Went in to get pricing on upgrades on 3 phones and got a much better deal than expected. After finding out they only had one phone in stock, Trent drove all across town to track 2 others down. Overall it was a great experience, all employees were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Thank you so much for all your help!
This location is excellent. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They still served us at the last minute before closing time, and stayed late just to help us with what we needed.
The customer service is great the store has potential of being one of the best stores in Belton I highly recommend it and thanks for the help today
This is by far the worst store ever. I spent over an hour and a half getting 2 phones, never added my authorized person, and guess what, the rep ordered the wrong color phone. And that took me another trip and a 1hour 30 minute hold time with customer service for them to tell me to go to the store.Part 2 i asked to lease a phone, same useless guy financed it, maybe he really needed to hit his quota? That’s not how you keep me coming back. This will be my 4th visit with this store.Furious. People like him are the reason i go to the leawood location they know how to do their job. I just thought closer locations were convenient.
I went in to find out if it would be a good idea to switch to T-mobile. I was literally asked why I wanted to switch. Really seemed like he didn’t want to work with me or even help me switch over. After replying maybe to see if I can money or see what T-Mobile has as options, I gave my phone number. Literally after one minute, was told “No you wouldn’t save with us”........ ok so that’s it?Waste of time, so I just left
I have previously had great experiences here, but today it was as close to purgatory as I hope to ever get. After an hour of the same two employees taking care of the same two customers with seemingly little to no progress, I asked if there was an ETA for me to ask a question about my account and I received a very curt and drawn out answer detailing all of the tasks that still needed to be done by these two employees for the two customers ahead of me. The gentleman impressed me in how much detailed, yet completely irrelevant information was provided and how it left my question completely unanswered. I had to plainly ask what that translates to in actual minutes. I have so far outlasted a half dozen potential customers that have came and left. I fortunately have my Kindle app and plenty of work to do on my phone so I could endure. I understand there are only two employees. That’s a tough spot to be in for sure. I’m a fan of empathy and giving people the benefit of the doubt, but don’t be rude. Especially to a customer of over 15 years. At least pretend to care, you know? Thus, I unfortunately cannot recommend this store after today’s experience.***Update*** After an hour and 20 minutes, Sierra (spelling?) and her coworker were helpful in answering my questions so I added a star, but the wait was pretty brutal.
Jordan was AMAZING!!! Fantastic customer service like you wouldn’t believe!! Always ask for him for a great time and helped explain everything so perfect! Give this man a raise! Congrats on such a great employee 👍👍👍👍🎉🎉🎉🎉🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈😁😁😁😁
The store since it opened. Its a young lady in there that has long brown hair who has given me the best customer service the best results the best attitude which is why Ive always gone back. Today the man with the glasses the bald man refuse to do anything Ive spent over 12 hours in the last two days trying to get my phone resolved I was told to go back to that store that I would get a new phone have it transferred over and I would deal with the rest later he refused to do anything. I will never go back to that store because of him and him alone. Hes arrogant condescending sarcastic unhelpful rude and he acts like he owns that store. I asked him how long he been there he said since April. Thats how long a new employee Chuck to get rid of me and my family and my business.
Got there right when they opened. There were at least 10 employees there. Only 2 were helping customers. The others were on their phones, walking around, or just sitting in office. No one wanted to help us. We waited until 10:30! Its been a poor experience every time we go there lately. Maybe I need to switch to a friendlier company.
Got our phones switched out and had a Great Experience that Verizon never offered. When I had my phone for about a month it started to act up, freeze, and delete things off my phone. I also think that Sprint should overall be able to switch out your phone if you have the one you dont like. I would like to switch out but cant until spring of 2017 witch sucks but you know thats what happenes.. Overall Great customer service.
