Has happy hour and it’s pretty good.It is a fun, upscale coffee shop that serves more than just coffee.Had a cookie and a pour over. I enjoyed that they brought me my cup with a bit more coffee on the side. The coffee was great. I am a dark roast guy but found the lighter roasts here more pleasant that others.Later they brought samples of their other coffee which was a nice touch. The other in my group had cappuccinos. They seemed to enjoy them. Four drinks and a cookie totaled $25.

Stopped in for breakfast and coffee on a week day morning. The interior and building is really cute and staff are friendly. Just be aware that if you want to do some work on your computer they wont allow you to sit at one of the tables; youll be required to sit at the front in the cafe area. Coffee was great but I think their food prices on the menu were a little high. Had the quiche lorraine and waffles. It was good but not super amazing for a $10 slice of quiche. I recommend checking it out for their coffee and Ill probably try a free other things on the menu next time I stop in.

Definite favorite breakfast and lunch spot! Coffee and espresso drinks are great and not catering to the oversized sugary concoctions peddled elsewhere. Food has always been great - savory Dutch baby for breakfast was perfect. Portion sizes are very good - plentiful but not excessive. Really appreciate their milk substitute- Oatly. Convinced me to switch to oat milk. The decor is clean industrial and suits Bellingham well. Also: great service!

Oh my word, this was so good. I had something off if the breakfast menu called Rosta, I believe. The flavors were amazing (its pictured below). My friend had the cashew cream toast, and it also looked amazing. There bread was about an inch thick or more. I had an Americano with mine and the coffee was tasty. She had a fancy coffee drink with oatsy (?), orange, honey, and cinnamon. So so good. For everything plus tax and tip, it ran is $40, so not cheap, but for an occasional fun trip it was great. I would definitely easy there again.

I had the Ethiopian pour over and found myself absolutely inspired by the pure unadulterated characteristics present in the brewed coffee. The wet aroma is laced with winey notes of apricot and rosehip. The mouth feel is creamy with a hint of natural sweetness. The pour was served at the perfectly temperature to present the subtle cocoa finish and buttermilk smooth texture. In other words, BOOOOOM! Nailed it.

This coffee shop has gone downhill in the service dept. Ordered 3 things off the menu after 15 min of being seated. Pretty normal. 45 min later were told waffle iron broke and they couldnt make our waffle. Waited another 40 min to get our food. An hr and a half to get a side salad with small cup of soup, and a Dutch baby. Squash Soup had some kind of bristles in it. Was told it was the squash, but not sure how true that is because squash gets soft when cooked. Even the peel. I couldnt even tear the little pieces apart with my fingers. Pretty gross. Didnt finish soup. Wont be back.

Cambers passion is coffee, but they offer a small but well curated food menu as well. Customers can choose casual counter service for the front and outside seating areas, or full service in the dining area. Lots if specialty coffees and teas, bright clean, and classic interior design. The coffee was very good. Service was excellent and the food was the highlight. The coffee was great. We went because Food and Wine Magazine said it was the best in the state. Charming place with eager staff, unfortunately I go to a place known for coffee for a good cup. Feeling like a bit of dessert, I ordered an affagato that was featuring ice cream either old or refrozen into icicles. This is a missed layup. After trying to stab my spoon into what generally is considered a treat, I hit a big lump of ice that hot espresso couldnt melt. I cared for it about as much as the kitchen did. Any number of places around town with a decent fresh scoop of vanilla and a shot of espresso I could recommend, sadly not the overrated kid on the block.

They continued this poor quality of customer service with their lack of attention. Not once did anyone come up to us to ask if we needed anything after we recieved our food.
