The Jiffy Lube up the street recommended this place and it turned out a winner. I compared the price to like three other places. Best price and shortest wait!

There is nothing like the programs offered here. They are tailored for total sobriety and being clean of all addictions. Its unlike anything Ive ever seen for recovering addicts. What a team of staff too! Their care level is through the roof and is a main contributing reason why people have such success with them. Keep up the good work guys!

We took our son here a year back. He is doing great. Til now he continues to do the work, for he realizes his truth and sobriety will lead him to a wealth of possibilities that he could’ve never imagined before!!He is determined also with much gratitude to be of service to this world. I, too, have much gratitude for this place. Thank you again, my son is moving forward with his life with a strong foundation, grace and ease.

Life changing for both the attending young man and the whole family. I doubt there is another program so comprehensive, so team-based with the therapists and staff, as this place has assembled and operates. A truly unique opportunity for healing and being equipped to grow.

Great customer, genuinely caring and friendly staff; honest people, made me feel comfortable and at ease. It is truly hard for me to trust mechanics, sales people etc...SO I WAS super surprised and amazed with the honesty and service I received. Timely service as well. Although a friend recommended this place, I still checked the reviews and I didnt want to believe the great reviews I read after reading THE ONE negative review. Im not big on leaving reviews unless the service I received was outstanding or beyond horrible. I have recommended Randy and his team to all of my friends and family and they know when I make a recommendation that it must be something great!

Super friendly customer service and incredibly accommodating! I saw I had a huge screw in my tire early in the morning before work. I called expecting to leave a message since it was so early, but the owner answered and told me to come on in. He took care of me immediately and I was able to get to work on time. Later, when I decided to buy a new set of tires, he didnt try the hard up-sell. I found the estimates to be accurate and the prices very reasonable. I am glad to see such straightforward dealing and incredible customer service still exists. I recommend Beltsville Garage and I will bring mine and my wifes car here to support this business.

I totally love this place for my car. Ive been coming here for about 2*3 years now &They have always been able to satisfy my car needs. My wife initially was the one that introduced me to this place and I must say theyve been courteous and exceptional. Ive been to mechanics in the past that will take a small problem & try to make it seem as if my car had a major issue & they will charge me more than what I should be paying. But not these guys. They take good care of you & wont try to take advantage of you financially...

This shop is the best small owner garage I have ever visited. Randy is calm friendly and very knowledgable. My 1st experience was when my daughters was on break from school in Florida driving her brothers 1999 Honda Civic and broke down. I was out of town so it was very stressful. A friend suggested Randy he said, hell fix it. Randy kept everyone calm and took care of everything. I could not decide what to do. Have the car towed to the junk yard or a shop. Randy offered to look at it and had a tow truck get the car. We only had 24 hours before getting fined or having the car impounded. The value of this car was questionable so investing money into this was a tough choice. The engine was completely blown, everyone said junk the car or they wanted crazy money to repair it. Randy suggested we get an engine at a reasonable price. I ordered an engine and transmission and Randy did everything else to get us back on the road. We made the right choice with him. We now have again a reliable college car with value instead of a complete loss. So very happy with all his guidance and expertise. This shop is about an hour away from me. This service is so rare, that I am not willing to go elsewhere. My family has been going to him ever since, 3 1/2 years and could not be happier.Thank you Beltsville Garage.Ruben

I usually suggest them to friends and family for really big jobs that I dont want to tackle. They recently did a good job on replacing the transmission in a Ford Focus. They didnt even blink when I told them I was bringing my own transmission, and then they were even ok when they had to hold the car and wait a few extra days since I was shipped the wrong transmission by the rebuilder.

BEWARE!! Do NOT go to this place to get your car fixed. This place has the WORST customer service, and did a terrible job on my car. Additionally, they are CROOKS, they overcharge services and add on other random fees that were not discussed prior to for their own financial gain, they could care less about whether you crash and die from them not fixing the car properly. I was treated very poorly, the mechanic “Randy” and his coworker “Rich” spoke to me in a very disgusting tone just because I inquired about my car not working the way it should have been after they claimed they fixed it. I have never been so disrespected in my life!! Originally, my car had a glitch that was draining the battery, so the mechanic was looking for this glitch, I had to keep calling in order to get some sort of update, every time I called I was told I would be contacted. I was never contacted and after almost a week, I had to call once again to get an update. I was told that my ignition switch was the issue, I went ahead and had them fix this issue and paid for this repair. Once I picked up the car, I had to go straight to work and my time was very limited, when I parked the car, the key got stuck in the ignition. I NEVER had this issue with my car. The ignition switch was worse then it was before I had them work on the car. I called the shop to inform them about the issue and they said I had to wait until that following Monday to get it looked at. No one was willing to be flexible and I had to drive around with my key stuck in the ignition and potentially get my car stolen. On top of this other random issues began to happen to my car that was never an issue before such as the windshield wipers wouldn’t turn off, the turning signals stopped working properly, and on the day I was supposed to take the car back for them to refix the ignition switch, my power steering wheel stopped working (eventually causing my car to break down). I have never EVER had these issues with my car until after leaving that shop. In the past 4 years of having my car, I’ve never experienced these things. Come to find out, parts (steering belt and others) under the hood were misaligned while they were looking for the glitch. This caused the steering belt to shred, in turn causing the alternator and AC to stop working. I called the mechanic to let him know what happened. At this point I was going to have to get my car towed to their shop. Since I was already supposed to drop the car off to get the ignition switch refixed that same day, I thought it would only make sense for him to look at the other issues. Randy stated that he would look at it, and gave me a short time to bring the car, knowing that I had to wait for a tow truck. He was not willing to be flexible in any type of way. Once I was on my way (rode in the tow truck), I was going to get there a little after the time they requested me to be there by, I called the shop to let them know I was on the way. Randy had went ahead and left (didn’t even attempt to call to let me know, I can tell that he doesn’t really value his customers or has their best interests at heart). The other mechanic (Rich) answered the phone and said I would just have to wait until the next day for them to look at it and asked what the issues were. I explained that I was already bringing the car back because the ignition switch was not fixed properly, my key is stuck and I explained the new issues that occurred after leaving their shop. This mechanic was upset that I confronted them about the car not being fixed properly and did not want to feel guilty or take responsibility. Rich had a very nasty attitude with me and told me “I don’t care about your key being stuck” and hung up the phone. When I called back no one answered. I proceeded to drop my car anyway since Randy already agreed to look at it. The next morning Randy called my phone and told me he will NOT fix the issue that THEY caused and that I need to move my car (non drivable) off his lot by 4:30 that day or he’s going to fine me $50 for each day that it’s there SMH.
