I had a terrible experience with this shop perhaps I am 1 case in a million.I took my car to get fix thru insurance, first they quoted a 450$ job than price change to 1800$ I get it they have to make their money from the insurance. they said it will take 10 days it took 7 weeks.When they told me car was finish my car it was not near on being finish if I would have driven the car my chances to get on an accident were high. I asked them what happen? they said your insurance didnt pay for that I ask why didnt you talk to me and advice that all the damages were not covered . they said is not their responsibility to let me know. I believe as a business owner they have to take care of your clients.I saw and literally was told that I am not a customer just a number. the ladies at front insult my intelligence and want to handle me . I guess that how they treat latinos, when I finally pick up my car and drove home the bumper they FIXED was falling I had to fix it myself I dont want to take it back because they might do something to my engine.in 7 weeks they kept my car they only called me twice to say your car is done.Like I said perhaps I just had a bad experience but you deserve to know my experience, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.THEY WERE SURPRISED I CAN SPEAK ENGLISH
Horrible service, receptionists are rude with nasty attitude. Was told that my vehicle will be ready in 2 weeks, took more than 2 months to fix a minor splash shield repair. Very shady... credit card machine did not work, only method of payment they accepted was cash. Big inconvenience, stay away.
My experience with the staff was they were very helpful and professional. At first I thought I was going to have a very bad experience with this place. After having left my car at their shop, I noticed they have a poor rating and loads of bad reviews.Truthfully, I did have a bad experience, but I dont believe there was anything Woodies could have done to make it better. They did everything they were supposed to do on their end. They gave my insurance company the estimated cost of repairs in a timely manner. Kemper/Infinity insurance took their sweet time to get back to Woodies and I. They probably wouldnt have ever responded had I not kept calling them to get answers. They finally got back to me 5 weeks after my car accident only to tell me that my vehicle had been deemed a total loss.I am lead to believe that other Kemper Infinity insurance customers are coming to this place, because Woddies accepts Kemper Infinity claims. Then when Infinity takes an infinite amount of time to get back to the customer, the customer gets angry and blames Woodies for their bad experience, when it isnt their fault at all. Perhaps Woodies needs to stop working with Kemper Infinity to stop from getting so many bad reviews. Its bad for Woddies business imo.
It appears to be a place that you can have your car fixed but a month or two waiting period is a little bit long

Took it here because it was my first accident and Didnt know where to go so I asked the insurance and they sent me too woodies but when I took it to get an estimate the person that help me didnt put half the things that were wrong with my car so I took it to ez auto body their very proffessional handled the insurance for me and did great work.
I do not recommend this place at all!! I went there after an accident to have my repairs done. When I picked up my care after 3 weeks, all of the work they were supposed to do hadnt been done, a tool I had in my car was missing and money that I keep inin a compartment for emergencies was also missing.. not to mention they caused damage to an area of the car that was not even worked on..needless to say I will not be going there for any of my repair work in the future..

The estimate they gave me would take about six days to repair which was understandable I was thinking it was going to be about three weeks or so till I got the car back I got it back within 2 weeks. When I went to go pick up my car the ladies in the front or very sweet.I understand the girls in the front had no responsibility for the work done to my car but the work done to my car I would say satisfactory if not poor. Yes they fix my two doors and back bumper and match the color perfectly which was my biggest fear. When I was driving home there was a small noise in my engine that I didnt remember having so I pulled over and checked out all my connections and fluids, come to find out my battery cables were extremely loose like if they didnt even try to tighten them. When I got home I was able to examine my car more carefully and I noticed the rubber trim that is around my doors were either not connected because the clips were broken or they were put in awkwardly so it doesnt look clean..
Very unprofessional and this shop needs to close and never reopen. A perfect example of La Raza ripping off each other. Mas pochas!
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional and unreliable. If they tell you your car will be ready in 3 weeks it’ll be ready in two months they take their sweet time and you can’t even do anything because they don’t give you a written contract with a date so just save yourself some time and go to another auto body. Worst customer service there is!
I took my car here because my adjuster told me they are a preferred shop for infinity. I got my estimate done and came back the following week to drop my car off. The people from infinity said it would take about a week. But then the office lady’s told me that, that is just for the estimate but once they do a tear down it may take longer depending on if parts are readily available. Since they don’t give you updates-which makes sense since they have a high turnover rate, based on what I saw- I called and asked for an update. They told me it was going to take about two more weeks because they are waiting for parts. Since infinity doesn’t pay for new parts the shop has to go through the trouble of finding parts and making sure they fit well on the car. I called back a few days later and they told me they found all of the parts and my car will be finished right on schedule. The day finally came, Woodies called me and told me it will be ready at 3:30. I get there at 3 sign some paper work and also gave me a warranty for the work done. They realsed about 5 other cars during the same time as me which was really impressive, since I’m a car guy I know exactly what it takes to fix a car and it’s not an easy job. I always looked at my car and the other cars that were fixed and they are looked as good as new. I could not tell where the prior damage was. I was dumbfounded honestly.I feel like most of these comments are angry at infinity and are taking it out on the shop because this shop did great work and hopefully it doesn’t happen again but if it does I would love to bring my car here. This shop is highly recommended.
They can get busy here and I can see why! They have a good location and product. I like going in here because of sweet smells and friendly service, but i will change my insurances company infinity . it sucks.
I would give a zero star if it were possible... They leave your car worse than when you brought it in and wont take responsibility for their wrong doings. HIGHLY recommend you go else where.
Bunch of rip offs the estimate for our claim was 6000 and once we picked up the car turns out they charged 10000 without even informing us. On top of that they rescheduled on picking up our car 3 times just an hour before we had to pick it up
Not very clean. They left my wheels dripping with polish. They fixed one thing and damaged another part of my truck. Although they did fix it but I was inconvenienced 4 additional days. when I finally did pick up my truck a second time I noticed they had damaged my window tint left about 4 deep scratches that Im going to have to fix. Would not take my truck their again.
Went to this body shop and they did excellent work, you cant tell my car was in an accident.
This place is a distaster. Went thru them with my INFINITY insurance full cover. This place did not mess up every single part of my truck. Tell me why they left the chassis with the screws loose and the bumper was taped together. Parts of my truck were changed. I had never wrecked my car until I was by a hit and run and comes out that these people instead of helping they did nothing but just screw me over by even changing parts. I took them 6 months plus to do absolutely nothing but change parts and do Mickey mouse on it. Now Im stuck paying for all this up to 4 gran just fixing what they did. I cut the INFINITY insurance too was no help. After 8 plus years paying almost 200 dollars of insurance so they would refer me to a place like this. NO BUENO!
Excellent work done here. I was really impressed by everything, from the great work on my prius to how professional and personable Alicia and Antonio where. I would highly recommend this place and wouldnt hesitate to come back if I needed more work done.

