Im only giving 1 star because I have to, to leave a review. I was taking a shower and someone started banging on my door causing me to slip and fall in the shower, hurting my shoulder. I tried to tell the girl behind the counter about it and all she had to say was well it wasnt anyone who works here. Didnt ask if 8 was hurt or if I was okay just started to ignore me. Went into the taco bell and practically had my food thrown at me . Never been treated so rudely in my life, and Im truck driver so thats saying something.

Good location for gas station... plenty of parking. Many food items & other things for sale.

Nice and clean, and lots of parking spots for night.

Rudest manager ever. Staff that dont know what it is they are doing.... Avoid avoid avoid. Use the flying j down the street.

Discount card doesn’t work here. Half the pumps are inoperable. Worst Pilot I’ve ever been to.

Inside the store is clean and staff is friendly. The downfall of this location is that space is super tight. I got lucky someone was leaving from an easier spot to get into. Their spaces arent deep enough. Even at the corner one space on the end will get blocked. That and the construction going on to get there, you might as well skip over it for overnight parking during peak parking hours.

Decent place to stop to refuel and stretch your legs. Right off of the highway, and to be honest, (usually) has cheaper gas than surrounding gas stations. Especially if you’re on the way to/from Chicago to Wisconsin. People working here are nice and helpful. Place is usually pretty clean. Bathrooms can get crowded, kind of small

Order for a family of 5 and every order was messed up and then they forgot half of it and no straws. Very terrible food.

Lazy employees dirty shower and all stuff empty for cleaning things

Usually this is a busy location. The parking lot is relatively small and fills up early for the night and is pretty flat. The restrooms are clean along with the store. The Taco Bell on site is average. There is a Super Walmart a few blocks away which is posted as no truck parking but there are plenty of trucks parked there regularly. You are probably better off at the Flying J at exit 1 in IL. Or the Loves at exit 3.

11:33 at night and parking good stop fast fuel no BS

I charged $13 in gas in the auto/gas line, and Pilot charged my credit card $151. I came by and talked with the manager, who was very nice, and explained that this was a hold, just to be sure to cover the charge. However, Ive never had this happen at any other gas station anywhere in the country, and I found the experience unpleasant, even alarming at first.

Smells awful in and around bathrooms...definitely not covid clean at this location... construction of new interstate interchange makes it a mess getting in or out of the stop&back on the interstate a giant pain

I thought this place was great! Amazing service, and amazing products there. I would rate this 5. But I was slightly sad just because when I was there the freezers were not working but they were very apologetic about this of which is why I rate this a 5. This is not their fault and they still tried their best to accommodate this. Otherwise great place!

Three stars because the young lady cashier was super nice. Otherwise, coffee area was a mass with trash overflowing. No Moonpies even though Pilot had an event going on that included them. Squeegee on the fuel island sucked and the buckets lacked any liquid but instead were nasty inside. Again, the cashier made it a good visit, otherwise it would have been a one star review.

They have all the essential on the go travel needs, from soft drinks and snacks to coffee and ready to eat grill food. Many items for the fellow on the road driver. Even DVDs, and OTC medicine. I give them a 7/10. Staff with manners and no attitude would help, especially towards the fellow service members.

Here is a well stocked store and restaurant. Washrooms are clean. Good fuel prices. Easy off/on I-90.

Bathrooms here were clean, well stocked, and well lit. The store itself was bright and clean and sold everything you could want at truckstop. There were lots of open gas pumps. What more could you want?

Whoever cleaned shower #3 at store #289 didnt restock the shower/bathroom with toilet paper.I had to use my reward points to pay for another shower/bathroom that had toilet paper because the line at the register was too long for someone to come help.Got to do better than that. Cant forget to restock the toilet paper, an result in the customer having to waste their points to get another shower/bathroom.

Has at least 6 truck pumps plenty of truck parking space ! Parking lot was kind of icy Staff was very helpful clean quarters and bathrooms were medium clean.I dont like theirTruck fueling system makes it hard and all the private Drivers have to go in and prepay. Otherwise its a decent gas station.

