My friend and visited this location on a whim. Cannot say enough how wonderful the two staff were. Out of the 4 locations we visited that day, this was by far the best. They were friendly, fun, supportive and did not pressure us to buy at all. I could have stayed and talked to them for HOURS. Once we told them the styles we were looking for, they hit it on the jackpot picking out several for us to try on, all of which were perfect. It is a small shop but definitely worth checking out. Service was impeccable. They are at the top of our finalist list.

We had the best experience at this bridal shop! It was a last minute stop after the first place we went to was completely awful. Walked into Bridal Palace and was greeted and felt so much more comfortable and the whole experience was exactly what I imagined finding my wedding dress to be like. And I found the PERFECT dress when I totally wasn’t expecting too! So in love with it! I can’t wait for my wedding now!!

I went to look for veils, and even though I didnt end up buying anything today (wanted to think about it) the two ladies that were there were both helpful and friendly. They do alterations here which is real nice. Ive had a nightmare happen at a place where I bought my wedding dress because what alterations said and what the dress sales lady said were so different, and went through a lot of stress unnecessarily. Wish I bought my wedding dress here, because that would not have happened. Also, importantly for me, I did not feel pressured to buy something which I appreciate.

The worst service of all the bridal stores I have visited. After the first 10 minutes, I was given no help getting in and out of dresses. Halfway into my scheduled time slot, my helper left me completely for another patron. Do not recommend.

I loved my experience here. Everyone is professional, personable, and excited for their customers. Houda pretty much picked me wedding dress. She pointed the dress out on the mannequin and said I had to try it on. At first, I was torn between two dresses. Houda was very patient with me. If anything, she was very excited. She had me try the two dresses back one, with the one I chose last. As soon as I stepped out on the platform, I knew it was my dress. I loved it and surprise! It was the one from the mannequin. Houda also did my alterations. She was amazing. The dress was beaded from top to bottom and you couldn’t tell she had taken it in and shortened it. On my wedding day, everyone loved my dress. Dishonest pricing & lack of transparency w/ Houda (DO NOT BUY FROM HERE). TLDR: Houda charged me 2 times the recommended retail price and ghosted me throughout the process.After, seeing the positive reviews, I decided to check out dresses from the Bridal Palace. I ended up buying a dress from Houda at $5150 (owner of bridal palace bellevue). Later that year, I had come across the exact same dress that I had bought but at a fraction of the price in a different store (selling at $2490) at the bridal store in Seattle. I was pretty shocked by the huge difference in price, and initially thought it could’ve been related due to gradual lowered price from Pronovias. So, I emailed the brand directly and found that (even at the time that I had bought the dress) the recommended retail price was $2600.After that, I contacted Houda directly why she had charged me essentially 2 times the price of the recommended retail price. She then said that she had to check her records and would follow up with me. I waited for a month while trying to reach out to her via text, to which she avoided. After that, I had called her store directly and she again said that she needed to check her records and would follow up with me the following Monday. After not hearing at all from her for the following 2 weeks, I came into her store to directly chat with her.On approaching her about the price she didn’t have any reason for why there was such a huge price difference. She just kept saying that I had accepted the price at that time, and it’s up to the store how much they see fit to charge for an item. Only after we confronted her about the price did she begin to offer added things such as veil / skirt/alterations to make up the difference but refused to refund any amount for the dress. At this point, in no way would any of these added items account for the difference in price I paid, and further I would not do any business with her after what happened.It’s heartbreaking for me because I feel like I’ve essentially been ‘duped’ into paying an exorbitant price with no recourse because I had misplaced my trust in her. Throughout this process, once I had found out about the true price, she essentially tried to dodge all contact from me to avoid the situation. I can’t imagine all the people that have bought from her that have been charged similarly at 2x price of recommended retail as I had.For ALL the brides out there -If you had brought a dress from Houda, I would say go fact check the true price of your dress.If you are currently shopping for a wedding dress, DO NOT buy from here if you don’t want to end up paying 2 times the price. There are plenty good bridal shops (i.e. Bellevue Bridal Boutique, Eltsa Bridal, the Dress Theory, or Blue Sky Bridal).

Bridal Palace Bellevue is the BEST place if you’re looking for the perfect dress, at a reasonable price, with great customer service and positive atmosphere. We bought my sister’s wedding dress there last year after visiting many bridal shops across NY/ CA/ WA and found this is the place with the most beautiful dresses and the most professional and kind staff. When it came to my own engagement and wedding dresses i knew this is the place. Houda took the time to make sure i find the perfect dress and addressed all my wants patiently and altered my dress to fit me perfectly. I loved my beautiful wedding dress and got so compliments. This is an outstanding place to get whatever you need. Their collection is mesmerizing. I got my prom dress here and it is perfect. They also provide alterations which is a cherry on top of a delicious cake. The staff is very considerate and very customer friendly.

