I would definitely recommend renting a unit at this location, George the manager was extremely helpful and made the process crystal clear & informative. Everything to the gate and the lock on your unit is updated and accessible from you phone, a giant plus. For the price you can’t beat it, hands down very happy with my decision.

Although I didn’t get a unit at this location, Jason helped me at another location before and I can tell he knows how to get the job done. I had to get many units and he was very methodical and took extra steps to avoid mistakes. We were able to finish the paperwork and get settled right away. I would also like to thank Christina in the Santa Fe Springs location who showed great detail for both paperwork and maintenance/cleanliness of that location. I will definitely be using extra space in the future.
I recently had my unit broken into at this property, and so did others according to management. New management was not helpful in regards to explaining to me how such a thing could’ve happened, especially when they have cameras on the property (that probably don’t work). Sadly I strongly suspect that it was an inside job, and so does Lakewood sheriff dept. I am now working with the insurance to hopefully be compensated for the loss that my daughter and I have experienced, and also for the time and energy that I have had to devote to this. Incredibly disappointed with this entire unfortunate experience. Also, I see that you responded to my review, and we have spoken in great length about the theft of my belongings as I did file a police report and a claim with the insurance. This whole situation is so incredibly disappointing.

Really nice guy Jason .....I been there for years . And its time to clear out was very helpful and super nice. ......the grounds are always clean and after year nothing in my storage. Outside had any sign of tiny little pest. And was hardly dusty and the stuff has been there for 5 years ...

I had this storage for years and after they raised the rent too high over time, I started looking for other places and I find out their prices were cheaper on line than at the office.. They offered me the price I saw on line but I ended up finding a better deal at a different place. I leaved wondering for how long they ripped me off with the prices. When I was moving my stuff out of the place my boyfriend and I called the police because there was someone inside the units not allowing no one in, the guy was very rude and violent having a fight inside with his girlfriend, when we bring this out to their attention at the office it turned out the guy was living inside the storage units...I was just pleased and happy to get out of that place in time. There was someone different at the office over the period of time, some were nice and some were rude, Aaron was rude, not friendly and helpless.

Ive been renting storage two units from the bellflower location for the last seven years. I been using it for my fine arts business and I have never had a problem with safety or cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and courteous. The new manager Jason performs his duties above expectations, and had positive character.
There was no one at the office to help me for a while until Julie showed up and took care of everything. Thank you Julie you’re a big help!

A couple of weeks before move in date, I came in to inspect the facilities to determine the type of unit I would need. I was impressed right away by how clean and organized the place was. I felt good already and was confident this was the place for me. It was even tucked in a quiet neighborhood so it felt really safe.Dawn gave me a tour and explained everything. We ended by having a pleasant chat because she is so personable and lovely.Even with the best of intentions, plans often and do go awry. On my moving date I was running late and the manager Troy was on the phone with me to help me find the location and stayed after hours to finish up the paper work and get me in the system. Needless to say it was a horrible day that could have been worse if not for him, going above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. It was a much needed break on a very long day!I could keep writing but suffice it to say, I highly recommend this location!
Moved in 2012 the unit was very clean.2019 my family moved out. Thou it has been 7 years passed, and we didnt come down often.I notice in our moving out that we didnt see one bug, spider, or rodent among our things.This storage in Bellflower is well Kept. Evett is very pleasant.We say Thank You!We will recommend this storeage place to others.
I love the manager here... hes awesome and goes out of his way to ensure each customer has an awesome experience. I was working in my storage one Saturday evening re-organizing my items and as a result I had a ton of boxes to carry to the dumpster. The manager came out of his office and offered to help me.... hes just that awesome and a very personable guy!
When i arrived to the location it was very clear and had great customer service. Nancy was the one that was able to assist me and help me for my needing space. I would most definitely recommended this place.

The mere fact that I have had a storage unit there for over 4 years should say something about how much I like it. Im sure that with a little effort I could find fault in it as with most places. Its not perfect but most places dont try as hard as this place so grab your stuff and bring it on down is my suggestion

I have rented from this location 3 times in the past 5 years. The prices are always reasonable. Clean environment and secure! Also the manager Aaron is a very professional and caring guy.
