After being told by a store employee I could get my core charge at any other location.I was told at a location closer to me, I was not able to get my core charge money back from a separate location.Pretty slick way of stealing that core charge money.... Had 3 fully discharged batteries which they took to dispose ofAdditionally, found a source to get specialty car keys and I am glad to find this local source.

Bought two Duracell automotive batteries. I left them sitting right side up to await installation. They were both leaking the next day from the top seal of each battery. They wouldnt refund or switch out the batteries. The staff and product here is trash.

Our battery died at a quarter til 8 (they close at 8) in the TSC lot behind them. Husband went in to see if TSC had a battery, and I called Batteries Plus. The guy who answered was extremely helpful. Got the year/make/model, verified they had batteries for our van, started a transaction so that if we did get there only a few minutes before 8 he could still check us out, and overall could not possibly have provided better customer service!!! TSC had a battery and husband came out with it a minute later, but I was still very very impressed by the quality of customer service I experienced from Batteries Plus. Well definitely buy future batteries there!

Like other people have said excellent customer service and cheap prices..I needed a new key fob for my jeep..before I went in I was like o great its going to cost me 300 or more dollars after I hot the fob they cut it made sure it works and it only cost me a little over 100 dollars..I wi never go to anywhere else ever again..lol

Had a problem with the battery on my wifes golf cart. A quick look on the internet showed the local store had it in stock. Ordered online and in just 5 minutes received an email that it was ready for pickup. Downtime was only 1/2 an hour while she was working in the yard. She was really pleased.

This is my primary source for batteries and flashlights, since they have a excellent variety. I can usually find something here I wouldnt be able to easily find in larger stores (talking about flashlights). Batteries are all in one location so I dont have to travel an entire store to find them. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable about their stock. Buy a phone battery and theyll put it in in seconds. Its very easy to see from the main road as well and close parking is available.

Ive had two great customer service experiences at Store 394 in Belton, MO, during the last five days. One was an online order/in-store-pickup order for a mower battery and the other was an on-line appointment for a cell phone battery replacement. The mower battery was waiting along with the paperwork when I arrived the young man that helped me was quick, friendly, efficiient. I happened to be in the vicinity of the store 1.5 hours before my appointment for the cell phone battery so I stopped in and was immediately and courteously and efficiently taken care of by Terry even though I was an hour early for my appointment. The on-line discounts are great, too! Youve gained a repeat customer.

I think his name was Ryan ( Belton ) - We really needed this key fob so we could drive our car again - He didnt care - couldnt give us a time when we could get it - all he would say is that they were really busy. Went to Lees Summit to get it and had great customer service from a young man( wish I remembered his name ) he went above and beyond call of duty. I would recommend Lees Summit loc - but never again Belton loc.
