Top notch auto repair center... I had my car fixed here and everything was flawless. Lauren was very thorough and made sure everything was done right. Some parts took a little longer to come in, however Lauren made sure everything was ready to go before I brought my car in. That way it could be fixed as quickly as possible. Everything looks good as new on my vehicle and I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend Gerber for any automotive repair needs.

My experience with Gerber Collision was absolutely amazing! They fixed my car in a timely manner, kept me updated the entire time, and always answered my questions with such positivity!!! I would like to comment about my experience at the Belvidere facility.I came in for a estimate on my focus se and from the start I couldnt ask for a better experience with Stefanie and Lauren. They were professional and courteous. Not heard of today.They made a appointment for the next day and Enterprise was waiting.They promised 3 days and it was done in 2. The shop was very professional.When I showed up I checked their work and it was perfect. It was detailed inside and out. It looked brand new, like it was when I purchased it.I strongly recommend this facility to everyone.Thank you to everyone involved.Michael Hansen

Had an appointment and got a call pushi g the appointment back. THE NIGHT BEFORE I WAS SUPPOSED TO DROP THE CAR OFF.The people here are nice and honest people though. I would still recommend going here

Our 2016 Ford Explorer was rear-ended a week ago today. We brought it into Gates on Tuesday to get it inspected and to see what damage it had and what repairs it would need. Stephanie did the inspection and wrote up a quote. She was rude and not helpful at all on the phone when explaining my quote. She didn’t notice the damage on the left side of my bumper or the under side. She only noticed chipped paint on my tow package cover. Needless to say we are not going with Gates. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

I made an evening appointment for an estimate,arrived at appointment time (4:45) and was told the person that did the estimates left for the night. A simple call to reschedule or cancel appointment would have been warranted. Thanks for wasting my time

Have had my car for over two weeks. Supposed to be done, got a text saying its be an extra day, then on that day got a text saying it would be another 2 days. Say everything is in final assembly, dont know why you need 2 extra days. Blame it on parts suppliers.

We had gotten in an accident, our insurance sent us to them and they had our wrecked car fixed with in a week !!! . The receptionist lady was phenomenal!!

Did an OK job on the repair but the car was not cleaned inside and outside when it was returned to us. When I left a review to call us back they never did. Its a black car and hard to clean but there was no attempt to clean it with dirty dinner prints all over the paint and they were sloppy with the clear coat because its on the passenger window and it wont come off. We will not go back.
