Strange shop. Fish tanks and wheels, as well as electric bicycles. The prices of these products are only half the prices of other stores, simply because they are sold directly by the factory.

Super customer service. My water pump broke down after 11 months, and they gave me a new water pump.

I purchased a set of 22.5 rims from this company on eBay and after 2 weeks I messaged them asking why they haven’t shipped my rims and got no response. So then I had to contact eBay and open an not received item case and finally got a response telling me they were sorry that fedex did not show up and they would take them to fedex in the morning. Another 3 days went buy and I messaged the company and finally got tracking.. Another week went by and I received only 2 rims half of what I ordered and those two rims were not new and scratched up. So again I messaged this company and two days later no response I had to get Ebay to step in to get a partial refund on what was never sent and will have to spend hours buffing out scratches on supposedly new rims. This was the worst online buying experience I have ever had. So buyers beware.
