The lady who works there is SO kind and helpful! I had just purchased another Wizman Puffboy and after I put my own tank on it, it kept saying check atomizer. I could not for the life of me figure it out! I came back and asked her to help me. She checked everything for me to see why it wasn’t working. Finally found out it just wasn’t compatible on that one mod, so she replaced that Wizman with another one just like it and it worked! Definitely recommend, she is extremely helpful and friendly!!! 5 out of 5 for sure

I dont feel this is enough to give a 1 star just like. Went in, new to Bellingham, and I happened to go into the one shop where the person at the counter was under review or something and skeptical of anyone they didnt recognize. I get that part, your livelihood is threatened, nothing wrong with being cautious. Just got a bad vibe from how they were and like I shouldnt be there, and on top of that ended up leaving with nothing because its also the first vape shop Ive been too that only takes cash, and they didnt have an atm.Im sure its a good place, a lot of people seem to like this place, just my experience today wasnt that good, and I guess a warning to new people to the place right now, so that hopefully others wont run into this problem.

Charged me 95$ for a 25$ vape and juice. Before I could read my receipt I was told to hide it in my pockets before I left the store or else I would get in trouble. Was completely scammed, also the juice I bought turned out to be a knockoff homefill. Do not visit this shop

The store literally has Vape in the name yet had their license to sell Vape juice and vaporizer products revoked. Misleading shop name and wasting my time is the reason for my one star review. Change the name of the shop to kratom and water pipes if thats all youre going to sell.

This place is over priced and they sell garbage. I bought a vape juice it looked like they made it them selfs and it was suppose to be butter scotch it tastes like burnt hair. And its suppose to have nicotine it definitely dosnt seem like it. Dont go here.

If I could give this a absolutely no stars, I would. Recently price gouged to insanely high prices. Took advantage of a good opportunity at being a positive impact to this pandemic were in. Sad to say that I will not be going back here. And I would advise the same. Very, very shady place where they ask for your personal card information. Steer clear!

The woman who owns this shop is an absolute sweetheart! She is so friendly and helpful. She is one of the only shops in town that is willing to make a deal with you to help you out if you are a few cents short. well I cant speak for everyone but she has definitely been very good to me and I try to support her business anytime Im buying tobacco products. UPDATED POST: This vape shop has improved greatly since my prior review. Since moving to the current location I have seen the following improvements:Prices are more competitive. Selection has increased. Product reliability has strengthened. And customer service has maintained its high level of excellent. I want to thank the owner of this business for replying to my prior review as that review has since become outdated and it needed to be updated. I would not have remembered to have done so without her response. the fact that she did respond to my review is indicative of a business owner who cares about her reputation and the takeaway feelings that customers have went shopping at her business.

Im a firm believer in buying local. I first met Chi over 4 years ago when she was at her downtown Bellingham location and we hit it off right away. Her knowledge is extensive, shes very friendly and helpful and Im pleased to call her my friend. If youre looking to get into vaping, get off cigs or finding a local place to get your juices and salts, 123 vape is the place to go!

UPDATE:Im very happy I was able to get different flavors, I really enjoy them. And the Aurora Play is fantastic, I really enjoy the packaging and the draw I get. Pretty happy it was recommendedThere was no push back when I went back in, simply was given different juice and that I can truly appreciate. That alone will keep me coming back.Also I read the reply, girl it kinda was pushed but thats ok! I really like the draw I get and the packaging is great imo (I enjoy I can fidget with it as well). And happy my experience at your store was good. Im not sure why the juices didnt work for me, but it really isnt that complicated when filling it. And like I told you I did let the juice soak in the coil as instructed for well over the 20min🤷🏻‍♀️ and let it charge before I tried it initially too. But again these new juices are great. I cant really speak to why it didnt work for me but the juices simply didnt.I went into the store today to get the Novu my brother recommended but then a Aurora Play was pushed on me. And so were these West Coast Funk flavors. I went ahead and bought them but immediately knew something was wrong. This is my first time at this store but not my first vape. I know what a defective device taste like. There is NO flavor, nothing not even a nic taste just tasted and smells like its burning. I had a feeling (you know the realization you may have been ripped off) and sure enough seeing reviews is very worrisome. I followed all the directions and watch videos to make sure I was. I will be returning tomorrow to get some answers, Im hoping the bad reviews are wrong and I just was sold a defective device accident. Will update my review depending on my experience tomorrow

I really do not know how these guys are still in business. They sold me a knock off tank and then I couldnt buy real coils anywhere else because the real ones wouldnt work in the knock off, forcing me to buy a new tank somewhere else. I wanted to try and talk to someone about this, however, when I went in during posted business hours the store was still closed. I love this community and supporting local businesses, but I absolutely will not support this one any longer. Taking short cuts to save money at the expense of your customers is despicable, you could at least tell people the reason your stuff is so cheap is because its fake.

Great central downtown location, and impeccable service! They have all of the new accessories and vape gear I was looking for ... latest models of popular brands, tanks, any and all coils and RDA parts you might need and a very impressive selection of e-juice.Some blatantly fake reviews, posted most likely by competitors, talking about knock off and fake tanks are just that ... fake reviews. Extremely disappointed! The vaporizer was overpriced, I checked online after buying and it was way marked up not to mention when they sold it to me they said it was on sale. The next time I went in the sold me old juice from the back, the bottle was first marked at 3mg then had 18 penned in and told me it was 18mg. After using some trying to believe that they had a good reason for having to pen it in it was definitely 3mg. I will never go back there. Go to the one a block down. I havent been there yet but literally anything would be preferable to that place.

Always warm, and very friendly customer service. They show genuine empathy and patience when answering any of your questions about the hardware, or the juices that they provide. Also, their in house American Dream juice is incredible! Ive only recently started to vape about 3 and a months ago, and Ive literally tried well over 20 different flavors from various different stores. The only juice that I can continually vape on a daily basis, and not get sick of, is their premium in house American dream. In fact, Ive gotten a few of my friends hooked on it as well.They are conveniently located downtown, and are definitely my favorite shop to go to. I highly recommend them to anyone.

So this is conspiracy but if u listen itll make some sense. Me and my wife liked going here cause of location convienence. But after a few times I noticed every bottle of juice we purchased was already opened. It makes a little sense because alotta people like to open and smell a juice before they buy. But one day my juice tasted a little off. So I decided to tell my wife that when she bought one this time, to ask for one that hasnt been opened. They told her that there was none. Not even in the back... that was... suspicious. So we stopped going there. But this is where the story gets to the conspiracy bit. So while in another vape shop, we asked about the open bottle problem and they told us that was just wierd and they always have closed bottles. And when we mentioned who the offenders were, they told us that they were already in trouble by the fda for making their own juice and selling it at the shop without licences. Now, call me crazy... but this is more than a little suspicious. I think they are mixing their homemade juice into the bottles to save or make more money. Like I said in the beginning, this is all conspiracy. I have no proof. Just know I immediately stopped going there.
