Darrin is a great representative and salesman. Very knowledgeable and informative without being pushy. Easy to do when you have a superior product perhaps. Will be purchasing a water softening system and reverse osmosis system soon!
Culligan helps the Homeless Outreach Team with Opportunity Council by delivering cases of water for us to give out! They are a really great group to interact with and the delivery guy is the nicest!
I have never had a worse customer service/install experience in my life. I ended up going for Culligan despite their costs being higher because the salesperson convinced me that their products were superior and worth the extra money and since water is the most important thing for your body, I made the mistake and hired them. We had a PH of 6.3 causing metals to leach into our water and our pipes failing. We had high solids and an undrinkable taste as well. They initially ended up rescheduling our appt, forcing us to not shower or bathe or drink our water for several more days. Then after the install, we found the system leaking in our garage. When we called them to let them know the system was leaking on our stuff in our garage, they told us they couldn’t come for a few days (water is leaking on our stuff in our garage at this time). We turned off our water and called the sales person and the manager to complain and eventually the salesperson showed up to try and stop the leak. They couldn’t so they were able to get some techs over to make the leak stop. I also noticed they took the waste water from the neutralizer and just were dumping it against the side of our house instead of 6-10 feet from the house. Our foundation was getting soaked every day with this water. We then had our RO system stop working. They came out and repressurized the RO tank and tied the neutralizer output into our stormwater system like the should have in the beginning. After this we had a huge drop in water pressure throughout the house. They came back and we learned the installer did something incorrectly and the neutralizer media was distributed throughout our entire house, clogging our appliances and faucets. We have now had to replace our washing machine, dishwasher, and our fridge ice and water also doesn’t work anymore. This was all within the first month. Now the local manager is telling me he can’t help us because it was escalated to corporate. No one from corporate has contacted me yet after several months. I have spent thousands of dollars replacing appliances (we have 4 kids and can’t live without a washing machine and dishwasher) and spent over $7000 on our water system so far. This company has been the worst to deal with. I just finished chatting with their customer service chat and I’m hoping someone will finally contact me and fix this situation. Water is so very important and for a company to try to sell something as important as clean, Safe water and not deliver and not fix the issues they cause, they should consider giving up on the business. Everyone I have discussed this with on person and in social media have all had negative experiences with this company. I’m a few days away from hiring another company to come and remove this and put a different system in. Zero stars for customer service, installation and service after install. Terrible business and if they don’t address it soon, everyone is going to hear from me about the situation.
It was a ruff start but once I got someone to stop and drop off what I wanted. I was super happy and there service to drop off more water was great. I really like my delivery guy cuz he is fast and has awesome customer service skills.
We had Culligan service our water softener for 4 years. Service was pretty reliable.then they sold to corporate, and the service has gone completely downhill. We had the tech just “decide not to service” our water softener for 2 months yet we were still billed for. The rental and service fee. The float in the brine tank was broken during this time, we got no salt delivery, no one checked on the equipment, and the hard water began plugging our shower heads and faucets. We called, and called, spoke to the general manager who promised to get right back with us and schedule an appointment. That was over 2 weeks ago, we’ve never heard from them nor have we had a technician come out either. The service has gone downhill to non-existent ——- yet they still charge. We have found an alternative and will never use Culligan or recommend them to anyone else.
Tried charging us for water that I did not order nor want. Nice try, Culligan Bellingham, WA. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! Crooked.

I love the people here in Bellingham at NW Culligan. From the office staff to the driver’s,they are the kindest, they are professional, efficient and a pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, even though our experience with the friendly delivery guys has been great, the customer service is not even good, at all. Weve been out of our water & since last week, no one answers their phone, we have left several messages over voicemail, answering service, email & Contact Us link on website...yet, not even a response!
Our water jugs are delivered each week without fail (and this got tricky in the past winter) and the delivery guy is friendly and always carries the full water containers all the way up to the house. In the couple of times Ive gone into the store, the people have been helpful and knowledgeable. We love our Culligan service!!
Things have gotten better, however, they can improve on letting us know when the drivers will be showing up. They dont always show up when the calendar says so. Other than that, I still like my water and service I get.
We live in Oak Harbor so it must be difficult for Culligan to service but for over 20 years, Culligan has always offered us outstanding service and product.
I appreciate the prompt follow-up when we call to report we are out of water. Management makes sure that someone brings us enough water to cover till our next regularly scheduled delivery. Our regular driver (Marshall) is the best. He always has a smile for us. Thank you for such good service!
The staff even though very busy, always make you feel welcome. They are helpful and kind.
I am a customer since 2006 but since the ownership change from last year 2018 they have a worst service. They stop delivering water without any notice. They don’t care about the customer since how long they have. I wish this company close and someone else take over this. They have someone at the front desk look like Asian guy may be Indian if I am not wrong, he is the worst. Good luck to this company! I recommend never use this company!

From the very first day I called to set up an account, I have received excellent customer service, quality water, and reliable delivery.
Culligan is a good company and do meet all your water needs. The only thing I would like to see is being able to pay my monthly payment online like I do with other payments.
I rent a cooler from here makes me wait over 2 weeks to switch out promise a call back and dont get one so then I have to call them back

Service people slow to respond. Both times i have requested service it has taken days to get someone to call me back Paper work cant be found. Very frustrating. Once service people have come out the work has been just fine.
Not too long after I wrote the post seen below, the owner sold the business back to Culligan NW. The prices doubled/tripled, the service deteriorated, and the staff is floundering under the control of the Regional Manager, who was pretty nasty to me when I was in the office. You can no longer call the Bellingham office directly; all calls go through the Spokane office; and if you are lucky, you just might get a call back. After many, many frustrating hastles, my husband and I decided to discontinue our association with this office. We now do our own service - saving many dollars. I take back my 5 stars and now give them 0 stars. Go to Clean Water Company in Lynden instead.We have been with Culligan for almost 20 years and have been completely satisfied with their equipment and service. Very efficient and willing to help in any way they can. They put in a whole house water softener because our well is thick with minerals, and this has really improved the water quality, as we see no gathering of minerals around shower heads or faucets. We had them install a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink also. In addition, we had them install a UV light system which kills any and all bacteria and viruses that might be lurking in the well water. Only once in the 20 years did we have E. coli in the house from the well, and that is because we had not replaced the UV light bulb in a few years. It needs to be changed out on an annual basis, which we were not aware of.
Poor quality company since it sold out
We had a filter installed at our pump house. I asked them to install it on the north side. The guy says sure.....When i saw what they did i couldnt believe it. They installed it on the wrong wall under all the wiring for the pump house instead of on the clean wall where i asked. In the process of this they stepped all over all my gear i had stored in that corner. They also installed a filter that was 1 inch instead of 1inch and a quater. Basically they cut my water pressure in half at my house! This all happened on a Friday. So Monday Im on the horn trying to get a return visit to fix this. They refused to return. The filter now lays outside the door of the pump house. If i could rate these guys lower i would.
