Their employee Kimberly was a life saver. My daughter needed maxi pads, had no idea what ones shed need, and I couldnt reach her mother on the phone. Its a horrible dad situation haha thats why we shouldnt go shopping alone. But Kimberly lead me right to the one I needed. Thanks again!

Love the staff they always go out of their way to make sure if they dont have the apple juice I want they order more. Was able to get 3 cases last time

It was not clean all the products were turned around back wards on the isle

I cant say that Ive ever had a negative experience here but also Ive never had a mind blowing great experience either. Its just a decent store with decent prices that is close to me. The cashier was pleasant and the other associate answered my question quickly and directed me to the correct aisle for what I needed this morning.

Great prices if you dont have a lot of money.

Staff super friendly but the place is constantly in a restocking phase with 1/2 filled shelves and restocking carts in your way. On the plus side they keep the basics in the same basic spot, their $1 aisle is generally well stocked and the variety pretty extensive compared to other DG stores Ive been to. They usually have a nice variety of seasonal merchandise at a very reasonable price.

Wasnt well staffed or well stocked. Things looked like they were just dumped out of the box onto the shelf

The checkout lines are almost always long.while they do normally stay stocked, there are typically a lot of obstacles to manoeuvre around due to the stocking carts in the isles. They seem to be understaffed.The upside is that there is usually a happy and friendly smiling face that I can ask questions to.

You definitely get your Money worth. We have been coming here for years. As a child my Parents took me, and now I take all my Kids. They absolutely Love it. We live down South now! So every time we come up for Family or work, I make it a Point to stop by for their BBQ. I cant say how much I Love it. Better than any KC BBQ to me!

Wait till like 7 or 730 to go here. Thats when the real show starts. Ive seen cashiers and customers yelling at each other on multiple occasions. The cops got called once. Hell Ive made friends with people in line cause of it. All this is the reason I go here still. You never know whats going to happen. Only problem is it really slows down the checkout line. So I had to bump it down a couple stars

Theres some pretty nice people up theyre always polite. And the try to make people happy and help it help get things up the top shelf that some people cant even reach

Literally saw people walking in at 8:54 tonight. I walked up to the doors and they where locked at 8:55. They put up a white piece of paper that said “We close at 9” Like I would have been in and out of there within 2 minutes. I needed two things. Thats it. Y’all suck

This particular location. (Belton across from Auto Now) used to be my favorite location. Then they started slacking. The isles were always empty and rude employees. This visit went rather well as the isles were stocked and faced. It looked very nice and they had some cool new products. They did change their bathroom policy to no customers which was frustrating because since it opened years ago the bathrooms were for customers. Shopping with two young kids and no bathroom can be a challenge. The employees were still not so friendly. Ive seen a big turnover rate here since losing a few good managers. It really stinks. Overall I will go back but it wont be my first choice if Im gonna be close to another location at some point during the day.

The employees are great. But as usual they are overworked and underpaid you can hardly make it through the aisles and I had to wait in line for 9 minutes because there was only one employee doing everything in the store and there was a really long line.I do not appreciate seeing companies do this to their employees Dollar General seems to be cutting corners by giving management employees way too much work to do alone.

Its a dollar general. Go in for a few things, and it takes longer to get thru the checkout be line than it does to get what you need. People are nice, place is clean, but its a dollar general. What can I say?

Love the young manager shes nice. Employees seem tired and underpaid or not motivated. Convenient location for me. Sometimes there is a wait in line but it happens everywhere so cant complain too much.

It was a little weird that most of the toys were put on the top shelf. We had to climb on the cart to reach them. Everything else was fine.

Staff is very helpful and if you can find what youre looking for there.

It is a good place to pick up things you need at a moments notice. Their prices are pretty good and their selection is decent. I really have to say that if you need toilet paper in bulk or paper towels in bulk this is your place.

Good selection of items and cheap but there is ALWAYS a very long line when I go in there. They need to have more than one register checking people out more often. So if you have the 10-15 min to wait in line go for it but I avoid going here just because of that.

Always a great experience at any of the stores employees at Dollar General a fabulous at times Ive been short on Tang so the total of my items they have actually pulled out of pocket and or change on the counter from somewhere never out of the registered but only to help me so I didnt have to return an item that I saw short of paying for and actually paid for my item I was going to return just like family. Justin credible people to the heart incredible people True Heart which is hard to find in a single of their job and carry keep that extra customer and help that one guy that hasnt eaten for a couple days pay it forward believe it or not as a manufacturers rep as many multibillion-dollar corporations preview City customer such as QuikTrip this train is overpowered my thoughts to be my number one chain of stores Titan security are great the planograms perfect managing through the stores is great items that are quick and easy are actually the front of the store like milk with it at the grocery store dinner in the very back Only Prettier you to buy and purchase more items and cost you time and spend more money in their stores I give this chance to say number one in my book schedule a great job a perfect brick and mortar retail store chain great slow from the front to back like a Cadillac in the store wholesale retail distribution and Retail in its finest

This store has it ups and downs but dont let it fool ya they keep it to the best to their ability. Just think if people actually cared about their local shopping store this store would be amazing. They try very hard. But 1 thing is it is alot better than any other store in the area.

Its just like every other Dollar General. Its a good quick stop shop and they are one of only a couple places that carry PayPal refill cards. This is definitely a in a pinch shop and will not be my regular go to place.

I t was one of the cleanest Dollar Generals Ive seen. However, the prices arent that far off from Walmart. Actually, more in some cases. (Canned cat food was $.70 @Dollar General and the same can @ Walmart $$.55. Last time I checked. Watch pricing. I like it because its like the corner convenient store. Its small and easy to get around. And quick.

Not pleased that they just decide when to close. Hours say they are open until but they closed at 9. Should probably fix your hours if you want to close. Good way to lose business.

Im very fond of this Dollar General and go there all the time. They have lots of stuff at great prices. I am also a member of their digital coupon program (works at any DG, sign up online) so I end up getting some pretty great deals. Like 40-80% off what Target or even Walmart would charge. The cashiers are friendly. My only complaint is its kind of dimly lit.

Typical Dollar General. Dirty and cluttered, short on staff, and takes forever to get in and out. I only go here for one item (thats discontinued everywhere else, and really expensive online), and every time I walk in I vow that Ill never come back. However, as long as they sell the item I need, Ill come back, unwillingly of course. At least the staff is friendly.

Its got a decent selection, but not enough sugar free candies for my mom. They carry some decent quality flip-flops and Mexican treats.

Good employees, but lots of bad people come in. Other than that its good and prices are decent.

Aisles were crowded with boxes, and shelves were in disarray. Perhaps the truck had just arrived and stock had not been shelved. Decent bargains to be found if you look for them.