I used to work at Sprint awhile ago and I just dread going into any Sprint store. I was out this way in Belton and wanted to upgrade my phone for my birthday. The manager Nathan was super helpful!!!! I was basically in and out. I hate people who used to work somewhere and come back and act like they know everything, so I didnt say anything because I know companies change things around all the time. I asked a ton of questions because I wanted to make sure that my new phone wasnt going to go over my budget, and it didnt. They even went above and beyond here. I got there an hour before close and they were busy. When I got My phone it needed to update before I could take it so I asked if I could leave it there for like 20 mins so I could run down the street real quick and they had no problem with me leaving my phone and coming back so I could do something else. I really appreciated it because Ive been in stores and watched employees turn people away and tell them to come back the next day. So thank you so much!
If i could give negative stars i would. after being misinformed on 4 phones and a free phone. my bill has gone up from$250 to $375. i spent 2 hours on the phone to find out my only answer is to leave sprint. wow they really dont care about retention. Thomas at the belton location moves to town center. i suspect he wore out his welcome and now he leaves the company. dont buy anything from this store they will misrepresent the bill.
Consistently great customer service at this location. I drive out of my way to come here and avoid one of the other stores in particular. Dottie is a rockstar! She got us switched over to Sprint and has handled all of the Note 7 issues really well.
Greg was very helpful and we were in and out in not time after doing a phone upgrade
A woman in the store demanded masked when we entered, but as we did not have one proceeded to tell us to leave. They had no way of keeping a customer in like having masks for sale. And the woman that told us to leave was rude and uncaring about the situation. She couldnt have cared less about the customers.
We came into the store to switch from T-mobile and sales associate Jessica Anderson made it an easy and very pleasant experience for us and got us the exact phones we were wanting! We will keep coming back!
We switched to Verizon to get the Google Pixel phones. We wanted to return our leased LG G3s to Sprint as per our contract. We were well out of our 2 year contract and only needed to return the phones to Sprint. After waiting in this Belton corporate location, we were told that since we began our contract with the 3rd party store, we would have to return our devices at any other 3rd party Sprint store. After driving across town to the awesome 3rd party store we usually visit, we learn Sprint Corporate is the only one that can return the phones after porting. We are going to call customer care to get a return kit mailed to us. We had 3 Sprint associates in Belton looking over our situation, didnt know what they were doing. Just call Sprint dont waste your day here.
In store customer service far superior to calling customer care. Friendly people, helpful.
I usually have specific questions and They are answered immediately.
Listened to my issues gave me better options than I was expecting. The ladies gave me a quick fix and directed me what to do if the issue continued.
I made an appointment online and I get there and was told they dont do appointments. This was a disappointing visit. Those ads that say you can add a line bolognese! Was told my plan only 2 phones. Waste of time.
My wife went into the store for help and they did not give her any options other than buying a new phone. Went down to the Harrisonville store and the employees were happy to help and even worked to save us money. Due to forgetting a phone and living in Belton my wife ended up back at the Belton office to finish the transaction, ended up being charged $50 more, and the Belton office would not listen to or work with the account like the Harrisonville office did. Been with Sprint for 19 years. The Belton shop is by far the office that works to help its customers the least, and is only out to make a sale.
I had a problem with trying to replace a lost phone through the insurance plan, which was jacked up. The woman said she could not help me, except to upgrade my phone... i.e. sell me a new phone! I needed help, not a new phone. I took my business down to the Harrisonville store. They were great! You suck Belton! But at least youre not as bad as the Hip Hop House in Lees Summit!
Its as great place to get a great deal on a phone.
A bunch of handsome men resolving issues! Love the customer service!
Very helpful! Fabulous customer service and very friendly!
Tyler was very helpful, fast, and informative. We had no wait and everything was resolved while we were there.
You usually dont have to wait over 30 minutes to be waited on. People are very nice.
Excellent staff and zero wait time!
Great service, sometimes a decent wait time though
Expensive
Good prices and nice help.
Walked in and nobody acknowledged me. Waited for about 45 minutes before they finally told me they had appointments for the day and wouldnt be able to help me.
Very helpful staff and technicians
I do into pay my bill in person in out out in minutes
Long lines happiness not top priority
Dont go here
Service really went downhill
