Been customer for around 20 years. new ownership and feels like going out of buissiness. maybe just me and not comfortable with change, but its like you owe them something for walking thru the doors. still has great assortment of leathers and gear though. ill still be a customer but its turning sour.

New owner!!Bellinghams only locally owned and operated motorcycle parts and accessories store.Great select of tires, parts, clothing and tuning parts.I was in and out with my tires installed in 45 minutes.I also picked up a new vest and brake pads.I saved money over going online.

I came for a leather jacket not a motorcycle. But what a great leather jacket place. And the guy almost talked me into learning how to ride a motorcycle so I could put my new jacket to proper use.

5 stars to Wings! My husband and I bought a Harley here this weekend and Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the bike which made it a fun and relaxing buying experience. We’ll be back for more gear and will recommend his shop to anyone looking for a motorcycle or accessories!!

Gordie, Has always been the go to guys for apparel and tires. Nice conversation, relaxing. Definitely not a high pressured salesman.

Nice local motorcycle shop that has a nice selection of helmets, jackets and accessories. They are very helpful with any questions you may have. The only reason Im giving a four start is because of the reaction I got when I asked if the could price match am item. They werent mean about it but they sounded very irritated that I was asking that.

I happily spend my money at Wings. Great guys and usually have whatever I need or can order it. Would much rather go to Wings than any of the dealerships in Puget Sound. Feels like a real bike shop, not a dealership.

Ive been buying stuff through Wings for years. Gordy has always been helpful finding what I need at a fair price.Is the shop a little cluttered? You bet, and I dont mind in the least. Wings is a real shop with a real owner who treats you like a real person, not some salesmans next tag.Id be happy spending extra money just to get stuff through Gordy, but truth is everytime I order something hes almost always the same price or cheaper then the online guys.Five stars all the way, keep up the good work guys!

The first time I went in, I sort of wandered around for 10 minutes with no one offering to help me.I looked at other places but wings had the best selection so I hesitantly returned. After I took the initiative to actually ask for assistance, the guy helped me find a helmet I really liked. And when part of the helmet broke a few days later the guy replaced it for me, no questions asked. Not did you drop it? or what did you do wrong?, no hassle or argument. I really appreciated that.So, good products, and in my experience great service if you ask for it.

I bought a battery and told them I needed it charged, went home installed it..nothing..brought it back oh its not charged You can buy a charger for $40..okay thanks. Charged the battery, installed it went for a ride. Next day it doesnt start...okay need to charge it again. Go on one ride battery dies again. To make matters worse it was spraying acid on my bike and I lost paint. Not even complaining about the paint I went in today to exchange it. Gordy tells me that I over charged it...I said if I did it was the charger you sold me..then I bring up the acid its spraying...he tell me its overfilled and tells me I am the one that did it because he would never do that.. I ask him if he thinks I have battery acid laying around and he plays stupid and tells me he isnt going to help. Have to admit I had some choice words for him not only for not replacing the battery, but calling me a liar. See you in small claims Gordy. I am going to get you for my paint job now...You are a shady operator and I hope I spare at least one customer what I just went through. Worst experience as a customer I have ever had. This is also my very 1st review of a business.

I guess I dont have a real opinion. Their website and the front door both say they open at 10 am on Saturdays. I take my tires and rims down there to be mounted and try the door at 10:05 am. Locked, I can see the latch and the keys in the other side of the door (the main one that the other two doors indicate that I should go to). I thought no problem theyre just running a little late, so I loiter outside waiting for someone to open up. at 10:15 Im wondering whats up or maybe their hours changed so I called them. the conversation was short, they answered the phone and I asked to verify that they open at 10, to which they said yes, so I let them know their door was still locked (here at a quarter past). Waited around until 10:20 before losing my patience and leaving for another shop. Apparently they didnt need my business.

After purchasing a new tire for my 2006 Suzuki Boulevard M50 the install and disposal of the old tire was completed in under 30 minutes.The store and the workshop are pretty cluttered but the service is great.

Got a new to me vest for $25 I will be back!
