I spoke to Salvador inquiring about a Jeep Patriot 2011. I mentioned my credit wasnt so good. Richard contacted me a few days later saying I was approved. Super excited! The only issue, the next day after driving my Jeep home, the check engine light came on. So Richard suggested I bring the Jeep back. The next morning I drove the car and it stalled 3 blocks from my house on my way to Belflower, coming from Rancho Cucamonga. I called Richard and told him my car stalled. Richard drove down himself to pick up the car. Now thats great customer service, he went above and beyond. Right now, my Jeep is in the shop. I will keep you posted after I get my Jeep back.Heres an update: So I got my Jeep back from Richard. It runs awesome!!I just want to thank both Salvador and Richard for assisting me in this purchase. These 2 are great dudes who helped me get into my ride! I truly appreciate you both for working with me on this.I highly recommend Financial Auto if youre looking for a used reliable vehicle!! My beloved 6YO Nissan Cube with a manual transmission, bought new, was rear ended and totalled. They dont make this car anymore. I was hunting for another one just like it -- and found one, with VERY low miles (a tenth of what I had on my car), through an online search at Financial Auto Outlet, some 700 miles away. I called after hours and left a message on the machine. To my surprise, Richard called me back. We discussed the car; he hadnt had it very long at his lot. I told him I wanted it; I would fly to LA the next day and drive it home. Richard ended up driving the car to his own home, to make sure it was in as good condition as it seemed, and picked me up at the airport the next morning. I got to test drive it some 40 miles from the airport to his lot, and drove it home later that day. Richard got all the paperwork (DMV etc) completed locally and fast. I am thrilled to have my favorite car again, no weird last-minute extras, and no charge for the airport service! I highly recommend this seller. Good guy.

5 months ago when I walked in this store I was not sure what my auto options were,I just intended to browse around but the the owner came to help me select my current car in the huge lot with big inventory.
