I love the manager, Sage! Extremely helpful and super sweet. Plus didnt mind listening to me cry about all my life problems the other day! Best storage unit everrrrr. I do wish the hours were a little longer, but thats just me complaining.
The guy who works in the office is super friendly and the units are reasonably priced. My only complaint is that this place needs some serious concrete work done. I feel like one of these days Im going to damage my wheel bearings here
We rent a climate controlled unit. It is clean and comfortable. The gate control is added security.
Works to store stuff, they may try and not take your money so they can legally steal your stuff. Be careful here.

The staff is nice and effective, the company is corrupt. Communication between corporate and on site managers is very slim. Assistant and Property managers communication is the only fast responses that you will get if they have the correct information to provide. Company has goals that are not attainable due to the neglect of each property as the prices for repairs are always too high. Onsite managers have rent applied to the check before taxes are taken out which puts them in a higher tax bracket. Company is unaware of how to properly train employees and will mention upon disciplinary actions how the task was in training. You will get 2 weeks( Possibly) of training before going to your store where you will encounter problems that require fast responses from management / regional manager and wait days for response. Regional Managers have a sense of superiority and feel that they have no need to speak to tenants in regards to questions or problems, and will make the tenant irate especially if they are asking for a regional to contact them for something on site managers cannot do. You are expected to live on property(As a property Manager) and after 6pm not work, which means if a customer is in the office and you are finishing up a lease you have to stop and call the regional manager to ask if you can finish it where you may or may not see a response. If this happens you are required to back out of the sale which could be hundreds of dollars your store and corporate just missed out on. Extra work to improve performances or company is not allowed no matter how much they stress they want you to put forth more effort to promote the company. Company is unwilling to listen to managers that work the sites when it comes to repairs or ideas for each site and will state their idea of what is important overrules yours. Any ideas when it comes to saving money for the company is overlooked; any ideas to give better customer service when it comes to pricing and long term tenants satisfaction is unaccepted. Certain sites have unsafe demographics and the inability to patrol the property at night for potential problems or criminal actions to call the police are not accepted.The company is tight and there is no potential to grow unless you are transitioning from an Assistant Manager to a Property Manager after this promotion if seen you will not see another. performance reviews for raises are not done in a timely manner for which their response is you should have followed up with us for a position that does not pay more than rival storage facilities that offer more benefits and base pay for their employees. In bad weather you are required to make a bank run regardless of the condition outside due to new management rules. Company is very unprofessional and will express reason for leaving while also extending the truth to all employees. Actions taken by this company is enough to be reported to the BBB, and when threatened they will work with whoever to make sure that employee or tenant is accommodated only after the threat has been made to take legal action.
Great place! Jason is top knotch! EXTREMELY informative and great customer service skill. I would highly reccomend this place. It has many options to accommodate whatever it is you need.
The prices keep going up its ridiculous. The manager is amazing she is great on explaining things.The property needs work done. Would I recommend this place no. Every 6 months youre going up in payment.
Ive been very happy with the excellent service Ive received at Belton Central Storage. The manager, Christy, is very professional and polite. The staff are personable and helpful, even going out of their way to help with something when needed (thanks Antoine!). I highly recommend this storage unit location.
Larry is the best!!!! We miss him in Kansas City Kansas! Never had a better manager at a storage!! Ready to help you and make sure youre stay with them is the best! If you have had a bad time there in the past with Larry there it will be completely different. I dont usually put a review on someone that he was very outstanding.

Worst experience ever!! Mice ate my sofa, paint off of a picture and the frame of another picture! White powdery substance all over everything!! Bugs, spiders and mice...had to have an exterminator before I could put anything away in house. Now have to buy new sofa!! Now they tell me I have to take away that mouse ridden sofa and pay another month because I didnt give 30 days notice!!! Do not go there, they care nothing about your belongings, place was a mess!! I sincerely recommend you stay away from this place.
Stay away! Free is too high a price. There is no better way to say it. There were bums living in one unit, told the dude who sometimes sits in the office, he just said yeah, that happens. How anyone can trust their property is safe when its not monitored, not gated, and no video surveillance is beyond me.
The staff was ok. The only thing negative I can say is when I started unpacking my stuff, there was a lot of mouse droppings in my kitchen items. Had to wash everything because of this. So Im guessing I will find damage on my items. I havent unpacked enough to be able to say yet. I wouldnt leave my items there unless your willing to chance having mice destroy your stuff and leave you little gifts in your stuff and boxes.
Friendly staff and works with you when you need it. Gate locks inside also at 10pm though so dont get locked in!

DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE EVER. I paid for storage for over a year and a half. During that time, my unit was broken into and emptied out (or so the facility alleges). Not only was I not contacted, they also failed to notify the police. Central Storage simply rented the empty unit out to someone else. It wasn’t until we opened the unit with a pair of lock cutters lent from the office that we realized anything was amiss. Central Storage took ZERO responsibility for what happened and feigned absolutely cluelessness (“It must have happened while the gate was broken...months ago....”), while the Belton Police did nothing more than take my statement. Thank goodness for home owner’s insurance because I lost thousands of dollars worth of personal property directly because of this company. DO NOT USE THEM AS THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.

Terrible.Reserved a unit on Tuesday for move in on Saturday. Get there Saturday and the office is unlocked and no one is there. Call center directed me to the outside Kiosk to finish my purchase. Received a passcode and a unit number. Later that day I returned with a U-Haul and the passcode did not work. After 2 hours and numerous calls to the call center to get a working passcode finally get in the gates (using an emergency exit code...doesnt make sense) and there is a lock on my unit. More and more calls to the call center with the same response we will put a call in to Kristine to have her call you right back. 2 more hours later we are finally told to find an open unit and put my stuff in that one and call back Monday to let them know the unit number. It is now the following Tuesday and I have put in 20 plus calls to the call center and no one has given me any answers or a passcode to get in. Not Kristine not Tiffany.Horrible customer service you people should not be running a business. I am a new paying customer (already took my money from my credit card) and this is how I am treated. I should get my money back, you pay for my U-Haul and I want the hell out of your facility. And learn how to lock your front door when the office is closed.
Guy opens the door as I am trying to open and basically tells me to wait till a manager gets there. In 100 degree humidity. Are you out of your mind?!?Ill take my 200 a month elsewhere. Thank you but no thank you.

Water damage to contents, rodent damge to contents, dead mouse found in unit. Live snake found in unit. Customer service was terrible. The insurance I paid for didnt cover any damage.
