If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would. When opening a new account, my mother was pressured into buying overpriced accessories for her new phone. Even worse, a number of features that she didnt want and NEVER AUTHORIZED were added and she was billed for them. She was also charged an upgrade fee although her business account perks include not having this fee. The contract that she had to sign to get a phone with this business included a $300 fee paid to the owner of the business if she ever fails to pay her bill or decides to downgrade her plan (separate from phone company charges). Stay far away from this store, it should be shut down!!!
