I went to Diamond auto to get some paint touched up. The front office staff was very kind to me. The shop made my car look brand new and they even cleaned my front dash! Would recommend using them!

Ive been to Diamond Auto Body two times in the past two years, both as a result of being hit by another motorist. They are so professional, understanding, patient, helpful and thorough. They kept in touch with me about the progress on my vehicle and if I called them I received the information I needed. After the 2nd accident, I told my insurance company that I wanted to go back to Diamond for the repairs. They are reliable.

(3/26/2020) I was rear ended in my 2016 Edge Titanium a dead stop a few weeks ago and went though USAA to process the claim. They recommended Diamond Auto Body and it was close to me.From the time I dropped off my car, to when I picked it up, DAB’s staff were friendly and highly responsive. They use an program that will text you frequent updates if you would like, but Monica in the office picked up immediately any time I called. Dela, one of their estimators was very helpful and responsive as well.They also did an excellent job with my vehicle. I have a lot of parking sensors, lift gate sensor, camera, etc that were damaged in the accident which I was concerned about. They fixed it all and everything works like new.This was my first car accident and I was dreading the entire process as I was sure it would be a huge hassle, but DAB and their staff made it quick and painless. I would highly recommend them if you are worried about choosing the right shop.

I love working with Diamond Auto Bodyshop! They are the experts. I’ve taken 2 cars that needed body work one a crush corner of truck bed. They fixed it and it looked brand new. And my latest car they worked their magic taking of 10yr old peeling/cracking protective clear cover that melted to the paint. It looks better than ever. Wonderful people and service.

I recently (10/2016) had my 2013 M3 painted and some body work done by Diamond because I hit a deer :-(. The body and paint job came out flawless. They delivered my car on time and did everything that was quoted and more. My entire car was detailed for free, wow! If youre looking for a body shop thats honest, detail oriented, on time and affordable this is the place to go!

They kept me apprised of progress. The car was in great shape!

Car was repaired here through an insurance claim. Communication was good throughout the process, and received the car back in better condition than it was in before the crash that necessatied the work done. They cleaned up and vacuumed the inside in addition to the external repairs. Very, very pleased with the work they do here.

This is the 2nd time I took my car to DAB and it was not a good experience. I felt rusher to drop my car, then after I dropped my car off no one contacted me about what services needed to be done until I called the following week. When I called the representative didnt share any details on what wrong with the car and had to pull out information on when I was getting my car back. Then the next day, I get a call saying my car was ready. I am confused because the previous person said it wont be done until Friday. The receptionists response was very snappy and rude. When I told her I had to have someone help me return the rental she was like, its your lucky day its ready now. Again feeling rushed. She didnt explain the process of what to do when you pick up a car and returning the rental. Just basically, come get your car and pay your deducible. At that point, I became disgusted and just wanted my car back. I will say that the repair department did an AWESOME job of making the damaged area look new, but I will say the front offices unprofessional matter and lack of communication brings me to this bad rating on customer service. Therefore, I wouldnt use DAB again and wont recommend DAB to my friends and family.

Addendum: after much back and forth and pressure from our insurance company, Diamond did repair all of the issues documented by us. My wife is pleased.Our insurance company, Progressive, had us take the car there for a wiring claim. Diamond Auto Body damaged the car in various parts of the interior. They took pictures of all the defects prior to the repair, and now are claiming that the new damage (see pictures) are not their responsibility. They are saying the insurance company is responsible for the damage that THEY DID. I expect my repairs to be done in a professional manner. If damage is done, I expect the repair company to take ownership of the damage they did. Diamond Auto Body did not!

The staff were actually friendly informative and I highly recommend.

OMG!!! This place is EXCELLENT from the staff to the service is EXCELLENT this body shop was suggested to me through my car insurance Progressive and they did not disappoint, Monica is the BEST I repeat the BEST claim representative ever this was my first experience and she made it the best I was afraid to drive my vehicle eve though I was about 10mins away she prioritized my concern and safety and send me a tow truck and transport my vehicle and me to the shop, I had an issue with the rental since it was memorial weekend and Monica did not gave up on me she called and called until she found me my rental vehicle place there were also an issue from the rental to pick me up and Monica arranged for one of the shop employees to take me there even though they did not have too, my adjuster Salvador was super honest and friendly and answered every question I had made me feel like I was in very good hands (no point intended) LOL, and the ladies from the front desk made my wait time and my experience there phenomenal they make you feel at home and like you are cared for, as far as my car they estimated a week or so and the car was done before that my car looked brand new then cleaned it too and it looks like nothing ever happend Im EXTREMELY SATISFIED this is the best Auto shop in Laurel as far as I know!

This place has some talented associates. My driver side door was smashed on my 2013 altima coupe. It made my car look so ugly. After diamondn auto body was done with it, my car looked brand new like it was just manufactured. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Let me tell you about Diamond auto I came to them because I had front damage to my car and they did a good job and also they detail my car wash my car when I picked up my car look like a brand new car if youre looking for auto body shop this is the place to go.

