When we came in to actually look at the car he was willing to show us multiple vehicles but the same time really asked us questions to make sure that were getting what we needed and was also within our budget. AMAZING ALL AROUND!!! We decided to follow up on a vehicle that was already a good price w great added extra features, provided from the company. But reviews are imperative to me. So after reading we reached out. Every single person we interacted were so kind! Starting w Eric from test driving, sending pictures, communication, excellent! Then working w Robert w paperwork, questions, concerns and the rest of what comes w buying. Both were just incredible and very easy to get in touch w. Finalizing everything, we ran into an issue w the second key we were having made. The owner/manager (not sure exact title) I believe Gabriel. Without a blink of an eye or trying to make us take care of the problem he dealt with it instantly!!! Nothing out of pocket from our end. I can’t say enough. Great people, hard workers, dedicated team. GREAT MANAGEMENT! We drove from San Diego area and absolutely worth every penny. Easy drive as well. I filled out a finance application on their website and the manager/ sales person Robert called and told me I got approved. He asked for me to send him a photo copies of ID and SS card I sent those to him via email and I never heard from him again. I tried to call but the employees would say he wasnt there. Im not sure what happened but I ended up finding the exact same car I wanted from Dyno at another dealership and the car was cheaper and lower miles and Im happy with it. I also noticed the car that I wanted from Dyno had got reposted online for sell again recently.
