We went into the store today and I was blown away with their customer service. They were all very kind and knowledgeable of their products and how to style them. Daniel was A-MA-ZING!!!! He helped me figure out the perfect size for a coat I wanted, helped me with tips how to style it for different occasions. He was absolutely wonderful, he definitely made my day!

This is one of my favorite places to shop at in the mall, and I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. It is a luxury brand, so expect the majority of products to be in between low three-digit to the upper four-digit price range. In my experience, everything Ive bought here has been worth it, especially when you take into account the great customer service and atmosphere inside of the boutique. Also want to give a big shout out to Mei, who truly treats you as a friend whenever youre shopping in the store. Ive never felt pressured to buy anything in the store, and she is honestly just a very great person to talk to!

I was extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their bags. Mei and Daniel made my wife’s gift extra-special with the wonderful packaging. They most certainly earned a life-long client!

Domingo & the store manager are very dedicated to a great customer experience. Domingo himself is very knowledgeable about fashion & fit, and makes you feel so welcomed. He is a dedicated employee who takes every step to make sure you’re comfortable and that your questions are answered. He has great style, making his suggestions awesome. Two people in Burberry have made this my all time favorite store ever. Their names are Veronica and Domingo! I am a huge fan of both the brand and their customer service. I have been to many stores, since I decided I enjoyed shopping in my teens. This store has the absolute highest quality of personal attention that I have ever experienced in all my shopping excursions. They follow up after the sale and want you pleased with each and every purchase. You can tell they strive to provide all around excellence and they hit the nail on the head in my book. I recommend that if you havent been in you make it a point to do so and if you have visited, you go back again. You wont be disappointed.

Really great source for high end designer clothes. Purchased a really nice down jacket and have been extremely happy. The staff was very friendly and prompt and gave great advice as to what was fashionable; they also arent pushy at all. Do know that you should expect designer prices to go along with the high quality clothes though.