I had every brides worst nightmare come true. My dress thanks to covid had a massive delay in shipping and didn’t arrive until the Tuesday night before my wedding (that Saturday). The material was all wrong and when I put it on I wanted to vomit it was so hideous. Bordering between laughing and crying hysterically my fiancé and joked about having a toga party so I wouldn’t have to worry about a dress. Bridal palace is right at the entrance to my apartment complex so in a last ditch effort I reached out to them. I received an email response almost immediately lamenting over my situation “don’t worry honey we’ll get you something figured out come in after 1pm tomorrow (Wednesday).” I showed up at 1:10pm totally overwhelmed without a clue what looked good on my body or any style that I preferred. “Flowy” was my one contribution and Houda twirled off in a whirlwind of motion. I tried on 6 dresses and picked a gorgeous long, flowy A-line. The alterations she said would be done by Friday morning and sure enough she rushed me in for a final fitting and it fit like a dream. I have never felt so beautiful. I’m going into the navy and I told her how grateful I was and that I just felt like I had had an army working on my behalf. She pulled down her glasses, looked at me and said “honey, you’re fighting for us in our army the least we could do is be apart of yours.” I could not be more grateful for all the help she provided. The dress was beautiful but the dressmaker was what made it truly exceptional.

I brought in my lace wedding gown to tante Houda for alterations. She was able to offer recommendations and had a vision, and ended up inserting boning and cups which gave the gown structure, and it now fits perfectly. She also hemmed the length at the bottom and added a custom pearl belt. The dress is amazing, I feel like a queen wearing it and could not be more appreciative. She was able to do all of this in less than 72 hours, which is impressive. She is professional and delightful to work with!

Dont go here if youre trying to get a tux through their association with Jims Formal Wear. Youre likely to hear them complain about how they dont get paid for it and try to argue with you when youre just trying to put an order through following instructions that the groom gave you.

It was a last minute dress purchase. I bought some dresses online but they were ok. The owner is such a sweet helpful lady. She knew exactly what I was looking for and how I wanted to look and feel in the dress. She picked up the most glamorous dress for me. Not only that she had to go above and beyond to tailor for my dress exactly how I wanted in a very short time and customize it too. Not only that she was attending a show and she worked on my dress all night and she reopened her store after hours to try it on to make sure it fits and to make sure I like it. I loved it. I got a lot of great comments and feedback on my look because of bridal palace collection, help and experience. Definitely and highly recommend it if you want to look your best!

The lady at Bridal Palace was absolutely amazing! I cant remember her name since we were so mesmerized by all the dresses but she was a rockstar and the sweetest lady. Her customer service was beyond fabulous!! We booked a last minute appointment and she was super accommodating. The place offers a great selection of dresses from all different styles and the best part the sizing and alteration time frames are very reasonable. Our girl squad had a great time trying on dresses for our friend and she was super helpful along the way and we got a great price on an Italian designed dress that will arrive before our wedding date in April. Excited to see my friend in the dress once its all done. The quality of dresses is also awesome and they dont use cheap lace fabric like most places weve seen and we had been to 3 other shops previously. Highly recommend checking out this place especially if you started late on the dress shopping like we did!The location is also super convenient and right across from the Crossroads strip mall in Bellevue and they have plenty of parking right out front.

Called in for a same day appointment and the owner was amazing and completely accommodating. She has a really good eye for what works for different body types and pulled out dresses that matched my figure so well. I came out of my appointment with two very beautiful Italian dresses to choose from (a good problem to have!) I highly recommend this place!

She is amazing! I met her at the Bellevue expo and called her a few days later to set an appointment up and she still remembered me and the dress I had tried on! When I got to the shop I was very impressed with the selection and quality of her dresses to choose from! But in the end I went with the original dress I tried on at the expo! So thank you! She is also has a few bridesmaid dresses and is getting into the prom dresses which I would recommend anyone for any formal event to go see her Just because of her selection of bridal gowns and her love for her job!

Terrible place! I originally came in September and ordered my dress, was told that it would be ready to go around December-January time. Didn’t get the dress in until February-March (luckily my wedding was in June). On top of all this, I had mentioned to her the first time I tried on the dress that I would need sleeves altered into the dress (as she promised it would be done around $50-$100 extra charge in about 3-4 weeks). Although, when I came for my second try-on, she said I hadn’t mentioned the sleeves. The best part is, my sleeves didn’t at all look like what I wanted- they were super baggy, as I “wouldn’t be able to raise my hands” if she made them tighter. On the other hand, the dress itself (minus the sleeves) was a beautiful a-line gown! At the end of the day, I was happy only because of the person I married & that I was able to cover the horrible sleeves with my veil. Moral of the story, if you want good looking sleeves don’t come here or just go get alterations somewhere else!

Awful place booked an appointment 2 months out. Day before appointment got confirmation emails and also day of. Show up to my appointment at 1pm and no one is there we called and emailed the store. Finally had to contact them through Facebook and they said they had no idea I had an appointment with them. And that they had an emergency wedding and couldn’t be there. And this was after waiting and hour and a half. The lady did tell me she could be there at 4. I couldn’t make it back.

This is a brand new store and I HIGHLY recommend it to find a wedding dress. After trying several boutiques with little luck, stopping here was a breath of fresh air. Huda was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and took exactly what I wanted and found better. She goes above and beyond and and was very flexible.
