Went in looking for a hydraulic adapter I knew nothing about. I was greeted by Jordan, was given excellent service, it fit perfect, good job! I’ll be back!

1st time they made me a heavy duty hydraulic hose for my tractor and it has worked great. So I came back with a brake line and theyre working on it. Seems like both times Ive had good customer service. Keep up the great work.

They were able to help me order some hydraulic fittings I needed and sorted out what was what the first time, I think Chris was who helped me - he was great. Ever since then Ive had nothing but trouble with sales people who seemed too busy to bother helping me sort out what I needed. They clearly prefer repeat customers who order the same thing and never need professional sales assistance.

If you go here and arent an expert in hydraulics and the associated hoses and fittings, dont expect these guys to offer any advice or help. They seem to pride themselves on making people feel dumb. Elevating your self esteem at the expense of the inexperienced is low brow. Ill only go there if absolutely necessarry. There are limited options so they get to make themselves feel important and intelligent by laughing at those who are as they themselves once were... learning.

Im honestly amazed with not only the product but the customer service as well. Im not too trusting of doing business online or anything because you dont know who or what youre getting into. I gave the folks at ISI a call prior to placing an order. The two gentlemen I spoke with were very knowledgeable about their products and were more polite than anyone weve done business with in a long time.Once I had spoke with them we placed an order. Im sure this wasnt their biggest order(or even close for that matter) as we run a small service company but the service they provided was as though weve been long time business partners. They made us feel like we were, truly, a valued customer.After placing the order we assumed it would be awhile(processing, handling, shipping from WA to IN, etc...). All of our products were here within 2-3 days from placing the order. That was unexpected!After opening the boxes, I was beyond pleased with the products. They seem very well made, durable and affordable. Its hard to beat that combination.Bottom line, ISI is an outstanding place to do business with.

I came in with a custom part I needed to be made, I spoke to Kevin and he did a great job explaining what he could do and making it. Id recommend Industrial Supply to anyone who needs custom lines made.

Ive received poor service and poor quality custom hoses a few times now. Not healpful or resourceful, which has cost me time and money. I wont be trying to use Industrial Supply in the future and will just take my business online or elsewhere.

Geez. No customer service skills here. apperently selling your Enduro motorcycle on speaker phone for 5 min is far more important than greeting a customer whos been standing at the counter on a dead quiet mid day. There seems to be a peculiar culture developed here that is prideded in being standoffish. Hmm. Fortunately I can get the supplies elsewhere.

These guys failed to follow through on a commitment. I have been ripped off and had significant time wasted. I was sold sold product that was recommended for improper use and have been left holding the bag. The real problem was their followup false agreement and failure to honor their word.
