Earned a customer today. I raced from Lynden and got to the shop at 5:26 to find the gate closed. After four phone calls a gal answered the phone and I explained to her my situation and they let me in so I could buy the new prop that I needed. Thank you so much!! Will use them again.

I’m out in the San Juan‘s with an outboard problem. I called and I talked to Brandon and he stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes advising me on what I could check on my outboard to get it up and running. As far as I’m concerned, it was way over the call of duty. He’s an outboard God..

Great mechanics for our outboard... My only knock is that the week estimate (to look at the outboard) turned into 3 weeks. The blown up outboard we thought we had turned into a couple of minor repairs! Hurrah! ❤️
