The last pic is what it looks like at the time of this review...it looks brand new! 😁The process through insurance (State Farm) was incredibly easy since they’re partnered. Be sure to set up an appointment for the estimate and you’ll be ready to go. All I paid was the deductible and some add ons I wanted. (They were kind enough to bring other imperfections on the car to my attention and to fix for a reduced price since they were already working on it.)The staff was very nice and helpful through the whole process. The communication from everyone involved was top notch especially from the person who worked on my car Ali. He is extremely knowledgeable and has the customer as his priority which is always a huge plus. He went into great detail about everything in the estimate and made me feel like my car was in trusted hands.As far as the damages, I had a collision with another driver and my door, quarter panel, and wheel were scratched and deformed, so it was mostly aesthetic damages. They fixed everything and did an alignment because the wheel was directly impacted. I brought the car to them on a Monday afternoon and it was ready to be picked up Friday morning. The car was cleaned and detailed and one of the mechanics came out to make sure I was satisfied before I left.Long story short, I highly recommend this place. 🙌🙌🙌

Ask for Ali Ashkar for your advisor. On my Infiniti Q50 a person grazed my bumper in 2019 & tried to fix it. Lesson learned. Horrible cosmetic work done. I chose Advanced Collision Center after a vehicle sideswiped me. I researched many body shops before deciding on this one. I am so thankful that I did. From the moment I walked through the door for the initial estimate, Diana and Ali met me with kindness and professionalism. I was stressed for having to deal with the situation but they put me at ease. I received the estimate and brought my car in the next week. Great Body Shop!!! Excellent customer service and very thorough work. Got calls every other day with updates on my 2020 Range Rover. They work with enterprise car rental so there was no hassle with loaner cars. Cleaned and freshened my car afterwards. Definitely helped lower the stress after an accident.

My 2019 Buick Regal TourX was damaged In the fall of that year, and while I knew there was a GM parts shortage, which was especially challenging since my low production vehicle was built in Germany, with limited parts on hand in the US. Even so, Advanced Collision contacted me frequently with updates on the status of my car. As soon as parts were available the car was repaired and paint work completed in short order. It is now a year and a half later, and there is no evidence other than the Carfax that this car was damaged. To date, All paint and body work have stood the test of time.

Today was my first experience using Advanced Collision Center and I am completely satisfied. The staff was very professional, friendly and provided good customer service. The body work was outstanding. The repair was completed sooner than I expected. Ali, my Estimator, was really great! Good communication and very pleasant personality. I would definitely recommend this collision center to anyone in need.

I took my car into Advanced Collision Center II for some body work on two separate claims for weather and animal related damages to front end and side of car. I was told on Monday when I dropped the car off that it would be at least a week before they finished as they needed something ordered that was on backorder. Welp! I get a call on Wednesday and they tell me my car is complete - let us say I was skeptical.... I will tell you that my Estimator Ali Ashkar explained everything to me, answered all my questions and kept me informed the whole step of the way - except for the surprise I got when it was completed on Wed instead of maybe Friday or the following Monday as I was originally told. My Husband took one look at my car and hasnt stopped raving about how great it looks and how he will definately go to them next time - (his car got serious hail damage and his repair did not go so well with the company HE went to.). I would HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

I was hit on my driver side fender. I was concerned since my vehicle is a new 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid and it was my first brand new vehicle. Chrysler lists their shop as an authorized FCA collision shop which is a plus.Ali and his team were able to see me the day after the incident. They were keeping me in the loop the entire time and I was able to get my vehicle back in a couple of days. Had a tree branch fall and do damage across hood, roof, bumper and passenger side. Ali was my representative I dealt with and he was excellent! Called before the work started to verify, and when the work was finished he let me walk around and knit-pick the results. The work was high quality, my truck looks practically brand new. There some wax compound residue in a couple spots he had washed off, but Ali whisked the truck away to be buffed and cleaned within 10 minutes. I hope I don’t have any more trouble to take care of but if I do I’ll be coming here once again for sure.

One of our service vans was rear-ended and the insurance company gave a few options for us to take our vehicle. ACCII was the closest so I called them. From the beginning their interaction was extremely professional but friendly at the same time. More importantly, the quality of work was exceptional. ACCII appointed Ali as our point of contact and he kept me informed of timeline all through the process. Other than exceptional quality, the most surprising thing was they completed the work early. These guys are really good and (unfortunately) weve used quite a few body shops. Hopefully, we wont have to return, but if we have an accident again, well definitely choose Advanced Collision Center II

I was very impressed with the fast service, I got my car a day earlier, most of the body shops will drag it for weeks but I got mine in 4 days. The quality of the work is amazing to say the least; the parts were original and looked new to me. Mike and his staff made the experience as seamless as possible... headaches that normally occur with having to be the mediator between the insurance company and a repair shop were nonexistent. The communication was great, I never had to inquire for a status update. The shop provided frequent, and transparent communication multiple times while my car was in their possession. The quality of their work, and friendly staff will ensure my return business, although I hope a reason to be a repeat customer does not occur.

A thank you isnt enough to express my gratitude for the team at Advance Collision Center (ACC). Ive worked in the automotive industry for the past nine years and dealt with a couple of collision facilities that dont fit your expectations. I made my first visit to ACC many years ago for a small fender bender repair and was beyond pleased with the outcome of the work and their follow-ups. Fast forward to the present and my car is rear ended while parked on the street, I was distraught, thats my baby. Without a doubt I let my insurance carrier know my first choice for a collision center was ACC and the process was beyond amazing. The front desk lady Diana was great! Although, I am not happy with the service! Ali is very unprofessional and not an appealing representative to this company. He did not add the front right damage the estimate. It was clear to be from the deer that I hit. He agreed, took pictures and all. Yet, on my print out it is not included. I just called to ask him to fix that. It is apparently not changeable and is now my issue.

They immediately got my car in for repair. Ali kept me well informed every step of the way. Excellent work and outstanding custoner service!

Great place for car body repair and collision

Dropped off my Dodge Journey on 3/5 and was done and ready to be picked up 3/8. Everyone there answered all of my questions and were very helpful in the process. They even called enterprise to come pick me up and handled everything. The big thing I was surprised about was when I got into my car it looked brand new! Im not the tidiest person when it comes to the inside of my car and they took it upon them to clean it from top to bottom. If you are in the area and looking for a knowledgeable and reliable place to get your car repaired this is the spot to go! Would give them 6 stars if possible!

Excellent customer service! I own a 2000 GMC Yukon Denali, and Im glad I choose this company for my truck accident repairs. The receptionist was very nice & helpful, and she made sure I got connected with my rental car service (so that they can pick me up) and for them to start working on my vehicle. Dennis dont have to, but he walked out to my vehicle and explained the repairs they done since it was an older truck. I would definitely choose this company again. Great job!.
