Went in today because my girl needs a new phone. Was helpful at first answered all of our questions until she found out the account has a warranty on the phone. We inquired about my phone. I didnt want anything they had in store as they have nice selection online. I was told the free phone has a buy out. I get it I didnt keep it two years. The lady told me yes they have a promotion that i dont need to pay that. Pointed to a few phones. I asked if it is for online phones as well she said yes I could order send to the store. I also know I could order straight shipped to my house. Then after she knew she wouldnt get a sell she misunderstood what I said. There is not a promotion when I called called verison. Customer service is key if I would have been took care of like I should have I might have came back to buy when I knew what phone I wanted. Told the people I know to go to this location. Her conflicting sales pitch was enough to make me leave.
I was super bummed I lost my phone over the weekend. I went in today and Tim was really helpful at helping me to submit a claim and I didnt want to wait 2 days to get a new phone which is discontinued anyhow, and Tim checked and I was eligible for an upgrade. He picked out a great phone and got me all set up. He was really professional and I would highly recommend anyone to go here for help. This is the 3rd review I have ever wrote, so that should say a lot. Awesome job Tim and thanks again
Had a great experience yesterday. I met with Joshua B. And he definitely helped answer all my questions and sold me the perfect phone to fit my lifestyle and what I need it for. Made for a great experience. 10/10 would go back!
Really amazing store. The associate Curtis was really helpful and even after 2 hours of helping us on a late Thursday night he stayed an extra 20 min after closing to make sure we got everything done.

Not good coustomer services at all. . . The kid was rude and wouldnt help me or my bfs, we wanted to know what deals they had on phones, and wouldnt give us any information unless we gave him an ID

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only the WORST customer service I’ve ever received at a Verizon Store but the WORST customer service I’ve ever received in general. I worked with the so called “manager” Paul and he was truly awful. He was so unbelievably rude and condescending. I asked multiple times for him to clarify the prices of my upcoming bill after we made some changes to our plan. When our bill came out it wasn’t even close to what he had assured us it would be. I went into the other Verizon store to ask about it, they looked at my bill and said the charges looked correct for what we had on the account. Charges Paul assured me we wouldn’t get. I couldn’t believe the lack of honesty from this location, and of course by the time the bill came out it was past the return window and Paul refused to return what we purchased. He just said we should have actually read the fine print. I will never go to this location again. Paul is an absolute scum.
Paul is very knowledgeable ofall the items that I purchased today at the Verizon store. He was most kind to help me to set up my headset and my pairing in the car.I do appreciate everything he did for me. I couldnt ask for a better manager to help me. Kudos to Paul.
1st time in this store today. Parker helped us and his service was exceptional. I think I’ll be making this my primary Verizon store in Bellingham from now on.
ATROCIOUS. In competitive retail and employment markets, individuals like the ones manning this store will have a hard time. Verizon corporate has fantastic service but the staff at this GoWireless location proved to be one of the worst retail experiences to date. Im still a Verizon fan but will recommend that nobody step foot or even call this particular store.
I went in not expecting help but was blown away by the service and helpful addendent. Mainly a worker there by the name of Alex, he did more than he needed to to make sure I was happy and my phone worked. This store will always be a bright light in the customer service experience and will come back when something goes wrong and have absolute confidence they will be able to fix it. Im from San Juan island and making a trip to Bellingham is a pain, people can easily just refer me to customer services on the phone but there guys make it a point to fix the problem in store. 10/10 will be a Verizon customer for life

I know these folks get a lot of mixed reviews. My wife refuses to go here for help. I have been using them for 10 years (+/-) and they always have taken care of me. Not always fast and often with a line but the employees here have always made me feel grateful for their help and they always know more than me...!🤔 (regarding me phone)
I called the store to get info about different plans since i will be on my own with this plan. I was looking to save money being a senior and low income. The first guy I spoke to today was so rude he hung up on me and when I called back and spoke to another guy he was just as rude I will never step inside your store ever
Had the worst experience here. Went in with my boyfriend to only check on the cost to add a new line to our plan. Somehow the rep just started ordering a phone and we hadnt even decided that was what we wanted to get or do. We came back to see the phone the rep ordered and decided to get it. The rep stated our bill would “practically stay the same”. This rep turned out to be a liar. When we decided we would buy the phone, it hadn’t been “received” into their systems to sell to us. We had to wait for a manager to come from his home and do it for the rep. The. It takes 2 hours for the rep to get our phone set up. He’s on the phone with the same manager that came in to help him earlier, he’s calling Verizon, he’s having issues. But, he didn’t give us any indication of how long we would be there. He added a line to our account, and then somehow added an additional line and didn’t say anything. We have almost an argument with this rep due to his lack of respect for our time and lack of communication. We go home and days later I see the 2nd added line on our account! I ca Verizon and they remove it. Then I get my bill and I’m paying for that 2nd added line! And of course our bill is way higher than the rep stated. Like, way higher. I had to contact Verizon AGAIN and have them remove the added line. It was overall a horrible experience because of this store. I will never go to this store again, ever.

