An older woman with dark brown/reddish hair helped me, she was pretty short with me the entire transaction (in total 5 minutes?). Then as I was leaving I turned back to see her FLIPPING ME OFF! I work in customer service as well and understand it can be frustrating when people have questions and youre not being patient but MY GOD, Im not flipping anyone off behind their back! 🖕🖕
The lady was nice but when I asked her the color she suggested will be close to the same one i was originally aiming for she said yes. So i bought artic fox poseidon instead of rock a bully blue from manic panic. Mind you I bleached my hair so it would be bright.... Its black.... That is no where near the color she said that the color on the bottle is close to the color it turns out... It is so far from it its on the other spectrum its not light at all. I will never be buying artic fix or take recommended products again ill still with the ones i know will 100% turn out correct. I feel i wasted the time it took to do my hair because the result wss so far from what i wanted ....
Always great customer service, greated with a smile and kind words no matter who is working or what time or day it is. They always seem to have what I need in stock, sometimes they are even in the process of putting it on the shelves and will dig it out of the crate for me. Prices are fair and they have a great rewards program. You just can’t beat what Sally’s has to offer!

I just love all Sallys however I really wanted to know more about a particular product and the person who was working there just didnt have the time to help take care of me or answer most of my questions. I did have quite a few questions though so I dont fault her at all I just probably would have spent a little bit more money had I known more about the product that I was specifically looking for but saying that Sallys is my favorite place and I still ended up spending a boatload of money so whatever
This store is fantastic. The manager and staff is wonderful: friendly and helpful anytime I visit. They helped me with some hair extensions and their customer service was superb!
If I could give this store a zero I would! Not only did I get the wrong advice for developer, but the manager yelled at my kids. They were dancing in the end of the aisle with no other customers anywhere near, my mom was standing right next to them in addition. She came around the corner and yelled at them to stop running. They werent, and she could have asked my mom to get them to stop running, and mom could have told the manager they werent. When I asked her why she didnt tell the adult with them, she said that she had to correct the people who were doing something bad. They are 8 and 6, not teenagers and they were dancing not destroying products or knocking people over! (They were also already being corrected, as in the parenting had already been started when she decided her way of parenting was better) On top of that when I asked what the general managers name was, they all of a sudden couldnt remember. You dont discipline someone elses kids, unless youre related or are given permission. You also dont jump to conclusions and scare two little kids. Especially when your client base is female and of child bearing/rearing age! Dont go here if you have your kids with you, you need proper advice and if you like a clean environment!

Great customer service! Not sure what the guys name was but he was awesome...very friendly. I heard him strike up conversation with every customer which is rare....and he was also very cute!
Do yourself a favor and use any other location. The manager here is rude obnoxious and nasty. I had over $150 of products in my arms and she was so overtly rude I shoved it all in her arms and drove 22 miles to the Lynnwood location and made my purchase. Then I filed a complaint with her manager. You dont falsely accuse a customer or call them names, speak over them and argue with them that they dont know what they want (for all she knew it was a gift) and expect to not get complaints.
I went in feeling really insecure about a hair dye job gone wrong when I decided to go in & try to fix it & get some advice on how to do so. The gal at the counter couldnt have been older then 18, but when I explained what happened she basically told me a f-ed up & I have little to no options to fix it. My options according to her where to bleach my hair, or not dye it at all. She said my hair wasnt the right color to start so it wasnt gonna turn out right anyway. Then why did the other sales gal tell me I didnt have to bleach, didnt have to tone, & I shouldnt have any issues? She pretty much made me feel like I was an idiot & I should have known better. Well isnt that why I came I to your store? I left crying like i was stuck with the ugly dye job. I went to the Renton location & the lady was so nice & understanding, she helped me find a way that worked with my situation & to get to a color closest to what I wanted originally. She even said I could come back for a refund if it didnt turn out like I hoped! I will never again go back to this location. DO NOT work in customer service if your not willing to work with your customers.
Tyler, at the bellevue store in crossroads was SO helpful! I had a small list but he helped me find everything in less than 5 mins & was the most friendly, Sweet, and professional worker Ive ever experienced at that store. I Would definitely go back and ask for Tylers help again. -Alycin Corte
The have a good selection of hair dyes, bleach and toners etc. However they seem to be out of stock a lot and the staff gives you different answers when asking how to questions.
The staff is not very professional. When I asked about a tester for a makeup product, they took one off the shelf and pulled the seal back to show me the color before closing it up and putting it back.
Always new product, knowledgable and helpful staff
They said they dont carry stuff for my demographic.
The worst customer service! Staff including the manager were annoyed to help me and were very rude. Never going to this location again.
