Really wish I could give negative stars. We put a 50% deposit down on the 18th of November. Was told the one we picked was in stock. Everything was great at that time, but then it came time to install. They tell you we are coming out and dont show up or answer your phone calls. A couple of days before Christmas my kitchen was supposed to be installed. I dont know if they actually worked for Granite Countertop Solutions, I believe they were just helping. We found a few cracks and scratches in what they installed. My brand new cabinet was/is broke, it cant be fixed until the countertop is removed. They are supposed to replace the countertop. As you can see, it is January 23rd now and we received our first phone call from Claudia, where she was in complete denial and rude as if somehow this was my fault. She even went as far as saying my custom cabinets could not handle granite and that was why it broke, not the fact they were pushing and dragging the granite across it. My bathrooms are tore up waiting the tops and I have no bathroom sinks. They were supplying the sinks for my bathrooms. My family and I have to brush our teeth in the kitchen. We have NEVER been able to get them on the phone and have left numerous messages to no avail. Our contractor has been able to get ahold of her and he has also driven out there numerous times. They were supposed to have been out it seems everyday this week but got tied up on jobs according to our contractor. They were supposed to have been out on numerous occasions including today to replace the kitchen granite. They are filled with nothing but excuses which is inexcusable for business. I have attached photos. We are now forced to sue, unfortunately I wont get my time back but hopefully I will get my money back. All positive reviews seem fishy to me as the negative reviews all have a common story. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

We picked our granite for our counter top in December. We never received a quote stating it was a level three granite. We was told, in April, we had to come to the shop ASAP to pick another piece. Once there, we was informed we would have to pay for a upgrade (approximately $1500) for the granite we chose in December. We received a text with a order form with the in April but they dated it for December. They had. very limited stock of level one granite. We wanted to know what would be the difference from our allowance from our builder of our new home. Out of all the venders we have conducted business with, they are the only ones who would not work a deal. We contacted our realtor and she had no idea what was going on. Lets just say we are not happy with the granite we had to choose from.

When I put my deposit down I was told it would be 2 weeks. Two months later, the quartz counters were still not installed. I was told that I could pick something else out because mine were held up in customs. Each different one I picked out I was told it would be an extra $2,000. I told them I would just wait. Then in just under 3 months they told me my counters arrived and sent a picture of the slab. I told them that it did not look like the one I picked out and was informed the picture could make it look different.Well after they got installed we can tell that it is defiantly that it is not what I picked out.Do not use this company.

I could give them no stars I would. I own a remodeling company and have worked with several business in the area for our clients needs and have never had an experience even remotely as bad as Ive had with them, this Company by far has been the worst Ive ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unreliable and just down right misrepresentative of the integrity you would think they have being in business. From the lack of communication, to the no call no show to uphold their part of the transaction....working with them has been a disaster to say the least. Its been several months and we still havent received our tops that have been paid for and no refund. It seems like staff are all working together & lying for each others lack of ethics.

Unfortunately I have not had a great experience with this company. They did great with the sales part. But it was downhill after they got my first check.I asked specific questions about the colors, I wasn’t told the truth.I thought we had a plan for Install, they did something different. They did a shoddy job on install and to top everything off the counter top is cracking. It’s only about 6 months old.

You cant go wrong choosing GCS for granite needs. The people were very friendly and helpful with every need that I had. I had to go into the hospital during the time my countertop was to be installed and they went out of their way to work with me and help me. Oh yes the price was right as well.

Im really puzzled by the good reviews and maybe Im just the anomaly but they have the worst customer service I have ever had. I went to their shop picked out what I wanted on October 24th and paid in full, was told they would contact me on Monday to schedule someone to come out and measure. Never came, never called. I called them back and was assured they would be out on Thursday to measure. Again no call, no show. I canceled the order and contacted my credit card company. Claudia, the lady I had been dealing with asked to please give them one more chance to make it right, so I did. I was contacted by their office the following Monday, they were coming to measure on Tuesday and would install that Friday, Nov 6th. Again no word! I wasnt planning on writing a review but when they called me again today (Nov 16th) to schedule someone to come out to measure I just had to laugh. They wasted enough of my time. I went with Mendez Granite on Hwy 36 254/986-1172. Mr. Mendez came the day I contacted him and installed the same week.

Ive had a nightmare with remodeling, but working with Claudia couldnt have been easier. We originally contracted with her in May, and due to other contractors was only able today to finish the final install of our granite. Claudia provided us an opportunity to complete our install over two different dates - including getting granite counter-tops installed the week of Thanksgiving so that we would have counters and our sink to cook the Thanksgiving meal. She was extremely flexible in making little tweaks with the granite once it was in place at the home. For me, work was top notch and flexibility was perfect.

They offer such solid variety and affordable selections of granite, quartz, and marble, and are skilled at home remodeling. Claudia has been so friendly during our discussions.

This company was an absolute nightmare to work with. Getting them to communicate was nearly impossible and we received the run around every time we asked for an ETA. ETA was pointless as they never arrived when they said they would. After taking off work to be at the house for our scheduled template time and scheduled instillation time, we were delayed to the next day without any notification. We will not be using this company again.

Great looking granite counters this was the 2017 paradie of homes award winning home in the $261000 to $300000 catigory ...... I the believe kitchen was the major factor.Great work only took them 6 mouths to fix the counters they installed.

I am very happy with tGranite Countertops Solutions Claudia is a excellent person she helped me to pick colors and match with my tile, I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Granite countertops is the best, i love how my kitchen looks, they did a very good job, claudia did an amazing job, exelent custumer service.

I had a great experience coming here and awesome customer service which is a must for me .They have a wide selection of granite and the best prices compared to all the other places I went to, so I got exactly what I wanted and Im very satisfied with how my kitchen looks.

We ordered a countertop from this business and they tried to substitute a different product and refused to refund our money. Small Claims Court ruled in our favor and Granite Countertop Solutions owes us for the down payment on the countertop plus court costs.
