I have been visiting Bellevue Square for 2 years yet this was my first time to visit Lush.I am very impressed by the service. At the entrance you would ask to wash your hands which is very cool way to keep hygiene and try samples. We got a demonstration of a product and how to use it, I feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

I love Lush products & always buy the Charity Pots. I think its awesome that this company supports all these wonderful causes. Their shampoo bars, body lotions & scrubs smell wonderful and really pamper my skin. The staff are super helpful too!

We always stop in whenever we have to go to Bellevue because I converted my partner into a die-hard Lush fan. Giselle has helped us many times, providing solid recommendations and wonderful customer service. Seriously, give that woman a raise. We love this store and its staff!

Excellent intro, props to the woman showing me the products I washed my hands with but after, I just kept getting hovered and informed about what every product was like, their bath bombs I get it. Was definitely gonna grab more but I just had to get out of there before I had to hear about anything else.

This store in general is great. But in the before times, the mall would fine you for closing early. So who knows what the actual time they close is.

They are currently out of stock of select items because their factory doesnt have enough supplies, but Lush employees try their best to help you find what you need. The products are amazing as always, I came to restock rose jam shower gel and bought a rose jam perfume spray for myself.

We all washed hands upon entry which was a great safety step.

I had the BEST experience at this location! The store manager assisted me, as did the greeter. Together, they helped me put together an amazing gift basket for myself and my partner for our anniversary trip. The best staff and products! I left smiling! ❤️❤️

So I like taking baths and this store its like heaven for any girl who likes taking baths. You can trust and know that all the products are organic and the sense you end up having after taking a bath and the way your skin feels is worth the price. What makes it even more fun is all the girls who work there are so sweet. If you like taking baths go here.

I highly recommend the bar shampoo as it works great, has no plastic, and ships more economically due to the small size and weight. Youll love the scents that are available and your hair will be happy.

My 3 year daughter and I were so excited to find a lush but upon entrance we were inform of the new draconian mask mandate for children 2 YEARS AND YOUNGER! however the ladies inside were still able to make our trip enjoyable despite not being able to enter the store. LUSH is a chain that sells things like soaps, bath bombs, fragrance and lotions plus more. They have a large variety of items and is always a good choice for a present. The staff in here is always nice and helpful, although be prepared to spend a good amount of money as the items are quite expensive.

The Covid protocol is pretty practical there. They make you wash your hands at the sinks in front of the store before going into the store and browse. 👍

Used their shampoo and conditioner bars - very happy as my hair looked best. Only issue being that the shampoo bar cannot clean excess oil from hair or it may take too many washes to get the oil off the scalp.

If you’re looking for stellar customer service look no further than a LUSH store. I don’t think I’ve ever visited a LUSH store and received anything less than a wonderful customer experience. This location is no exception, if anything, it’s even better.

They have you to wash your hands before coming in, using a small piece of one of their soaps, and you get to keep the rest! Lots of helpful workers!

Got a bunch of bath bombs and stuff. Great handwashing station before you come in.

Would give a 5 star. But even during covid and the 25% capacity we were one of two customers in the store. Within 5 minutes we had every team member of the store ask us what we were looking for. We werent sure at the time what we were looking for but have shipped there before and like the products so we were just seeing what we wanted. Please cut down on how many store team members ask us to help haha. Other than that we love the soaps, toothpaste tablets, mouth wash tablets and thats what we bought. We hope lush continues to get business and stays through COVID 19.

I was getting something for my girlfriend and I had some baseline things to move towards and to avoid. It took me walking in to realize that I still had no idea what to get. The employees were SUPER helpful in getting me what I was looking for with my limited experience, and theyre all just delightful people!

Best place to get handmade fresh cosmetics for daily use. The products can be a bit pricier but the store has an excellent return policy if a product doesn’t meet your skincare needs. Yesterday I had to return a hair moisturizer that I tried for about two weeks. The women working were more than helpful to find a product that fitted my needs better. I also love that all the products either come “naked” - no packaging or within black pots that are recycled over and over. The store encourages customers to save those black pots - you can collect them and return them for a fresh facial mask. How cool is that? They are also very generous and will allow customers to request samples of multiple products before they come back to hopefully purchase more.