Took my Toyota to Woodies to get the AC belts fixed. They gave me a price for fixing the whole thing. At the moment I was only available to afford the one belt that broke off. I came back to fix the other belt and gave me the price as if it was to get the whole thing at once. Pretty good at prices and they know their stuff.
Everyone always went to the wrong person, everything went out of business when he Left. Always look for Hector.

Dont know what (comments below) are talking about but this does not happen at Woodys Paint and Body Shop . This staff is incredible, their work is awesome and my car never looked better. I have had my car repaired their 4 times. The first time a tree fell on it, I thought it was totalled but when I picked up my car it looked better than it did when I bought it. Had 3 accidents and it again it was fixed to look better then when I bought it. They use only the best materials, paint, etc. Their paint is even guaranteed for life. The staff deals directly with the insurance company. You do nothing!!! They pick up the car and you go with the tow truck driver to the body shop, you sign the authorization, they call the rental car company, they call to give updates, when ready you drive to rental car place, return car, pick up your car and your done. I have recommended Woodys to my friends and family and they are completely satisfied.
This might be the WORST body shop I ever been. I have my car repair there because my insurance tell me to. They told me the repair will take 3 days to fix. But they did not complete the repair work until 1.5 week later. And nobody call and inform me about the delay, I actually have to keep calling them to check on the status. And finally, when they call and let me know the car is ready to pick up. I went over there, and saw they ordered the wrong color for my side mirror. They tried to cover it up by painting it over. And that is not all, they actually did a POOR job on the paint. The paint is not smooth on the edges and had dry drip paint over it!! Grr.... I asked the guy why they didn’t order the manufacture part which has the correct color, and this is when I found out they picked up the OLD part from another car (which they never mention to me when they first did the price estimate)…. And they refused to correct the work to replace the old part with manufacture part, and told me they will fix the paint only. I am very UNSATISFIED with their overall POOR service!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY TELL YOU TO!!!!! WORST (X10) BODY SHOP EVER ON THE EARTH.
Poorly runned shop Gustavo! You need to replace your office help with somebody who owns an alarm clock at home. The blonde bimbo has a hard time doing that when people are waiting for their 8am appointments when bimbo show up at 8:15 on a daily basis.
Never again am I taking my cars here I came here because of the insurance and they gave me the estimate took it to get fixed the next day they start of with the approximately 10 days and it took them a month and a half to fix they kept putting different excuses every time I called for an update and pushed the turn in date further they left my truck all dirty no wash nothing and just basic job on what needed to be done and overall total ended up being more than twice the estimate all this waiting and paying for a car that hit me in a hit and run accident

If I could give this location no stars, I would. A tree branch fell on my car mid February. I brought my car in to this location (nearest location to me that the insurance provided) the first week of March. We are now ending April and they still havent finished working on my car! They extended the date about 3 times and they never gave an explanation as to why. They would only tell me that there was a lot of damage. Mind you, it was a TREE BRANCH that fell on my car. April 4th they called me to say that my car would be ready April 18th at 4PM. They called me about a day or so before the 18th to let me know it wasnt going to be ready until Friday (today) at 4PM. And guess what?! Its not ready! That my car will be ready next Friday. If you could see my car and how it is right now, no way it was gonna be ready by today. PLEASE PLEASE DONT COME HERE!! I feel bad for the receptionist that has the ugly job to call customers and give them the bad news. This place SUCKS!
It took a month to get my truck yes but it was been fixed through my insurance. Is not just go drop it off and get it done! Theres a process it takes time because the cars are fixed through insurance but not everyone understands that!!! I have 5 yrs guarantee with the job they did to it, looks like new, Great job!!! I am a very picky and perfectionist person, I was scared of all the bad reviews i had read before but none was reguarding any paint job there all about customer service with what i dont have nothing bad to say either. Honestly the bad reviews i think they come from people that dont understand that in order to get a car fixed through an insurance is a process, money that needs to be invested needs to be approved by the adjustor before they do anything!!!!

