Signature Collision staff provides excellent service and Noel De La Cruz is a Godsend. He goes above and beyond to please his customers. I had a streak of bad luck with my car. Although the car is only a 2015, it seemed as though it had gone through so many accidents that it had lost its value and I considered giving it up on it but, fortunately, every time I took my car to Signature Collision I was beyond impressed. It was like my car was brand new with every visit. I would definitely recommend this place for the professional service, impressive attention to detail, fast delivery and outstanding results. Thank you Signature Collision staff for a job well done.

This place was the best choice I could’ve made to repair my vehicle. Glad I allowed crash champions in Beltsville to do repairs. I’ve had the location in half st sw do repairs to another vehicle I own and I didn’t want to go through their company ever again because of the service and work performed. This particularly time long story short, I initially wanted to go through my cars own dealership for repairs, which I was willing to make higher payments because of experience with half st sw location .Luckily I agreed to go with this location in beltsville . BOB talked with me despite the amount of work he had piled up and waiting for him to attend. However our conversation was non rushed and he made me trust and feel very confident in his teams work. My repairs were not small and easy, I needed a whole new driver door, side bumper, and front bumper, and some small work under the car repaired. I was so impressed with the speed of the repairs. It only took them a week and a half to repair, I knew it wasn’t fixed like I expected it ! I was wrong, just like BOB promised all my needs were met exactly how I asked and I couldn’t find not one thing to complain about! This was about a month and a half ago and I’m just now writing this review, that only means that everything they repaired on my vehicle is still working perfectly how they fixed it, still can’t find a complain . I’m so surprised and astonished by there work, they save me a lot of money rather if I went with my car Lexus dealership but they did a 100% repair it couldn’t have been repaired any better . BOB was so confident in his teams work he made me promises and BOB and his team kept every promise.Thanks Crash champions !!! Hope I don’t need you guys again but if I do I know exactly where to send my vehicle.

Update:Honda just verified that the strut needs to be replaced. Which is odd because Crash Champions allegedly replaced the strut.A insurance rep will be out tomorrow to take a look at the damage to write another estimate since crash champions didnt do its job!This has by far been the worst experience with a car repair shop that I have ever endured.First upon having my car towed to this location I was force to come In person to sign the documents that were supposed to be sent to me via text email. The next day, I received a call stating that I need to fill out the documents in order to have an estimate done despite my visit the day prior. After speaking with the rep, I opted to come back inside to complete them again, only to receive a callback later to say that she found the paperwork.After two days or so I received a text stating that the vehicle is on track to be repaired by the end of the week. I called to see what the estimate included (because no ones called or sent in for regarding the details) and they only included the frame work not the mechanical issue that prohibited my car from driving. After speaking with Jose, I was directed back to the insurance company who was handling the claim. They were unsure why Jose advised me to call them because they were awaiting the estimates from Crash Champions detailing their findings.Once that was squared away, I was informed by the manager that the car needed to be sent to another location to have the driver side strut and or tire rod replaced then an alignment would be performed. He want sure how longer that would take because the part was on back order. I complained about my experience leading up to our conversation and he brushed it off.Once he received the part he called and let me know that the part arrived and that they would be putting it on.After picking up my car I misplaced the receipt and report. As a result, I requested a duplicate copy, the rep said I would have it via email in 20 mins. I waited 4 hours before calling back. I spoke with the manger who blamed the rep after I further complained. He further went on to say fit, if you wouldnt have lost the paper we wouldnt have a a complaint. I suggested that next time they send electronic copies to avoid this in the future. Afterward, I still didnt get the document until later on that day close to or after 3pm.Unfortunately, we had to call them back to look at the alignment on the car as it is still under warranty. The Manager was so rude to my husband that threats were being passed over the phone. He refused to accept the car back to even look at the car, and further implied that maybe it was something we did to cause this issue.More unfortunate, we have to take our car to another shop and get it looked at a will have to pay out of pocket to avoid further altercations with this hostile establishment.If you decide to go with them please be prepared for unprofessionalism, lack of communication and little to no integrity.

