Absolute garbage company. Cant follow through with what they say, makes it difficult to cancel, then expects you to sit on their items for 2 weeks because they cant deviate from routes. Dont waste your money. I can only hope Costco drops them as their water delivery company.

They never listen to their customers. They keep delivering water even though we asked them to stop! We spent 3 hrs on hold to tell them again because they didnt stop. Going 3 times now to ask them to stop! Theres only 2 of us in the house we dont need 30 gals of water sitting on our deck! Please for the love of God STOP!

Truly terrible. The set up process was lengthy (no biggie), they told me THREE different delivery dates and didnt show up for any of them. Calling customer service is CRAZY long wait times. I waited 1 hour to talk to a human to ask AGAIN why it hadnt been delivered and finally cancelled because I cant be on hold for another hour to get another vague answer/moved delivery date. Found a new water company locally and within TEN MINUTES I had a new service that was price comparable and they are delivering my bottles today. LOOK LOCAL BEFORE THIS COMPANY. I feel so bad for how overworked everyone at this company must be for the deliveries to be this behind and customer service wait times.

This company services a company I work at. We have been out of water for a minute now because they missed one of our deliveries. It is nearly impossible to get through to a rep (hold times nearly an hour - ain’t nobody got time for that). We finally got through and they claimed they did deliver on the missed day (and charged us for it!). They then chalked it up to “well, we are short staffed, sorry!” They said they’ll see what they can do and give us a call back. Never heard back from them, and now in the meantime, they have actually missed ANOTHER delivery. So we are still without water and have not seen them in 4 weeks. Our workers are thirsty and this company has left us high and dry.We do not appreciate you.

Yeah well talk about wait times I waited on the phone for one hour and 15 minutes and finally hang up so I can make my dinner. So the next time I called I pushed the button for a new customer guess what within one minute I was talking to a actual person so I proceeded to tell him that I am a current customer and would like help with my account. He sent me back on hold, he wouldnt let me say anything past the fact that I was an exciting customer. off to that wonderland that nobody ever answers sat on hold that time for another hour. 😒😤 All I wanted to do was cancel my account here and move it to where Im moving to but now all I want to do is CANCEL MY ACCOUNT!!!!

Please make sure your trucks are not blocking bus stops!! My bus could not stop and i had to walk nearly 4 miles next time I will file a complaint with the city and DOT!

I wish there was a way I could give them zero stars on this rating. They dont deserve one star. I do not recommend Crystal Springs to anybody! My family & I are not satisfied with them at all!!! They arent reliable!! Drivers dont come when theyre supposed to & sometimes come when they arent supposed to. & the people in the call center are very rude. Almost every person Ive spoken to is very unprofessional. We have cancelled our service because nothing changed & we got tired of complaining to them with nothing being fixed over & over again. We do not feel the need to pay for something we arent happy with but also something we feel could be a lot better. They are a joke!! Putting our money towards good water elsewhere.

Multiple issues with this company. 1st being you pay for your products and they don’t show up on the scheduled delivery day, this happened 3 times in a row and we decided to cancel our service. 2nd issue is when you call the customer service rep, they are no help whatsoever. You are told the regional driver will contact you, and they DONT. This company takes your money and basically leaves you high and dry with no explanation. That’s the gist of it.

Joined thru Costco and have never regretted it. Water is very good, we were going to do Zero water but decided Crystal Springs is favorable. No complaints, our driver is nice and efficient!

Joined thru a Costco promotion, every aspect of the company is great. Our delivery driver is very personable. They stay on schedule. Home office handled our leaky machine quickly. Great service.

Lots of little annoyanaces with deliveries that seemed more the 800 number customer service mistakes, finally cancelled when even after speaking to a local person at crystal they still missed a very important water delivery needed for a large party we were throwing, Unfortunately that wasn’t the end of it and two more deliveries were missed. they kept promising free water so we wouldn’t cancel, doesn’t matter if it’s free if they never show up to bring it. I suggest going with the smaller company in Lynden as the savings is not worth dealing with the overall mess this large company is.

Really horrible company. Wish I never got started. Cancelling is a major hassle then getting equipment pick-up seems impossible.

Should have read the reviews before going with this company. Only had service for a couple months and they are already steeling money out of our bank account! No auto draft set up. I paid the bill manually and the next day they used that card to take more money! Then said ...well now you have a credit??? No Crystal Springs thats not how it works!!! They refuse to give me my money back!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Worst water company, they charge your account more without letting you know. Just keep watching your account .....

Do not use them we canceled our service after charging us for 3 machines and now they still charge our card for water but nobody returns our calls

Horrible service. Expect to be put on hold and transferred from office to office. No rhyme or reason for it.
