One of the main reasons i frequent this establishment is that the crew, regardless of location, are always polite, accommodating, and make my coffee really well. What more could i say?

The girl made me one coffee like for her, i mean a very tasty latté, with 4 shots o caffeine. Just enjoying it. Thanks a lot. The big brands, like Starbucks needs to learn from small coffee shops how to make a good coffee.When Im back in town, Ill visit you ladies, again, definitely for a good drink.

Stephanie was friendly, fast and accurate with our order! The mocha milkshakes and Italian sodas are amazing. It can get busy at certain times but totally worth the wait. Wonderful service 👍

The best mocha shake ever. And the only place that I know of that used real ice cream. We are addicted. Place always has a bit of a Line but it goes quick and is worth the 8 minute wait.

Lately the same crew of girls gave been working. They spend too much time talking. It took almost 15-20minutes to get our order tgat was made in tge line. Where we sat for another 10 minutes. Service has seriously took a hit for the customer service. What the gell is going on. Was a go to. Now Im going somewhere else.

Great thinking to have 2 drive thrus at this place because they need every bit of them. Bring your patience because you will have to wait in line but their coffee and food is well worth the wait.

Stephanie is THEE BEST! We are spoiled and lucky to have her. She mixtures are on point! I usually get watermelon peach and its hard to get the right ratio but she is worth her weight in gold! Hubs loves her skills as well.

Stopped by Cruisin Coffee on Bakerview near the Airport for the first time in months on my way to work. Ordered a 24oz Toddy Shake w/ Whip Cream and a toasted plain Bagel w/ cream cheese. The girl who came out and took my order had repeated my order and I confirmed w/ her everything she said was correct. I pull up to pay and get my Toddy shake which did NOT have whip cream, but honestly wasnt a big deal to me. It being the morning time it can be busy so I didnt want to wait or keep any others waiting longer than we needed to. They hand me my bagel which I didnt open until I just got to work, only to find that my bagel was not toasted at all. I was OK with not getting the Whip Cream on my drink but then to find another error was a little disappointing especially since the gal who took my order repeated everything back to me. I will however give them another try in hopes this was a one-time incident. Hopefully they see this and take it as constructive criticism.

Best cool coffee creams and peach jet teas! Always friendly and quick service. Hot days a bit of a longer wait due to cold mixed drinks. Well worth the wait. Hot coffee like mochas and lattes I think depends on your brand of coffee beans preferred. Starbucks has their own. As does Woods coffee. As does Cruisin.

I ordered two drinks and breakfast sandwiches. The lady taking my order said what was that? A lot. Then repeated my breakfast sandwich over so she can get it right. Some how still gives me the wrong order. It was not busy. There were multiple people working with her. Not the first time this has happened.

Coffee has a very heavy/dark roast (almost to the point of burnt). I dont mind it this dark if a roast in my iced coffee, but it definitely wont be what others would like.

Waited in line for half an hour and there was only 2 cars in front of me that each got two drinks. Upon getting to the window Ireland did not apologize for the wait. That girl definitely needs some training on her customer service. When I asked her questions about the menu she wasn’t friendly or helpful. When I told her I was frustrated with the wait she said “oh.” The coffee was gross. It wasn’t stirred. Maybe it’s the barista, or maybe it’s the establishment it’s self. It’s hard for me to say since it’s my first time being here but I defintely wouldn’t recommend it and will be posting reviews everywhere.

I just had the worst carmel macchiato I have ever had!!!! It tasted like burnt shots with water! It was so gross. To top it off it was her second try on making it! The first one was iced, and i asked for hot! I will never go back there again. The second drink was a dirty chai and they made that one with no coffee!!! The wrost coffee shop ever.

I love Cruisin Coffee, in general. Unfortunately this location constantly forgets my flavoring. Normally it wouldnt be a big deal, not ruining my day, but Im diabetic. So I take insulin while it cools and end up needing emergency candy because theres no sugar in my drink.Its happened 4 times now - at this location only. Sad.Cruisin on Lakeway is THE BEST!!!!

This place is convenient, and the service is friendly but... wow the drinks are just not good. The coffee tastes like watery diner coffee. The hot chocolate is more like hot milk with slight chocolate flavor... it is not sweet and leaves a horrible aftertaste. It will keep you alive in the odd hours, but dont expect something truly delicious or quality.

Sat waiting for my drink while three people stood around talking about a trip up theount baker highway. I paid for my drink and waited and waited but it was more important to talk about their trip than help the customer. I made eye contact with the barista holding the ingredients to my drink but she just kept taking. I will never go back

Nice people, good coffee and excellent sandwiches. A little expensive but all in all rather worth it. Everything is fresh.Pity they have to share a parking lot with a truck stop that has staff so hostile to the trucks that stop there. Im sure this costs the coffee hut some business.

Crew was fast! They even came out in the freezing rain to get our oders. They were very friendly and hooked up the drinks that I got for my daughters. Whip cream, cookies, sprinkles and a tootsie pop in the straw. I came home a hero. All around 5 stars! I will definitely make a point to come back!

It was very hot. I had a plain decaf, it was ok, maybe the flavor of the regular is better. Friendly customer service. It was busy, had to wait for about 5 minutes to place my order.

I drink very little coffee but I am disappointed to find out that the scones are different then they used to be. They used to be from the lynden Dutch bakery and whatever they replaced them with are not good. The coffee I ordered was bitter and tasted old.They have large dog treats though and are dog friendly.

I love cruisin coffee, however the airport location is the worst! Every single time Ive gone to this location my order is ALWAYS wrong. Always. Never at any other location. Theres a girl who is always talking bad about customers as soon as they pull away. The ferndale location and lakeway location are by far the best, actual friendly staff and orders never wrong.
