Heidi was the sweetest person!! i got a free mini facial and she was so talkative and nice! she gave samples to try at home. i am definitely coming back soon. my experience was wonderful- she needs a raise!!

Origins as a company & brand are fine but I didn’t have a great experience at this location.I was Christmas shopping for my mom and walked into an empty store. The employees eyed me and said nothing, they just went back to whatever they were doing. I browse around more waiting for someone to help since I wasn’t sure what product would be best for my mom.A few minutes later, a lady walks in and they immediately jump up to help her, asking what she’s looking for, and spend plenty of time catering to her needs. Did I not look like I needed help? Did they think I couldn’t afford to shop there? Honestly, I don’t know but I felt super disrespected. Why did you ignore a potential customer?2 stars for bad customer service. I ended up going into another store and as soon as the employee was done with one customer, she walked to me and asked if I needed any help!

Heidi, the assistant manager, is amazing! She gave me an awesome facial and knew everything about the products. I was blown away by how my skin felt after she was done with her work. I left with two awesome products that I’m so excited to use!

Came in looking for some products for my grandmother and spoke with Heidi. She was very helpful in picking out the right products for my grandmother as well as recommending a few products for myself. She gave me a few samples to take home and try out. One of the samples I love so much I bought it a month later for my birthday (mega mushroom mask). This store even offers to do free local shipping to your house!

I got the GinZing tinted moisturizer and it has become my favorite skin care product! It evens out my skin tone and protects against sun damage. Mary at Bellevue origins was so helpful- incredible, personalized costumer service!

Great place to pick up gift for yourself or your significant other.

I was actually kind of grossed out. I bought two of the ginger soufflé body creams and gave one as a gift. I’m not sure if mine wasn’t filled up to where it was supposed to be but I had used it only once before I realized mine was clearly not as full as the one gifted. Either it was just a mistake in packaging or someone had actually used it and then returned it to the store. There is no sealed packaging around the cream except for the lid which was an easy twist on and off but I can’t tell if it’s sanitary or not. I feel like I wasted my money on something 2/3’s of the way full that I don’t even want to use anymore. The store is fine other than this but staff don’t approach or ask if you need help which is ok.

Got a cold vibe when I walked in. Staff aren’t friendly at all. I got lied to when a staff recommended a product. I tried to bring it back but she said she didn’t remember it and that it wasn’t s part of the promotion. A total lie! Will never go back there. Unfortunately, it’s the only one in Bellevue. Sad.

Staff here never greet whenever I visit and buy the products. They are playing with their phones or doing something else rather than helping us to find the right products. When checking out, we have to give our membership number otherwise the sale wouldn’t care or ask.Unfortunate this is the only Origins in Bellevue area.