Ridiculous blockage from looking at products due to covid, however the salesperson did stand there and give me a tester for every single item that I wanted. I see them going out of business with this set up, but to each his own.

I went absolutely crazy looking at everything in LUSH! They had a huge supply of my favorite soap - Respect your Elders. We had to stop and smell and sample just about everything they had. Even my youngest son got into the act, picking out a chapstick pot for himself which he has been taking everywhere with him. (Best of all, it TOTALLY works. His usually dry and chewed up little lips are smooth and healing after just 3 days!)

This Lush store has awesome customer service. They are very friendly and answer any and all questions competently. The store is big and has a lot of selection. All-in-all good job LUSH team - you did well.By the way you should check out their shampoos, regular soaps and deodorant powders. Thumbs up!!! I have probably used just about every shampoo on the market and must say when a family member bought this shampoo bar for me and I tried it out for the first time I was blown away. It becomes foamy almost immediately after rubbing it on the hair twice, smells great and best of all, my hair feels wonderfully clean. Much cleaner than it has ever felt. Whats more, the products are all natural, organic and vegan. I rarely give any product an outstanding rating but in this case I think 5 stars are not enough. I think this store, company, and shampoo deserves a 10 out of 5 ;)

First time at Lush, I was surprised by the diverse selection of soaps, bath bombs and other things! The sales people were a little too pushy for my tastes, but they were definitely knowledgeable. I cant wait to use my bath bombs!

A really friendly, helpful associate approached me the moment I walked in and directed me straight to the exact product I was looking for. She also mixed up a free sample batch of another product that she recommended for my tattoos. Avoid this place if youre allergic to nuts, though.

This LUSH location is definitely on par with the standard set by other locations. Employees are friendly and quick to help. They are knowledgeable about all products and can help you pick out what is right for you. This includes testing products and giving free samples for trial runs at home. Highly recommend.

Staff here are really nice. They took time to explain a bunch of their products, and they are obviously devotees. Its a large LUSH, so there are also a ton of products in a good location.

Bailey helped me yesterday pick out a solid shampoo. She was friendly, helpful, and full of helpful tips!! The other staff spoke very highly of their store and you could tell they truly enjoyed their jobs!

Cassie is my go to girl. She’s absolutely incredible and always knows what I like and what would be good for me. She’s absolutely stellar, and makes an already fantastic store all the better.

Great shop for buying bath bombs for my girlfriend! Staff was very attentive and they had sinks for washing my paws off after handling the glittery merchandise. A little spendy, but high quality.

Literally had the best experience here. Not even a minute after I entered the store I was greeted by an employee and helped out. It was my first time ever entering a Lush store and I dont know if it was just this Lush store but my experience was really good! The employee who helped me was super nice, like, crazy nice! I told him I was looking for a gift for my manager and he found me the perfect product (Srubee). I was shocked at how good the product was! I went home a really happy customer and I definitely will be returning back! :)Im not sure what his name was but he looked young compared to the other employees.(Black hair and braces)

Lots of my friends use lush products, and my friend recommended I give their products a go. I was slightly skeptical at first, as I figured that such natural products wouldn’t be strong enough to combat my crazy dry and sensitive yet oily and acne-prone, skin. Boy was I wrong! As soon as I stepped into the store, a friendly (if a little overbearing) sales associate recommended the exact products used to combat my skin type, even offering samples to test out. I brought the samples home, used them for a couple of weeks, and can now confirm that I will be buying these items (Celestial moisturizer and Herbalism cleanser) in bulk. The herbalism cleanser is a godsend for my pimples, and the celestial moisturizer is amazing for my sensitive skin. As someone who used to use harsh cleansers such as Cetaphil and Neutrogena, I can confirm am never going back!P.S. it is to be noted that lush products can be very expensive, so I recommend to purchase off the UK website, as it is much cheaper than purchasing off of Canada or US sites.

Every one at this store is amazing and supper helpful. While some of the thing here can be pricy they last a long time and are the absolute best. Love the body conditioners and face products (i.e. face masks, wash, mosterisers). They help you find the perfect product for you.
