I love this Starbucks! The atmosphere, the people, employees, the set up of furniture, everything about this Starbucks is very welcoming, warm and cute! You feel the comfort of home outside! I love this kind of atmosphere! You can get lots done in one visit by feeling good, have a sip on your coffee, feel comfortable! I definitely recommend this Starbucks!

The food/drinks were great BUT the employees were awesome.

First time into this location. Peggy was super friendly and very engaging with conversation. She was exceptional at offering items that were unique to that location or new to the menu. All of staff was especially friendly and talkative. Caught me off guard, but pleasing none the less

This place was empty, but I was out in the smoke and seems no one else was. The counter person was charming and helpful! They wiped down everything and manager yelled wash hands everybody just to remind employees to do so. Very on top of it all!

This location cant make white mocha that is anything but sweat and stinky. It should have a destinct espresso flavor with the other stuff.

Fast friendly and attentive to there customers. Added the wrong topping but not to big of a deal. Was still good.

Consistent and predictable, similar to Macdonalds, but dirty. Sour millk smell, reminds me of little.kids and cars.

Open during pandemic, they have a very nicely roped off tables section making it clear there is no sitting allowed in this cafe. There are clearly marked arrows where to go and order and where to pick up for mobile orders. I got my frappe and got out, everyone masked. I liked how fast they were and how delicious my arrogato shot was

Ordered for bagel and cream cheese and it was yummy . Especially the bagel was so soft and simply delicious..

I loved this Starbucks, but they have a new staff and dont even have ice coffee at 10 am anymore. What a disappoinment. I used to come for the people that work here and how energetic and helpful they were... Well, the new people not so much. Maybe they will get the old staff back...

Visited the store today after shopping at Bellevue Square. What a pleasure to walk into someplace where youre warmly greeted and waited on by attentive people. Great service and atmosphere and, of course, love the peppermint mocha lattes.

Samara (I hope that’s how you spell her name) was very nice as she made my drink, but turned into a completely different person when she clocked off. At closing, I was chatting with a friend (unaware of the time and when the store closed) and she shouted from behind the counter, “Ladies! We’re closed. Get out!” And snapped her fingers towards the door with an annoyed look on her face. She raised her voice at two other customers, doing the same gesture towards them as well. Doing all this as she rushed out of the store with her belongings. Her boyfriend held the door open for us and my friend and I sat at the tables outside to finish our conversation. However, we were completely distracted by she and her boyfriend making out in the parking lot for five minutes.I have no idea what the actual protocol is in communicating to customers closing time, but I would bet that that behavior is far from it.If I see her working her next time I come by, I will be sure to go to another Starbucks in the area.

Pretty mellow place to study, meet people or just chill with friends. I mean, it was Sunday evening in Bellevue.

Lots of seating and always pretty busy. Only 1 hour parking available and tickets are handed out. There is only two dirty bathrooms available, a bit surprising for the size of the cafe and location. I appreciate that it is bigger and the recent renovations are nice.

If you want to experience a homeless shelter, this place is great to visit!

I went to this Starbucks to plug in the laptop and work. Plenty of room, plugins assailable, Google WiFi so it was smooth. Coffee was great.

I have been a loyal customer @ Starbucks for over ten years now and I love their grand lattes with non fat milk, 140 degrees, and six shots of vanilla!I drink coffee 24 hrs a day seven days a week.

Decent Starbucks. Plenty of seating, some cushy options, and outlets for laptop. A little apprehensive about all the parking marked 60 Minutes since I want to have a sandwich and study a bit.

Bought a gift card. Thought they hsd some for teachers. Then he said no but you can just use the Thank You one. Already ringing it up. Says hell get the envelope. Oops. Theyre out. Tons of gift cards in store but not 1 envelope. Choice, take a refund he says or try to get an envelope at another Starbucks. Really!!

Place is clean but slow not to mention the girl that made my coffee did not pay attention to what was in front of her and spilt a drink on me. Didn’t even offer a towel or a napkin after she had done this. Just laughed about it!

One of my favorite places to sketch. They have stools by the window where (If you come alone) you can view cars going by and sketch the wildlife...

I Order from there this afternoon for a trenta PINK DRINKS, however when I ask for a cup of ice, one of the server told me “next time I wouldn’t be able to give you this” I mean what’s wrong with asking for a cup of ice?

Great. I once meet a friend here once. The coffee is Abit different . Thats probably because the staff was a real person And not some bot of some sort.

Despite an austere makeover that makes you feel like youve entered the lobby of a modern art museum, the service provided is as warm as ever, no matter how early you roll in, even earlier according to the posted hours than most starbucks in bellevue if you like.

Ordered a cinnamon almondmilk macchiato and 2 morning buns, sat to have lunch with my kids. Watched how EVERY barista there avoided making any conversation with any person of color when taking orders. Staff were rude and were more concerned with having personal conversations than actually helping customers. There were 8 employees working, one taking orders, 2 making drinks and the rest were talking about weekend plans. Worst Starbucks Ive EVER been to

THIS particular Starbucks is my favorite, anywhere in the world. As a freelance designer, I have spent countless days in there working. I am continually astounded by the wonderful people who have worked there over the years...until today.Today the cashier who greeted me mispronounced my name...then made a joke about it that made me laugh...then, he found me in the store to hand deliver the drink...marked with ANOTHER wrong name...we both laughed.In my opinion, corporate SB should study that store and apply its special feeling worldwide!Btw: I am posting this glowing review in SPITE of the fact that I am still mad as hell at Schultz for that whole Sonics travesty...Cheers to the Bellevue 8th Ave Starbux staff!