THEY NEVER CALL I WOULD ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL THEM...ON TOP OF THAT THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $84 FOR A TIRE WHEN I HAVE FULL COVERAGE THEY BLAMED IT ON INFINITY AND INFINITY BLAMES THEM BUNCH OF CON ARTIST I WAS GONNA GO TO AMERICAN TIRE DEPO AND BUY ALL 4 AT $67 EACH. I WILL BE GOING BACK TO MERCURY INSURANCE THEY HAVE AN AMAZING SHOP IN BELL CALLED BELLWOOD WHERE I TOOK MY CAR ONCE AND THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN 2 WEEKS AND MY CAR WAS MORE DAMAGED THEN THIS LAST ACCIDENT. Just got my car out the shop yesterday after 15 days smh... They told me 3 days when i dropped it off. 3 turned into a week, a week turned into a week and a half, and that tuened into 15 days. They never call about my price change frm 331.95 to 500.00. Reason for the price change was because supposedly the guy that done the estimate didnt see the dent in my bumper and my side panel. Excuse me but thats such bullshit right there. Im satisfied with the paint job but not all happy with how they fixed my signal light. When I turn my lights on it doesnt come on but when signaling to turn it comes on. So Im bringing back. Even though Im not satisfied with the overall service... They cleaned my car pretty good :-) got him looking all shinny and stuff.
So i finally picked up my car today! it was finished todays early, everyone was very helpful, especailly tonio he is the production manager and he helped me inspect my car to make sure everything was perfect. they also have great customer service with complimentary drinks and candy for my young children. i honestly would recommend this body shop to anyone
VERY BAD STARTING WITH RECEPTION. THE LADY NEVER EXPLAIN THAT THERE WILL BE A CHARGE IF YOU DONT LEAVE A CAR TO BE FIXED HERE. THE DOCUMENT STATES $150 SHE CALL MY ELDERLY FATHER AND SAID $250 TO BAD I TURNED OFF THE PHONE CAMERA, i WISH I HAVE RECORDED THIS! THEN INSURANCE IS ALSO THE WORST EVER DO NOT GET INFINITY, EXPENSIVE AND UNRESPONSIVE. 1 ADJUSTER, 1 HELPER, 2 MANAGER HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO HELP MY FATHER AFTER 2 MONTHS, MY FATHER SAYS THEY CHANGE THE BATTERY, I AM NOT SURE CAN NOT SAY IT IS TRUE. BUT AFTER ALL THAT THIS SHOP DID I ITS POSSIBLE. THE BITTEN UP HIS CAR SO BAD, I GUESS THAT IS WHAT THEY DO WHEN YOU DONT GIVE THEM BUSINESS, DEFINATELY WILL FILE A COMPLAIN. They are horrible. Advised me multiple times today my car will be towed to the body shop. Hello I Am 1 Mile Away My A** !!!! My car is still sitting in the driveway!!! After reading these reviews I will not take my car here either. I got to deal with trash Infinity Insurance to go to another bodyshop.
This place is really bad, they tell you three days to keep your business, but they keep your car for a long time. Their staff is rude and not very polite.
The only good thing that body shop has is them 2 receptionist,, when I went to drop my car the short chubby one mean was on my nuts but na I talked to the skinny one then finally picked up my car almost a month I took my a female friend and dame that short chubby one was a Hater.

I had an appointment from 8 to 9 am, 8 to 9 I was specifically told I could show up in that hour time frame they gave me and when I showed at 840 they told me my appointment was only at 8 they cant help me anymore when they only had one person waiting there and their appointment was after mine with the blonde lady in the far right desk telling me all this with her dumb attitude, she must be going through a divorce or something who would want to deal with that attitude anyways horrible customer service infinity should take this auto shop of their list so they could stop making money off them asap !
These people do not keep you updated on how long it will take with your car. I had to keep calling and asking. And they always need to fix more and take another 2 weeks. Theyre closed weekends so I have to wait until Monday to pick up my car because I got there 2 minutes after 5.

A real workshop shit. NOTHING PROFESSIONAL. They cant fix my car and its almost going to work for a month and they say that more parts need to be ordered. They DO NOT comply with the delivery date they say. They should hire people who really know about the job and not be able to detail it. If only it was to fix a bumper and a tire. WEIGHT WORK. I WISH AND IT DOES NOT TAKE MORE THAN ONE YEAR because the car is still paying for it and I cannot use it. ... and the INFINITY INSURANCE adjuster does not answer when I speak to him ..
