garage when I dropped it off. He also said you need a new battery. My battery is brand new - the problem is - he apparently doesnt know this motor has a compression release on it and if its not properly adjusted - will act as though the battery is almost dead. I took my mower and paid his 90 bucks for adjusting the valves. I was taking it with me either way - fixed or not. Im going to have to take it somewhere else now to get it fixed properly for the compression release. I would recommend you think twice about taking your mower here for repairs.UPDATE: August 2017 - My lawn tractor was hard to start after repairs here and my starter solenoid burned up. I took it to Weissenborn Lawn Equipment this time and these guys are great. They replaced the solenoid, re-adjusted the valves, and fixed the engine compression issue -all for a reasonable price.. Now it runs like new!
