So I was looking for a color match for the Mac Studio fix and the lady had my color ON POINT. Without even pulling down my mask or anything she matched my color right! She wasn’t pushy or forcing me to buy things I don’t want. It was quick and simple and I’m very satisfied with the color she picked out for me. :)

Friendly, knowledgable sales people. Excellent at application, everyone at Nordstrom is practicing social distancing, all wearing masks, and constantly disinfecting. Highly recommend, the anniversary sale is on!

Rep working solo shift yesterday is a good example why you shouldnt even step inside the store and just go to Nordstrom. Awful costumer service experience. Must be a new hire.