My car is beautiful and shows no sign of the trauma it received in a massive wreck. They also made the repairs in record time at a reasonable price. They worked directly with my insurance company and even connected with the rental car company to have my temporary ride waiting for me as my injured car was dropped off for service. To make it even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on their work. I was very impressed!

Phenomenal service from beginning to end!! Ive never had such a good experience with any automotive shop, ever. The front desk staff were friendly, quick, and genuinely courteous. They worked with my insurance and the rental car place seamlessly so that everything was just taken care of. Every technician or manager I interacted with was warm and professional, and I never felt talked down to as a woman (which is not always the case with car shops!). The repair work they did was spot on, done within a week, and the manager personally guaranteed I could bring the car back any time in the future if something didnt seem right. So the next week when I did come back in with a question, they were waiting to get my keys and look at it the minute I arrived. I waited in their very comfortable customer area, and then had my vehicle back within 20 minutes. I cant recommend these people highly enough. The shop name is right on, because this place is a gem!

This place is amazing. The staff, the workers, the location. Everything was just fabulous. Fast quick and easy. They fixed my car originally in November and today(May 7) I noticed my one light was unsnapped. I called and they told me to come in today— they fixed it in five minutes and I was on my way. Monica is a dream boat. Every time you call the office she is just friendly and personable 10/10. Randy is a car guru 10/10 for him too! Thanks for everything you lovely folks have done for me.

I took my car to Diamond since it was recommended by my car insurance company as a top provider. The repair was supposed to take a few days but it ended up taking 25 days. In three occasions Diamond called me to pick up the car since they claimed it was ready. Three times I had to decline since they had either not painted sections they had quoted to paint, or the new panels they had replaced had dents. They tried hard, but the experience was very painful. I would not recommend this shop.

This is an AMAZING place! The staff was really nice and helpful and made the time to get to know me a little bit. They were very understanding of my concerns. The mechanics were very professional and got the job done quickly. What sealed the deal for me was the way they cleaned and waxed the exterior of my car and they cleaned every last inch of the interior. All of this was not billed or asked for by me. the car is honestly even nicer then when I got it new! The customer service is phenominal and I could not be happier.

Horrible experience. Got a sideview mirror replaced through my insurance Progressive (just as bad). First off the mirror they gave me was used. It was very stiff when trying to bend it in after i parked. But that was the least of my problems. I noticed the mirror was vibrating alot as i was driving compared to the other mirror that wasnt moving at all. After a day it fell off completely when i went over a speed bump and was hanging from the car by the power cord. I tapped it up and kept moving cause i didnt have time to go straight to the shop. When i do get to the shop they see the missing paint on the corner of the picture i included and tell me its been hit again and i gotta file a new claim. The mirror was never hit again it was just a shabby job or a faulty used mirror but they didnt want to admit that. Mind you the old mirror HAD taken some hits before it oneday got hit hard enough to shatter the glass. Hard to believe if this mirror was put on correctly that it could be knocked off with only a little missing paint. Dont go hear they dont stand by there warranty.

This is one of the best auto body shop in town. I just took my truck there to have my bumper replaced for the second time. I knew by going back a second time I would not be disappointed. Diamond Auto Body Shop also cleaned the outside and inside of my truck and it looks brand new.The staff is awesome very professional and friendly.

Accident car repair

Im extremely pleased with the job Diamond auto body did on my truck. I recently bumped into a pole while backing out of a spot and put a nice dent over the right front fender. I took my truck by Diamond auto body on my way to work and they provided me with a quick, on the spot estimate. Once I left I went just down the street to another shop and they wouldnt even give me an estimate on the spot, I had to schedule an appointment and bring it back, plus they didnt do estimates on Saturday mornings. It was a no brainer to use Diamond for the repair, especially since it was an out of pocket repair and I really liked their outstanding customer service.I dropped my truck off Sunday evening, Monday afternoon I received a text update letting me know the truck would be done Wednesday. Tuesday afternoon I received a call that my truck was ready! I picked the truck up this afternoon and the repair looks perfect, and the icing on the cake, when I got in my truck the entire inside had been cleaned. Win, win!

Well let start by saying that Diamond auto body did a complete color change on my vehicle cost me close to $6000 dollars it was a beautiful job life time warranty etc....very pleased. I came back and spent another $1000 or so on other upgrades. My paint started to fade in certain areas on my car. I took It back and spoke to the owner Aroun he stated no problem that it was covered under warranty and they would take care of it. Now I have been trying to schedule my car for this work and the manager stated that Aroun would need to approve. I have been calling leaving messages for both and have still not gotten a single call back its been over a month. I actually was thinking of getting more work done there while the warranty work was being done..........Very poor customer service!!!! This is not the Diamond Auto Body of old......very dissapointed