Ive normally done all my business with the Verizon store in the mall but Monday I needed a phone quick for an employee so instead of waiting in the mall line we went to this location. We were greeted and thoroughly enjoyed our time with the employee, however, nothing was done. We were told they could order the phone we wanted and it would be in on Wednesday, he would give us a call and we can come back to set everything up. Fast forward to Wed, we called, a different employee answered and couldnt tell us any information, we called back later and was told it might not be in todays shipment but theres still boxes he hasnt gone through so to call back later and maybe hell have gone through the shipments (umm ok...) so then we called a 3rd time he tells us itll certainly be in Thursdays shipment (at this point Im not even sure he looked through the boxes) We called Thursday and speak to someone who cant give us a straight answer then puts us on hold for 15 minutes (I felt crazy at this point) I hang up to call Verizon directly and they tell me it wasnt even pending on our account (they may have purchased it along with their regular products who knows) we try calling 6 more times, the 1st of those six we were asked to hold, we did... for 10 min. Each time we tried calling after that throughout the day we went directly to holding music. After no returned calls we decided to go back to the mall where we were greeted and taken care of with a phone in stock and we left within 25 min of walking through the doors (he even took care of a warranty issue in this time frame) We still havent received a call telling us our phone is in so Im convinced I will never take my business here again (unfortunately)

I headed to this GoWireless location after an experience at a San Diego location that I could only call subpar if I took out a sizable loan of generosity. I went to the Bellingham store in hopes of returning an accessory that it appeared I had paid for while being lead to believe it was free, and Dana & Alex were astronomical in helping me sort out the details of the previous transaction! They thoroughly explained policies, insurance processes, and protective accessory options—none of which had previously been relayed to me in San Diego. Both reps here were awesomely patient in providing info and listening to my gripes from the unsavory experience I had at the other store. Super recommend this location—I definitely felt uncertain about buying a new phone from an authorized retailer as opposed to straight from my service provider, but Alex & Dana ensured I did not leave without feeling well-versed in and control of the device payments and insurance processes I had opted into, and with faith restored in the retailer.
Paul was absolutley amazing! This is by far the best service Ive ever gotten at a verizon store. They really are turning things around here. The store is kind of hidden behind the fred myer gas station but well worth the visit!
I appreciate all the patients and assistance from the staff at this location. I can always count on them to give me all the information to help solve my problems. Even though I might come back every day. I truly appreciate their dedication and commitment.

Went in to buy 3 phones there in the last month on two separate occasions. Both times the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was not pushy when it came to options with other phones and plans. They made all options very clear so that we could make our decision. I would definitely go back and would very much recommend others to go there.
I went in to the store to get my screen replaced and Matt was amazing. Really easy to talk to and it was a great interaction. Will continue to come to this store for all future business.

I drove up from Skagit county because the Verizon store in Burlington is HORIBLE! This store is great. Mikalyn was extremely helpful and wasnt pushy about anything. That is something Ive never experienced at a cell phone store. I have had such bad experiences before I almost got new phones online but Im glad I went into this store instead. If you value your time and money do not shop there and here is why:Recently I pre-ordered an Iphone 6S at this establishment, they told me that they would open today at 6am to give those of us on busy schedules a break and I took them up on that too. They failed on both comitments but their incompetence and questionable business practice did not stop at that in fact:1. First they tried to swindle me out of 200$a) I was just about to pay for a new Iphone 6 when it became apparent to me as I googled -> the web on my current phone that the price they quoted was 200 dollars more that the I -> store (Thank you google), at which point I could have stamped out of there but I wanted -> to give them the benefit of a doubt and I still believed that this could have been due to -> human error and not by intent however this charitible attitude proved to be my undoing.2. Then they were still closed when I arrived at 7am when they indicated that they would open at 6.3. After wasting 2 hours of my time they finaly told me that the pre ordering of I-phone 6ss is a total and complete scam. The fact of this became apparent to me when I heard the manager indicate that the phones that came in are to be sold on a first come first serve basis, I fact they told me that the I phone I pre-ordered did not come in while at the same time e servicing a customer who did not pre order and who did in fact get his telephone on the spot.