Decent place. Has taco bell, Walmart 2 buildings down. Staff is great. I try and stop here if. . If theres good parking spots. Half of the lot is tough to get into. I can get in but very concerned about getting hit by trucks backing in or leaving next to me. Hope on day you guys can get adjacent land and remake your parking lot

I suppose Pilot saves money by not having receipt printers on their diesel pumps but it was a bit irritating having to go in to get a copy. The clerk was a little dumpy looking but I’d still smash, wedding ring or no.Minus 1.5 Star for no receipt printer but plus 0.5 Star for the cashier’s pleasantly plump and doughy dumper.

Vents on all showers were bent open, when I asked the manager on duty for a wash cloth to hang in front of the vent to block it from being looked into, she just walked away and mumbled something like I have nothing to do with the vents. I then asked the young man who worked there for a wash cloth and he provided us with one.

Restroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile, dirty and trash overflowing! Thought especially during this time keeping places clean would be a high priority!!

Weve been to this pilot twice in a 3 month period. Both times, it was FILTHY Inside, the bathrooms were disgusting and the employees, once you could steer them away from their personal conversations, were very rude! Just keep going up the road and youll find MUCH Nicer truck stops a very short distance up the road. We will NEVER stop here again!!

Once the fuel lanes open back up, I can give a better rating. The cashier inside was very knowledgeable. She had a ton of suggestions. A great employee.

Place is good. But they always charge 101 extra on top of Gas charge on my card. Obviously it goes away after some days but still not convenient. I have to keep checking account to make sure its gone.

I gave them a one star simply because it doesnt go any lower than that. I was in the pilot last night and there was a driver ahead of me and as he walked away the African-American cashier female with purple dreadlocks started waving her hands in the air like the customer she had just served stank. I Asked what that was all about and she told me one of the things that she hated the most about working there Is the smelly drivers. Then some guy had been listening in on her walkie-talkie and said hey I am a driver and I dont smell. She told me that was true he smelled very good.As I walked away I turned to look and see if she was making fun of me as I am a driver and I dont get it as clean as Id like to as often. She was waving her hands in the air like I stank. Please fire her she does not deserve to work there. Thank you. Other than that the place was good but whether she stays or go I wont come back.Seems to me like there was something racist going on there. Some kind of game she was playing with Caucasian males. Thats the only ones she was doing that to. Very rude and disrespectful. Lady if you hate working there that much get out. You are the worst employee Ive ever seen at any pilot Ive ever gone to in the United States.

Bathrooms were adequate. Not much for snacks or drinks. There is a Taco Bell attached and a game room. Ample parkinh.

This store says it is a Wisconsin law against fuel discount cards. The Pilot website for this store says otherwise. We will be writing letters to Pilot and Good Sam about this and also not being able to use the card at the pumps.

Great coffee stop. Mmhmm best coffee. And easy Fuel. I love the new Pilot app.

Had no milk in coolers. Went to restaurant no one waiting on customers, stood there looking at a menu for a good 10 minutes. No one came to wait on me. I.left disgusted. Thanks pilot

Parking can be difficult. Store small but busy. Ladies room small. Really needs remodeling. Its good for fast stop food fuel and weights. Try not to stay more than 30 minutes.

Expensive cheaper to go to pretty much any other gas station let alone Walmart. But its not just this particular location all Flying J and Pilot Travel Centers have raised their prices.

It’s Tuesday night 9:46pm called to make sure it’s a actual pilot flying j the female never got her name was very professional and sweet hats off to ya great customer service! there’s too many road rangers truck stop that say pilot flying j in google maps and other apps!

All of them are good but I just wish they would bring back the points for store purchases at least for the trucker items. (Tools, oil, other trucker products.

Line a mile long and mostly 4 wheelers. Need a dedicated driver line.

There are changing stations in both bathrooms, clean facilities, and reasonably stocked assortment of snacks and beverages. Plus, there is a taco bell onsite, so for food youre covered. The gas prices were also good considering the location. Would definitely stop here again.

Toilets were not cleaned. Informed the service people at counter and they took the courtesy to thank us for letting us and said they will attend to it promptly. Service was good

Enjoyed my meal @ Dennys, Becky my server was great & my shower was clean as per the norm @ flying j, the mens restroom wasnt dirty but it wasnt exactly clean otherwise a nice enough truckstop with a great staff

Best gas price. No window washer fluid. $50-something into the tank and I cant scrape and wash the bugs off. Mens room is small and not very clean. Out of soap. Aisle by the truck items and electronics had boxes like someone might be stocking items, but at a busy time they are a nice trip hazzard. Lucky for me I dont have to spend much time there, only to get gas.

