I would 100% recommend this company over and over again. Sales is helpful and diligent and the installers were quick, efficient and very kind. Their work is amazing and they can make anything happen. Will use again on future projects.

We are very pleased with the countertops and the customer service that we received from Custom Countertops. My mom recommended them because she got countertops from them several years ago. Of course I had to try some other places first. Custom Countertops ended up having the best prices, it was easy to go right outside to look at our options, and they were able to get the job done much quicker than the other places were saying. Everything on the estimate was clear - no surprises on the cost. We are very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom countertops.

Were extremely please with the quality of service provided by the team at CCCT for our kitchen remodel! Truthfully, we tried to purchase countertops from two other local businesses closer to Belton. The first of which couldnt keep an appointment to keep our business; and the second of which bragged about their work with developers during the measurement appointment and wouldnt return my calls, voicemails, or emails thereafter. I guess we were too small a project for their time...That said, Frank and his group were always prompt and respectful throughout our interactions. At their office, Jack was friendly helpful to us even though we would come in close to closing time. I feel that they worked hard for our schedule and truly appreciated our business. I cant accurately compare their prices with their competitors but there is certainly a great benefit to their professionalism. We look forward to working with them again and highly recommend their work.

Return Customer and Im very pleased again. We had a cracked counter top and needed to replace it. Frank came to our residence and looked at our counter top and said he might have a match. All the granite in our kitchen is the same color but its apparently hard to replace just one surface and have it match all the other. Well, they did it. The new counter is perfect and the match with the other surfaces is spot on. Everything went well from the estimate, to measuring, to installation. I would again highly recommend Custom Counter Tops for anyone needing to have this kind of work done.

Nice people. The individual that came to my house to do measurements for new counter tops was nice and professional. I was told that I was to receive an estimate in my email. I waited for a few weeks and never received an estimate. I contacted the company several times, confirmed my email addresses with them, checked all possible locations in my email (spam), and still no estimate. I called them back a few months later, and they said since its been a few months, they would have to come back out to do measurements. I left them my name and number, and never received a call back. I dont think they care if they get business or not.

Custom Countertops just completed installing new granite countertops in our kitchen and baths. They did a superb job, fast, efficient and reasonable. Their installers were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend them. 5 stars.

We had them in stall counter tops in a small kitchenAfter the install there was a color difference in the two peices for granite use for the counter.We called and had the sales person come out and look. We said they should have cut it out of the same slab. He said it should blend in after sometime.He put on a chemical to help it age and said it should darken it up. And give it time. So we agreed.Around December a lady from their office called and ask us for if we could sent a copy of the check for our bank. That they needed for their records. We paid cash and called her back and informed her we had a copy of it.While i had her on the phone i informed her that we still had the issue of the color mismatch.Since it was the holidays i ask her to call me after the January 1st. Its now April i called last week (still no call back ) and ask her about sending somone back out.I got a message stating they talked with the salesman and her will not be coming back out.Absolutely POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALEI would have expected a call from the salespersonBut instead he had the lady in the office call.Who by the way is very polite not her faultVERY POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SaleAfter some time the owner came out to resolve the issues. We agreed with the results. We are very happy with the results
