Love the convenience of Speedway. Also the availability of a restroom since I was on a five hour drive home.

I was getting diesel with a dodge 3500 dually while also towing a 1st gen on a trailer in the back. I went inside to put $40 on my pump, and this rude old lady told me that it’s for semi trucks only, and in a very rude way. I explained to her very nicely that I have a trailer and I can’t just park at the regular pumps because I’ll be taking up a lot of room. She realized what I was talking about, and gave me a nasty snarl, and said “fine, come over here” and went to different register. So I paid the $40, and went to get myself something to eat and drink. While paying for my sandwich and my drink, she never once smiled at me, or even looked at me. She said my total was $4.84. I handed her a $10, and she snatched it from my hand, and she’s lucky I didn’t say anything. Then she proceeded to slam a 5 dollar bill on the counter, and told me to go away. This was very rude customer service, and I know beloit can do better than this.

I come to this speedway almost every other day and normally I’ts fine. But today, I come in and ask for my regular item and she grabs them and just stands there and says nothing. I then ask her for the total since I see she wasn’t going to say anything. She then said “I need your ID”. And I said ok but you could’ve asked for it and she just stares at me. Then I tell her that she could speak and she shrugs her shoulders. I did ask her if she liked her job cuz her body language was saying she didn’t want to be there. But either way her name is Kara. Hope she gets a little bit more friendly and says hi or something.

Gas is usually cheaper here than other places and the staff are always friendly. The place is also recently renovated within the last few years. If your in the area this is the place to go. We go here almost daily.

I love their coffee, but over the years the cleanliness of speedways has dropped off. Healthy snack are limited, and for those reasons I find my self going more often to Kwik Trip.

I love speedway ..but ill never go here again..the store manager is the most rude unprofessional person iv ever meet..this is the 3rd time iv gone and she has been beyond rude..this is unacceptable and you have lost a 1ta2 times a day customer..

Gas is cheap most of the time but bathrooms here need to be cleaned more often.