Nice little place, clean, nice lot, good parking but not huge.

Not a great place to be during an ongoing virus scare. Too few bathroom stalls for a major truck stop, and few options nearby unless youve got a smaller vehicle for drive-thru ordering. Not everybody likes Taco Bell.

Its a gas station. What else is there to say. This particular gas station doubles as a truck stop so they have showers and DVDs and books on CD that you can buy, plus a myriad of trucking and trucker accessories. The gas seems to be fairly priced and theres a Taco Bell attached to it so if you want to get a nasty Taco Bell burrito while youre getting gas this is a great spot to do that.

As travelers we were able to stop and take a rest for an hour or two, and proceed to continue on our journey

Had a couple constantly beg me for money the entire time I was trying to fuel up, other than that its a great place.

Make sure if you grab a quick something to eat on the road that its fresh. The item I grabbed and apparently been sitting in that warmer for several hours it was hard as a rock.

No real complaints. Not a very large parking. However pretty good selection of food options walking distance. Menards is next door as well as a Walmart. Starbucks down the street easy walj

Staff were SO friendly and did a great job, but the place was a bit smaller than Id hoped and had a generally old/dirty feel to it.

Place is under construction. Scale to weigh, need to call fuel desk. The manager works hard to keep customers satisfied. Staff is somewhat unprofessional in their work conduct. All in all, Id go elsewhere.

Clerks need to show respect to customers. While waiting for my receipt a truck driver needed some service from cashier and they were rude and made bad comments referring that the driver was dumb. When I made a comment they treated me like I was dumb. Then I heard them make more rude comments about the next driver that needed assistance on the scale. By this time I was very upset . For what they didnt know was I am a retired truck driver. From a family of drivers. I did know what I was talking about and am very disappointed it what has happened to your truck stop. It was one of our regular stops when working. I now understand why some of the drivers are no longer coming there. The date of my experience was Feb 6 between 11:30 AM &12:15 PM if you want to check who your bad employees are !! Will never stop there again.

New pumps to accommodate many payment methods. Small lot by comparison, no room for trucks to line up before pumps, there was a line going down street.

Im a professional driver working for a national carrier who has us use oasis fueling stations, problem is it is just fuel no additional servicesI prefer pilot who caters to the driver with amenities from the obvious to extras and the service is always top notch.Its only Pilot for this boy my employer can bite me I refuse to purchase boxes of DEF when I can pump it at the same time as fuel windows ect

Usually have no issues but drove for 12 hours get out to take a shower and the sign on the door says no water no bathrooms!! Lord have mercy so we are going 57 miles down the road to the next one!!***** I have to say I am very impressed that the owner to time to respond. That doesnt happen very much!My husband is an over the road truck driver and Pilot is his favourite resting spot away from home. He had driven for a very long time and we were exhausted. Was just heartbroken to see that sign.But like I said it means a lot to know that they are paying attention to our comments so that ups my stars from 1 to 5 thank you!!

Typical pilot with amenities and welcoming staff, clean everywhere inside and outside, Diesel lanes are extremely clean always, this truck stop is a great one

We just went in and bathroom was horrible. One toilet was flooded with toilet paper. Dont know if they knew but told girl at desk on the way out. Interrupted her on her phone.

This place is always crowded, always cars and trucks there. Has taco bell inside. Parking lot for semis is limited but its still free to park. If you want to get a parking spot you need to get there fairly early otherwise good luck. It is right next door to menards if you need anything, I think there is a Walmart as well not too far away.

Worst place I ever been. I have no idea how the village of Lemont can exsept something like this. In this gas station you can hurt your self really easy because has so many potholes. I hope someone will fix this before someone get hurt. I want to warning all people they are going to this place to be ready to get hurt or damage their cars.

Have not been there for some time as I remember it was great.

Never give you your fuel points its clean store and nice people that work there its just everytime fill up there never earn any points
