Terrible bad security. My account was protected with a password. My ex husband called T-Mobile and t mobile never asked him any password or any security questions, so my ex got into my account and made changes!!! So bad security !!

I am a new customer to T-Mobile and needed help transferring my data from my old phone (iphone 7) to my new phone (iphone 11). Another store wanted to charge me $20 to transfer data. I called this store and spoke to James. He was so friendly and said that he could walk me through how to transfer it over the phone. he was really kind, patient and clear. When we got to a point that I thought I could handle the rest on my own, he said no problem, call me back if you have any questions and seemed to mean it.5 Stars! Thanks for the help!

I do not recommend this T-Mobile store. We had so many problems transferring from Verizon and we continue to have issues. Avoid this store at all costs or it will cost you!

Avoid this location at all costs! I was going to buy a Note 10 plus but then changed my mind. I never once took possession of the phone or even touched the box. I called T-mobile and informed them that I did not authorize the transaction. Called this location to cancel the order! They told me they would do so! Guess what, they are now committing fraud by informing my bank that I did take possession of the phone. T-Mobiles records show the phone was cancelled and they are not charging me for the device (As they should because I never actually bought the device). Instead since this location is so starved for business, told my bank (I disputed the charge) that I did make the purchase. I am contacting BBB and the local police. This is fraud and they are trying to steal almost $500 from me. Didnt think tmobile would hire low lives to run their stores and try to rob customers of their hard earned money! Place is a scam! You have been warned!!!!!

Best of the best second to none!! The only t-mobile store I will go to. The only person I want to speak with is Phil. He knows his stuff and has helped me out on more than one occasion with my phone and my daughters (13 years old...she always has phone problems...lol). Other stores that I have visited have not had nearly the superior customer service that this location gives. By far the best!!

Went in yesterday on NYE to get help with my Android b/c of a system update crash. Manager tried to help and she did explain Android has this problem if the OS system fails at updating. BAD ON ANDROIDAngel was there and she helped me get a new iPhone and reminded me of all promotions and I was able to trade in my Android as well as long as I paid the balance on the Samsung I got earlier in the year. Also got accessories and only had to pay the taxes on that. GOOD DEAL.This store rocks and I am beyond happy again and Angel was great.

Beware: This store will add random extra charges to your account without asking and without telling you. I had to call back to get Jump and insurance removed, when I explicitly said that I dont want them.I reviewed this place 2 years ago to give it a great write-up, but it seems like things have changed.

This place is hands down the BEST t-mobile store ive been to. Whenever I have issues with my phone, am looking to buy a new one, or even just have a question about it these guys always help me out and I leave 100% satisfied. I always ask for Phil, hes the best around along with Tatiana who really fixed a major issue with my phone. I recommend this place to anyone, and if you dont have t-mobile, get it...and go talk to Phil and Tatiana. Thanks guys!!!

Terrible Service! Went in there and bought a new phone everything went smoothly until I received my bill and notices several charges that they failed to mention while I was there. I went back to correct the issues and they refused to do anything about it. A man named Phil was very rude and inconsiderate. Long time tmobile customer and would definitely avoid.

The new young kid, i believe his name was Furhan is very polite, and is driven with potential. He helped me within minutes and took care of me on my JUMP upgrade, the team work over there is perfect, quick and fast.

The guy that works here has a great personality and tries hard to be helpful even if he knows he wont get paid for it.

This store was more concerned about their conversion then customer service telling us not to go in and out the store as there sensor hurts their conversion sales. Those comments rubbed me the wrong way period. Verizon here I come!

This is the best tmobile store. ive been dealing with phil timothee and hes by far the best person to deal with. helps me with every little thing i need.

Staff at this store do nothing but try to push phone sales on you. No intention on trying to help you with any issue.
