Lots of vegan options for drinks! Protein and peanut butter smoothie was delicious but very very thick. I didnt mind that too much. Good service too! Only con was that they are really overpriced, but its to be expected since it is a Nordstrom coffee shop.

I got one cheese biscuit and asked them to warm it up and they took it to warm up and when they gave it back it was still very cold.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a coke over ice. Staff couldn’t figure out how to put a scoop of ice in a cup without making me wait 20 minutes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Amazing! I now have a usual drink, and the prices are great. Plus, I love Nordstrom. So, all you do is walk over, then youve got an amazing drink/snack!

Friendly staff. Very busy, but nearly no wait. My mocha had the right mix of delicious flavors. Enjoyed every drop. Plenty of seating to enjoy your coffee with available wifi.

Lady working there named Victoria totally ignored me and my son. We were standing there for 2minutes, she didnt say hi or anything. Until a lady (a regular because Victoria knows her by name) came andVictoria greeted her, made her drink, and checked her out with her purchase. Lady said to Victoria werent they first? (Talking about my son and I). Victoria didnt say anything. Another barista came behind the counter and she helped us.I told my son, That lady (Victoria) was rude.My son replied, why mommy? Is it because she said hi to everyone but not us?

The latte is simply warm milk. No froth. Disappointment.

Disappointed with the barista ( female) she looked worn out and tired, she made my latte and never called me for it, I was standing right there waiting, she just slide towards my direction without saying a word, I had to ask her “ is this mine”?She said “ oh yeah sorry “. Bad service!!
