We have had multiple vehicles sent to Roger at Bodylines. They were all done in a timely manner, and they will contact the insurance company for you and make sure the car is repaired safely IF NOT better than it was when it came on.Fantastic teamwork, clean modern building and organized shop.I will continue to have my vehicles worked on with them.Side note: Go in and ask about some custom jobs they have done. Truly top notch

Outstanding quality workmanship! We had over $10,000 damage to our new 4Runner. Belvidere Collision on Newburg Road did a fantastic job matching the color, repairing the damage. They even cleaned it inside and out. We were so happy when we picked it up!!! I would definitely recommended them.

Great place! They took care of everything. What I liked the most was how I felt while I was there. They made us feel welcome he (Roger) took time to not only look at the damage on the car but to talk to my whole family and make sure they were alright after the accident. They kept us informed via text message during repair and our Suburban looks amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don’t go anywhere else! I know I won’t! I can’t say enough about these guys.

All I can say about this place is AWESOME! They made everything so easy and the quality is top notch! But the thing that really made the difference is how the staff (Roger) made me feel about everything. He asked if anyone was hurt in the accident and took the time to listen to what happened.The other places I went for estimates did not ask that. All they wanted to know is when I wanted to drop off the car. If you need ever need your car fixed after an accident dont go anywhere else. I know I wont!

Belvidere Collision did a wonderful job on my car, even washed the whole car and cleaned the inside as well. The total cost was $100 less than the quote I got from them. Nothing but TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!!

Most expensive place around. Will charge you much more than its local competition. These people refuse to answer their phone. You could call daily and still never get a hold of them. Even my insurance had issues reaching them on several occasions. This place never called me to update me on my vehicle. First, they kept my vehicle over a month without updating me. Second time, kept my car two weeks without updating me just to tell me they wont be fixing my issue. Thanks for keeping it so long even though you werent fixing it!! I fought tooth and nail to convince them that I still had issues when my car came back from them. But they fought me just as hard to claim I was wrong. Its an outage how bad the service I received was.This place taxes hard. Seriously expensive. They will not update you. They refuse to answer their phone. Even my insurance cant get ahold of them. My car came back with issues and then I had to turn around and give my car right back to them to finish the job, but they rather fight me on it and not fix it completely even though my insurance is paying for it completely.If you have the option to send your car elsewhere, do it. Dont let your insurance force you into using this facility.