We were referred here by Geico due to one of their customers hitting my sons car. This place is so professional, exemplary in what one would expect in customer service, follow up, and great work. Not only did they give us an estimated time of repair, but they also sent automated text messages with updates and confirming the date of completion, but their staff called to follow up and give the same updates as the text. I personally will use this place should I have any autobody repair needs for any of my cars.

They were very nice great customer service and kept me in inform every step of the way. There disclaimers states they are not responsible for anything that happens to your car when left with the shop. I asked the district manager to explain that to me but he couldnt but my insurance company advised me not to worry if anything happens the would cover it. I really didnt like that my question couldnt be answered but the did a great job.

Highly recommended!!! I was very pleased with the body work done on my Honda Civic. It looks like a new car! Noel, the manager, and his teamwere extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. The guys here do excellent work and provide services effectively and efficiently. Mr. Noel provided me with phenomenal service and reassurance. My honda crv was in a pretty bad accident and I was left with some big damages. However after getting my car back I felt as if it was restored to its original look and functionality. I am hopefully going to be coming here more often to get other work done on a regular basis. Thank you and God Bless!

I have never written a blog or review in my life but I had to write this one because I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.I was rear ended in my 2017 Mercedes Benz E-300, 2 weeks ago. Not to sound self-aggrandizing but it is my dream car. I received a call from Geico claims associate who insisted I take my car to signature body shop because they are affiliated with Geico and they do good work. Unbeknownst to me I was in for a rude awakening.When I got to Signature body shop, I was met by a Geico claims adjuster named Nick B. The first thing he said was “wow, this is a nice car sorry to see it banged up like this but don’t worry we’re going to replace everything and make it look new. I said “are you sure because I can take it to the Mercedes Benz dealership?” He said “of course I’m sure, we order all our parts from Mercedes so you would be wasting your time going there.” The shop manager and other mechanics heard our discussion so I had no reason to disbelieve him.I received a call in “exactly” 3 Days that my car was ready. It seemed pretty rushed but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as I have no prior history with them.I went to get my car and noticed it had the same parts on it that I was told would be replaced as well as a poor paint job because you could clearly see the discoloration, imperfections, over spray that seeped into the interior portion of my car and mis-alignment of my quarter panel and bumper. I asked Nick. B “if all the parts were replaced as we discussed?” He looked me straight in my eyes and said “Yes.” I said ”so why are there scratches in the paint and the quarter panel looks misaligned? He said “oh those scratches are probably from the nails of the painters when they were painting your car and as far as the mis-alignment we probably just need to take it to the back and let them look at it quickly.”I went back into the garage because I suddenly did not trust them and wanted to observe their work. One mechanic said “your bumper just needs to be pulled.” Another mechanic said “it just needs heat.” The shop manager said it just needs a clip inserted.” As I stood there asking questions about where they received mechanical training, I was escorted into the lobby so I wouldn’t be able to see them work on my car. 2 minutes later Nick. B gives me his business card, then proceeds to get in his car and drive off. He did not take my concerns seriously. It was 4:30pm and he was more concerned with packing his bag. 5 minutes later they said your car is ready and began to wash and wax the paint as if it were going to make any difference to their poor quality of work. My intuition told me something seemed very strange about this place.When Nick. B left; the shop manager confessed and said “look man, I’m going to be straight up with you because I don’t believe in selling customers dreams. Not all those parts were replaced, some were repaired. You’re not the first one he has done this too, he lies to customers and tells them he is going to replace all the parts and leaves the shop manager to deal with the resentment of angry customers.” I was disgusted and said “you all let him jeopardize your integrity with his bad business practice?” He just looked at me, shook his head and apologized. I was then asked to pay my deductible and received an insurance claim bill for $3200. I called the Geico Claims adjuster Nick. B to express my displeasure but he shut off his phone. I then called Geico and they were able to reach him. (Go figure)!The next day I took my car to Mercedes dealership where they agreed with the poor quality of work. The estimate I received from them was $800. ***DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP*** Nick B is misleading, devious, underhanded, money monger and frankly I don’t know how he sleeps at night ripping off hard working people and putting his co-workers in harms way.
