We apparently moved to an HOA city and were given a timeline to get our 5th wheel out from in front of the house. Couldn’t put it up the driveway because it was too steep with the length. Someone kept complaining to the city, and the city gave us a notice. My husband was stressing out calling everywhere within a 30-mile radius and no one had any available spots. I asked if he contacted this storage place off Loop 121 in Belton, and he said no because it didn’t pop up in whatever search he did. Camille was awesome! She held off on going to lunch so we could run back to our house, get our RV, and then bring it there to see if it would fit and not impede any other customers’ RVs…and it fit! We did up the paperwork and we’re now officially no longer on the city’s radar! Thank you!

So far my experience has been a positive one the staff was very professional and efficient. Cant ask for much more. I have not been to the unit yet so there will be an update to this review but Im sure it will be positive.

Camille helped us setup and secure a unit big enough for our things while we were on the road headed to our new duty station. She let us know about current promotions and discounts that applied to us and she answered all of my questions promptly. She didn’t try to sell anything and there weren’t any hidden fees. Unit is affordable and the area it’s in doesn’t look sketchy which gives me peace of mind.

Jeff assisted me in getting my storage unit a few days ago. He is knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and super accommodating. The storage units are clean and reasonably priced; the location is convenient as well.

We used this storage for a little over a year and it was awesome! This facility was so nice and clean. It is located right off the highway which is perfect if you’re between cities. It was very easy and fast to get a unit. The lady that helped me out was amazing everything was left in our unit. I know there are cheaper options but this is the only place that was clean and had functioning security doors. I love it so far

Camille is the sweetest. So helpful, down to earth, easy to talk to, she makes you feel right at home. Extra Space Storage is really lucky to have her for their employee. Ive been to places where feeling comfortable wasnt even a word. The storage itself is very close, well maintained, and it nice that the sheriffs department is right around the corner, and the prices are reasonable.

They were great to work with and had no problems getting a storage unit. We could lease a unit from the middle of one month to the next. Did not have to pay for two months when we just needed the unit for three weeks like other places required.

I was in need of a storage space after moving to Texas. I initially wanted something in the Killeen area but wanted to go further out because I didnt want to have immediate access to my items. I found this storage place on Google and visited to find out more information. I spoke with Camille, the facility manager, about different options. She was extremely helpful and convinced me that all of my needs would be met with this storage facility. Everything went smooth with my rental. The paperwork and payment options were perfect. I was able to check out my unit before purchasing to make sure that it fit my needs. I am extremely happy that I came down to check this out. It is clean and brand new. I definitely recommend.

I’d highly suggest Extra Space Storage in Belton across the street from The Expo. We stored our stuff for over a year and had absolutely zero problems. Management was curiosity, nice, and even helped with finding us storage solutions in our new city.

Camille was so friendly and easy to work with! We were very last minute on getting a unit and she helped us feel at ease. She took the time to take us around to show us where our units would be located and helped us with supplies. Would definitely use this location again and reccomend!

Upon arriving at the Storage facility I was warmly greeted by Camille Southall. Camille immediately took me on a tour of the storage unit I was interested in and she thoroughly explained everything concerning hours, security, insurance availability and customer access. The storage unit buildings are clean and the 5X10 unit I rented is climate controlled. Rates were excellent and I even received a senior citizen discount. I seriously couldn’t be more satisfied with the whole experience.

The lease process was incredibly easy. Camille went above and beyond to help me get the size unit I needed. She was very nice and professional. The storage unit looks clean and secure.

Shane Fellers is TOP NOTCH! The on-line reservation process was easy. I was thoroughly impressed with the tour of the premises and the sign-up process. The facility appears to be brand new and very safe. Shane had me in and out in a breeze! I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone. You will not be disappointed:-)

The facility in Belton is immaculate.3 things make me give 4 instead of 5 stars; the first, they only offer military discounts to active duty personnel not retired service members. The second, the hours you can get into the storage unit Im paying $125 a month for is 0600-2200 (6am-10pm). Lastly, there is a dumpster on site but you have to drive out of the gate to get a worker then drive back into the gate to throw out your trash.Workers are polite. Bring your own lock though, if youre coming to rent here.

Taniesha and Camille make renting a storage unit easy. Both were very helpful and understanding of my needs having come from a not so good storage place down the road. The whole place is super clean- even the hallways in the climatized storage units.I really appreciated them holding the unit until I needed to move in at the end of the month and the military discount they offer. Keep smiling girls, you are both great at what you do and take pride in your customer service and it shows.

Extra Space is a great storage place. It is well maintained and very secure. I like the fact that not only do you have to have a code to enter, but requires a code to exit. The staff is friendly and helpful andwill gladly answer any questions that you may have. I highly recommend this place should you require a storage unit.

She came back with a good news of making a spot for me, gave me a very reasonable price regardless of the last minute call and my dire need of a space (she couldve charged me an arm and leg and I wouldve settled for it since that was my only option).... I dont normally do reviews, but for her excellent customer service and understanding towards my situation, I would write a million and still wont be able to summarize my appreciation for what shes done for me..... Lock away is a great place to buy all of your moving supplies the location is great right across from the Expo center and they always have what I need. I would highly recommend the 10lbs of wrapping paper. Jami always pre- orders the paper and I buy in bulk I would highly recommend!

Staff member, Shane Fellers, was extremely friendly. He showed me around the property highlighting the various units as well as the parking spots for RVs. The ground and office were extremely clean.

My friend advised me to put my things in storage for a while. She said to go see Shane Fellers at 580 Loop 121. I did just that. WOW! It was such an easy process to get just the size I needed for my things. Shane Fellers took me out on the property to see the locker, then, we done the paperwork. I was moving my things in within 20 minutes! GREAT JOB !

Considering I was having a very hard day, as well as alot going on with different issues in my personal life. I must say the young gentleman that helped me out renting a space for my RV was very helpful, patient, and thankfully understanding since I really should have been more prepared .
