My review keeps disappearing. Twice. It was very detailed both times and I dont want to write it again, so Ill just say, BAD, BAD, BAD, EVERYTHING.

I highly recommend not to go there staff was rude and unprofessional they charge me 5.75 $ per gallon

I wanted to say thank you to Raymond the manager for making my experience easy and smooth and helping me out with my problem. He communicates and understands the need of his customers. I will continue to use this Uhaul location & would recommend to anyone else. Very professional & friendly staff.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I had a 24/7 rental. The location refused to honor it because he doesnt want to participate in the 24/7 program. Took over an hour to get someone in customer service to get me in a truck. Meanwhile, the clock is ticking on movers that I wont get reimbursed for. It took about 4 different phone calls that night, and several hours on hold, just to find out where I was supposed to return the truck because no one updated in the system the changes to my reservation. Cust service was only willing to credit me $50 for not having my rental ready on time. Movers cost $130/hour regardless of if you arrive on time or not. After following directions and returning the truck to the address I was given, I get not one, but 2 different phone calls from agents that were clueless of the entire debacle asking why I had not returned the truck! So INCOMPETENT on so many levels!Get your act together! Fulfill your contractual commitments and stop blaming the customer for your own poor customer service!

Got sent here for an earlier Pick-Up Truck when I could’ve waited at the other one for an hour for our reservation. Very understaffed. I was hearing people saying they’ve been waiting a long time just for a propane tank. Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location if you’re on a time crunch. You’re already having to transport things and adding an extra hour waiting for a rental is a headache. At least the worker wasn’t rude. How can they make 1 guy run the whole store? Please hire more people.

No customer parking.I needed a 10 truck. I drove to the uhaul, provided my DL, then the customer service rep took out his phone and started taking pictures of it. When I protested, he explained it was part of the online checkout process. Ok. Then (while snapping more photos) he said by the way, youre going to have to move your car, we dont have customer parking. Dude, what the heck am I parked in now, and why didnt you tell me that sooner? I left, and went to a different uhaul.

These guys are amazing. They went above and beyond to help me out of a tight spot. The manager Raymond was extremely professional and helpful, made this experience perfect for me. Will be coming back to this place if I never need anything from around here again.

Hmm, I have no idea why the rating is 3.5. I beg to differ greatly. And I have to hand it to Raymond Arias Jr. The absolute honest, most helping U-Haul Moving Center General Manager I have come across. My sister Monica Rodriguez works at U-Haul and pointed me in his direction. Mr. Arias is a straight up, and points you in the correct position. Yeah, I get its a wait. But be patient. Dont give bad ratings if any were posted about waiting issues. I waited patiently, had my turn even though I waited a half hour. My personal belief, be patient. Its virtue.

Wow, attitude! Couldnt answer a simple question, when asked to explain, dude gets attitude.Avoid this place.Sad, in years past, my family has used the rental yard with no problems.Manager, fix the attitude problems with your employees, they should be helpful, not confrontational.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe how thankful I am for Travis at Uhaul. I went in to get a trailer brake that I was going to install. Travis answered all 200 of my questions and even told me how to do it. I came back after I installed it and he helped me check the connections to make sure my daughter and I would be safe on the road. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TRAVIS!!!!!!!!!

This uhaul location is amazing. Great and friendly costumer service. Every time I come to this location the new manager Ray respectfully greets me and sends me to the best representative. I can’t quite remember her name but she is a very beautiful and knowledgeable woman. I vote her for assistant manager. -Thanks uhaul.

Rented an open trailer. The guy working there did a quick hookup. The paperwork and payment was fast and efficient. Return really easy since I did the insurance. Would definitely use again.

This place was just all together horrible, from the prices to the customer service. The customer service reps didnt even know how to apply discounts or coupons nor were they able to answer product and service related questions. I work in the service industry and these customer service reps definately need to be trained better. I will never use U-Haul again.

Shea was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal. I was out of there in approx. 10 minutes. The reviews had me worried.

I waited for 2 hours (no exaggeration) before I was helped. There were 5 people in line ahead of me. How could it possibly take that long per person. It didnt help they only had 1 person working on Saturday.

I want to give a special shout out to Raymond Arias at the Artesia St Bellflower store. This move has been a difficult one and I’ve hit nothing but one obstacle after another until I got to UHaul to pick up my UBox container. Raymond was dealing with an unhappy customer on the phone when I arrived and he was already there later than he was supposed to be, but he graciously and professionally stayed to assist me with my rental.I was not equipped to tow the container with the vehicle I brought but he went out of his way to make sure I knew what I needed for the next day to pick it up and he held my reservation until the next evening. When I picked it up the next day he thoughtfully explained everything to me, gave me tips and pointers on packing it and unhooking it to load.When I was ready to bring it back I called the 800 # to order another box and customer service reserved one for me. Apparently he didn’t have another at his location so he called me to advise me that he was having one brought from another location and he made arrangements with the other location to store my 2nd box since his warehouse couldn’t accommodate another box. Now that is superior customer service and is a shining example of being proactive rather than reactive and took what could have been another obstacle out of my way.I am so thankful to him for his kindness and his ability to micro manage a situation and make it one less problem for me to deal with. I commend management for their obvious skills in choosing the right person to represent them and I give this UHaul location 5 stars and a huge thumbs up for outstanding customer service. Every place could take notes from Raymond and UHaul on what great customer service looks like! Thanks again Raymond for making my life that much easier during a very difficult time in my life.

I rented a truck on a quarter tank of gas. Drove a total of 16 miles. Returned the truck with same amount of gas as when i received. Bald guy rushed me off and said i was good. 2 days later, i get billed an extra 6 gallons of gas and a total of $60 extra bucka in fees. 16 miles for 6 gallons of gas? Crooked

One guy for the entire location? I been here for a while waiting to be attended, customers walks in and i get here before them and i was the last one to be attended, one time i came here to get a rental and the guy told me everything was sold out, parking lots was full of vans, a get the van online and i was able to get it ! Non sense.Besides that i still came here, is not the problem with the employees is the uhaul corporate who does not have enough people for this location 😕

Seems they cant ever answer the phone. Ive tried calling multiple times the last two days to only listen to the hold recording for many minutes.

Fairly good and polite people that didnt give the people I was helping any trouble, no surprise fees trying to building is like that or anything, would definitely use again.

Once they get your phone # and your not ready to decide.....they will keep calling you until you cancel. Dont give em your phone # they will harass you.

That Travis was installing a harness for on my girlfriends truck and before he started and after he was done I caught him going through her truck interior, center console and glove box. BEWARE THIS TRAVIS THEY HAVE WORKING THERE IS VERY CREEPY.

I used this company for 20 dollar a day rental did 3 extensions and paid through out including for estimated miles.Money was taken out of my account but When time to pay Travis (manager) at drop off charged me as if i didnt pay for one extension . The girl that originally set me (bellis I think) did an excellent job she worked with me on what would be the most affordable rental because I was burned previously by a uhaul in anaheim ( one way on 10 footer anaheim to bellflower $140.00 BS) which I was bringing to her location to drop off she is the reason why i re-rented it that day because was going to pay and cut my losses

9am, only customer in store. 2 employees talking, had to ask for help. Seems like common courtesy is outdated. They just watched me struggle w the boxes I had just purchased and I literally had to kick my box of bubble wrap out the door. Thumbs way down.

The Truck I rented here smelled like marijuana and left the odor on my furniture. Very disappointed.
