Went to this autozone and was helped by Alex. He was incredibly knowledgeable and really kind. I’ve seen him in that store before and he’s always helping people. He really went above and beyond.
Just had the worst experience here.Lady doesnt want to sell me touch up paint because she said it wont help the scratch is too deep.I just want the right color lady I dont need your opinion. The car doesnt need to be perfect I just want to spend money at your place of work.HELP ME!!!! Sheesh would never be treated like this in Clinton..

Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Felt so uncomfortable and disrespected by the male employee working that I left without buying.That employee should take a hard look in the mirror and take responsibility for his actions. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t take your frustration out on customers who have done nothing to deserve your obnoxious, childish, rude, and disrespectful behavior.At the VERY least, please understand that the mask you wear covers and hides your nose and mouth.. But not your rolling eyes. Grow up.
I would love to talk to some top management folks about some ideas. But, This place might need something fun about coming here. I dont what it is but it just feels dry being there. The employees are okay but i need some mojo kinda Austin powers got his groove back because its a bit dry but their helpful for what ever you need .

Avoid this location- I was sold the wrong items for my car by the manager (who also seemed very annoyed when I asked about a refund for an online order I wasn’t able to pick up). I had to come back and exchange them and another employee sold me the wrong items AGAIN even though I asked him to triple check because I didn’t want to have to come back again! The manager was there the 3 times I had to come to the store and she didn’t even acknowledge me or apologize for the inconvenience. Clearly they don’t care about ensuring what they’re selling you is accurate, which can be really dangerous since it involves your car. I returned everything (for the second time) and just went to Advance Auto Parts where I spent less than 5 minutes being helped by pleasant and helpful staff and got the correct items the first time around.
I don’t know if it’s understaffing issues, but this location is the slowest in checkouts. Like WTH seating outside for over an hour for a curbside pick up is just ridiculous. The guy picks up the phone twice ( I called twice cuz the wait time was too long, he clearly forgot I was outside) and doesn’t do anything.If anyone asks me close this down or change management it’s that simple.
I went into this store today around 3:15 pm and the female manager is outside chatting down a UPS drive in uniform in his personal car not paying any attention to the customers inside the store where there is chaos and customers waiting to be served. So there was one patron who had a mask on under his nose in line, while the X - which should be 6 ft apart no one is adhering to and customers are just walking up and disregarding the customers that is already in line . As a precaution I had to leave the items I was about to purchase and walk out and we wonder why we can not get rid of Covid-19. If everyone did there part we will be back to normal in no time . I hope that the regional manager looks into this situation as what I observed today is highly unacceptable. This is a store I normally frequent . Based on todays observation I went to Advance auto parts further down the street and purchased my items .I would give them zero stars.
AutoZone is a good part place to shop but the service they are slow they dont never have enough help and I think they need to improve their service to the customers as far as getting them in and out and answering the phones and dont put people on hold for 10 or 15 minutes thats not acceptable thank you for allowing me to share my experience with you.

Its very difficult to find attentive customer service in any field of retail especially in the automotive sector. However, this location is exceptional in customer service. If you have a used car your relationship with your mechanic and parts person is essential.I recently developed a automotive bond with Kyra at this location. She and I would search through the database to find esoteric parts and along the way her patience and knowledge forged a relationship. Many times I recall just dropping into the store just to joke around about how obscure the parts I am usually in need of are.
I walked in and was greeted by a very knowledgeable staff member named Kyra. She went above and beyond to explain to me the issue with my car, what part I needed and why it was the best choice to make. She even found the part I needed on sale! So I was able to save a few dollars. I’ll definitely be coming back to this Auto Zone just because of people like her that really take the time to help. I definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!

I usually Don’t post reviews but I just had to send a special thank you to one of your associates. I was having the worst day because of car trouble of course. But it was a simple battery check from Kyra was all my car needed. We found out that my battery cable was just loose and I didn’t need another one. On this day the store was very busy n she took her time with my car until we figured out why I was loosing power. So thank u for having her on your team.

