Great place, friendly staff, and pretty fast service. They have a little area to read books (even some kid books) charge your phone, drink a cup of coffee! They guys are always so nice and welcoming. This shop is top notch. I have been taking my 2005 GTI to these guys for 2 years and she runs better now at 185k then she did 30k ago before finding Keith and the team.Communication between the service team and techs is amazing. Dan and Chris take the time to explain work that needs to be done, always being patient and available to answer any questions I might have after their initial inspection of the car.I never feel like Im being pressured or forced to perform work thats unnecessary or prematurely needing repair (ex: Thought I needed a new clutch, turns out all I needed were new plugs and a turbo boost valve...a difference of about $1200 in total repair costs that they saved me).We discuss the necessity of work thats more or less urgent, setting up a plan to complete services in order of priority and with what my budget allows, always taking safety into consideration first.Bottom line: They are relateable, honest and perform top quality work. The engine light came on showing overheating. It was after hours so I couldnt connect with Keith Cox Autobahn, whom I have trusted for over 11 years. I added water, drove slowly home and called Keith Cox. The car was repaired, washed (always by Keith, the owner) and ready to go very quickly. Its a dependable place to buy a car and the service has always been first class.

Wow. Every interaction I had with Keith Cox and his associates was not only seamless but very enjoyable. To give you an idea...my partner is a total VW nut (who works on cars for fun) and the VW TDI I purchased from Keith was exactly as he said it was. Keith is very straightforward, genuine, and helpful.Additionally, he always went above and beyond. To list just a few examples: when I wanted to get my car inspected prior to purchase they drove it to the other shop for me and when my new plates arrived they attached them and even washed my car. The service here is excellent. The team maintains very clear communication the entire time the car is in the shop. Our car had a lot of issues and the technicians took the time to talk about the best approach to get the car back on the road. The technicians were very easy to talk to and they were able to provide us with an accurate estimate of when they were able to have our car back to us. I cant say enough good things about these guys. My car has only needed the basic oil change/new brake pad sort of thing for years. I go in with a nail in my tire. They take it, fix it and dont even charge me. When my beloved Audi did need some major work, they went out of their way to explain every aspect to me, letting every decision be mine. I love these guys!

Very professional mechanical and customer service. They advise on ways to keep you car running as it should so you dont have any expensive repairs but also not making recommendations that are not necessary just to make a buck.

Dan treated me like a person and explained the service well. The team went the extra mile even though I just got an oil change. They give me a ride or a loaner so Im not stuck there during service. If youre looking for a great discount, look elsewhere. If cost isnt as important, and if youre looking or good customer service and honest quality work, they may be a good match for you.

Only reason they are not getting a 5 star rating is because I set an appointment three weeks in advance. When we showed up we had to bring the vehicle back two days later which caused a 4 hour trip because we do not live near by. Just make sure they will fix the vehicle that day or be prepared to leave it with them. Overall the service was good and they fixed the alignment issue that the previous shop could not seem to fix. I chose them over the dealer because their reviews were great, not so much for the dealer.

I always knew my car was in good hands and the work would be perfectly done. If it wasnt worth it for me to spend the money on something, I was given the option. Took my BMW in for a check up and oil change. they were prompt, polite, courteous and very proffessional. My BMW is just out of warrenty and surely do NOT want to drive down to Bellveue anymore. this will be my new place to service my BMW (my baby ;-)

They do excellent service here and will go out of their way to answer any question you have. They generally care for the customer do you know you will get the best service they can provide. I personally did a pre puchase inspection here and the report was very clear and thorough.

The crew at Keith Coxs are all helpful, knowledgeable, and above all honest. I always know that I will receive first class service at a fair price whenever Im there. Our family uses Keith for all our vehicle maintenance and repairs. He even lets us sneak in our (non-German) pickup truck for work from time to time. The only thing I can think that would improve my opinion of Keith and his crew would be if they provided free beer with every visit. Im still working on that...

THE best. Bar none. I have been to dozens of shops all over Whatcom and Skagit county. Some were terrible some were pretty good, but Keith Cox’s, is on another level with their work and customer service. My first time owning a German car and the only reason why I will buy again is to be able to take my car here. I kid you not.

They changed my oil and put in a washer that didnt plug the drain because it was stripped so it has been leaking ever sense. I took it in to check the leak and they found another one, which is good, but did not mention this one.

My place for cars for 14 years. Keith stays in business by doing customers right and relying on repeat customers. I take all my cars there except my new Honda pilot because it is still under manufacturer warranty. Keith does VW and probably Audi warranty work. Not sure about other makes. Bought 3 cars and sold1 car with him. There is no haggling for me there. He gives me a great price up 1st offer, I am not a haggler. Never felt I needed to be with Keith. Else I would go to CarMax.

Phenomenal service!! I took my wifes C250 in for a B Service, and spoke with Dan by email about it prior. He was very professional, courteous, and suggested just the oil change to start, and let them evaluate things to work into later services. The car was done in about 2 hours, washed and vacuumed, and I was given a free loaner car during the entire time. The facility is clean and professional, and I even found the business card for the tech (Austin) who worked on the car that he left on the center console - nice touch! Well worth the one hour drive that I made to see them, and the quality of care exceeds what a dealer would provide. By the way, they use high end products as well; Liqui Moly German oil, and a German oil filter, considered the best in automotive circles. Take your car here!! Ill be back with both of my German vehicles!!

Only place that took a walk-in on a serious brake/EPC problem. Fixed it in half the time they quoted, in less money than quoted, washed my car WITHOUT PROMPTING, and told me what happened (and relayed it to my out-of-town father!). 10/10 would recommend.

Our daughter goes to college in Bellingham so it is a challenge helping her get certain things done from long distance. She found Keith Cox Autobahn originally as the Mercedes shop in town. Shes been taking her car there for over a year now. I had the opportunity to work with them the past two months. First off going in there to chat with them was a great experience. The office is clean and everyone was smiling and welcoming. They didnt make you feel dumb for any questions you asked. We scheduled an oil change and asked them to look at the check engine light situation. Turns out the car needed a new catalytic converter. It took several appointments to get the car fully repaired as we chose to have significant maintenance done at the same time and there were some speed bumps along the way, but overall I was very pleased with their service and commitment to getting the job done right. They even had my daughters car towed to Bellingham (2 hours away) after she became concerned to drive it while in a mid-repair state over the holiday break. They lost money doing this job for us, but they did not lose my business. We will continue to go to Keith Cox Autobahn and know we can trust our daughter will have a dependable car after they are done with any work on it. Thanks Keith and Dan!

The best customer service I have ever experienced by far! Im from out of town and was traveling through the Bellingham area when I needed a quart of oil for my BMW M3. It was 4:45 PM on a Friday when I stopped at Keith Cox Audubon. In spite of the hour they went out of their way to make sure that my car was taken care of properly. They stayed well past their normal closing time just to take care of me and then they didnt even charge me for the oil. They said that topping off the oil is part of the regular service that they offer all their customers! I only wish I lived closer so I could be one of their regular customers...