Great in and out auto parts store. Beware though, there is limited help and usually a bit of a check out time. Store is well kept, neat and organized. Parking is sufficient and visibility from the road is adequate. It can bit a bit tricky getting in and out of the lot, due to on-coming traffic on route 1.
Had the part that I needed price was reasonable but the customer service needs help the young lady that helped me told me that she dont think that they carry the headlight that I needed only by looking at it so I asked that if it was possible to check the computer to see if they had it Which they did but maybe she was having a bad dayso at least I left with the part that I needed but bad Customer service Thanks. I was at a gas station across the street when my car wouldnt start. I came in with questions about what could be wrong, and Kyra was outstanding! After I got my car to their parking lot lot, she tested the battery and got a new one installed expertly. She explained all the possibilities to me and seemed genuinely sorry that my day wasnt going to plan. I might go out of my way to visit this particular location in the future.

I was in the store the other night and the only employee I saw was a manager by the name of Sandy. Her attitude was more than unpleasant. She was hollering about how shes tired of working in the store and if she isnt sent back to Landover shes going to get fired. Everyone is entitled to their feelings but that is something that should not have been broadcasted to the entire store especially customers. This isnt my first unpleasant experience with Sandy. This was just the straw that broke the camels back.
I went on a rainy afternoon after realizing I had 2 tail-lights out.AutoZone has this buying guide, so you know which part to buy for your specific car(make, model, year).I couldnt find my part anywhere, so I went up to the store associate (I believe her name was Kyra).And she pulled up my car in the system, and told me exactly where the right bulbs were.I went to check out, and Kyra assisted me in the transaction. Then I guess she noticed I was nervous, and asked me if I wanted help installing the bulbs.I hesitated and then did ask for her help.She got her jacket, and came out to my car and not only changed my bulbs for me, she also agreed to walk me through the process so that I might feel more confident changing them myself next time. And this all happened while it was raining!5/5 for stores knowledgeability and5/5 for customer service/dedication

They normally have what I need. Today they didnt have my air filter, but it was the end of a three day weekend. Wont fault them for being busy.Ive replaced batteries from this location several times in the past as well on two different cars.

Staff is usually distracted by each other. Barely helpful to customers. I have walked around this tiny store on multiple occasions with no acknowledgment or inquiries for help. 9/10 ill drive the extra 2 minutes for advanced or car quest.

This was a great experience I forgot the young lady name but she helped me pick a battery for my truck F150 2012 got a 5 year warranty! And she installed it I couldnt believe it I felt a lil bit unmanly watching her change my battery so we did it together but overall experience was awesome! And she a cutie
I met a man whose car broke on near main highway and worked around to help him. He finally remembered he purchased battery from Auto zone. We took it and the supervisor replaced new battery. I was surprised with quick decisions and respect for customers. Thank you guys!

Definitely not great, usually pretty ok. But sometimes youll have multiple employees attending one customer (lack of training) trying to figure something out and the manager in the back aisles doing inventory while multiple grumpy customers are waiting 10 minutes in line (lack of customer service). Why is this ok? Id love for someone to explain to me why taking care of inventory is prioritized of getting customers out the door while theyre still happy about stopping in.
They are starting to get their auto supplies back in stock again since the Covid-19 shortage of everything.
The customer service was good, just one person helping everyone, but managed to get things done.
Is a good location to stop by and get the parts you need. They do help you to get what youre looking for.

Update to the last post. After 33 min of being on hold someone picked up the phone and just hung up. I had to call back where they put me back on hold so I hung up and called again and told the person of what happened. This is the part where they tried to help me out but the other thing was is that they didnt have the part I needed. Waste of time with this store. I dont mean no disrespect to the people that work there but the store is just trifling
The staff is incredibly rude. Customer service is horrible. Went in needing a part for my car and the woman I spoke with didnt not even care about helping me! She was unknowledgeable about the parts, claimed they didnt have it which is fine but when I asked for a recommendation for where to go she told me to just Google it. Very careless, very rude, just go to another location they are not even worth the time or energy.
Unlike other branches, I feel the waiting time is less in here.
I had to take 1 star because the battery i dropped of this morning, was supposed to be tested within 30 mins to an hour. However, when I returned 2+ hours later it had not. 4 stars because despite not having the test completed timely, I was taken care of with a replacement battery in about 10mins.

No way, this is the worse autozone, every time i come here i waste a bunch of time today is november 2nb 11:44 am, 4 employees behind the counter and only the one red shirt helping customerThe others are no help, no knowledge and no sense of customers relations, if you dont like your job you should look somewhere else never seen anything like it ! You dont even deserve one star !What do they get pay for, cause everytime, only one guy can help, only the red shirts should be managers!Learn my lesson will never come back again!At least their hands are clean!!
