Auto zone is a great place for all your automotive parts and accessories needs .They offer most parts and accessories in stock but can have most parts not in stock delivered within 24 hours, they also price match with most major competitors and have a great loaner tool program for specialty tools with a cash deposit . They also offer free trouble code diagnostics on all vehicles with obd2 computers.

Went in just a few minutes before closing needing wiper blades and Amy was awesome! Only remember her name because I always wanted to be named Amy as a kid :) Showed us the different options for my car and you would’ve thought it was the start to her day...energetic, knowledgeable and friendly! Her co worker, can’t remember his name was super rad and was able to quickly install them on my car as well and didn’t even want to take the tip I was giving him at first until I insisted. The owners should be proud they have a crew that know what good, old fashioned (because it isn’t as common these days) service is! Thanks guys!

Had amazing help from the guys in there today (specifically Mark). They helped me diagnose my check engine light and helped me find the perfect paint for my truck. Ive never had better customer service at another auto parts store!

These guys are all great! I needed a diagnosis for a check engine light on my 06 Civic. I was told that they let you plug their OBD2 tester in out in the parking lot. I did, found a code for a Mass Air Flow sensor. Bought one and it fixed my problem. They are very knowledgeable about my issue as well. Ill always come back here!

10/5 stars! Dynamite service! Zach helped me choose the right battery and he went far above and beyond service. He helped me choose the right battery and install it. He showed me how to do it and I was very impressed with his expertise and patience. I now feel confident I could accomplish the task on my own. I will definitely be back and I told my Dad and he said to make sure Zach knows he is hero of the day. My Tacoma now purrs like a kitten instead of gasping for air when it starts.

I needed to replace my car battery. The dealership could not see me for weeks out, which was not acceptable given the state of the battery.I went into AutoZone not really knowing what I needed other than a battery of higher quality than the factory stock battery that came with my 2018 vehicle. Dan worked with me to find the right battery. While the best battery for me was not in stock, Dan ordered me the battery and it was at AutoZone the next morning. Zach then did a wonderful job installing the battery and showing me how to do so in the future.I cant say enough about how great my experience was with Dan and Zach. Moving forward this is my auto parts store in Bend.

Good service and most parts in stock that I needed

Had most of what I needed staffs a little inexperienced there sold me the wrong part for a Toyota had to go back and get another filter to keep it from leaking oil so Im not too pleased with that place

Great service and free diagnostics hook up and report but their parts are pretty expensive I needed an O2 sensor and its very steep and price compared to a lot of other places but they had the part they knew what it was they knew where to get it and if they are great to help you but its going to cost you a little bit more and youre probably wont get all that service everywhere so yeah

Needed an alternator so my daughter would not be stuck on the side of the road east of Bend. The manager stayed open long enough for a friend in Bend to go to the store and purchase the alternator. The alternator was replaced by flashlight and she is on her way to Thanksgiving day with us in the valley. Very thankful for the manager saying he would stay open long enough for our friend to make the purchase. Great thanks on Thanksgiving!! Thankful for how God directs in our lives.

I had a low engine and all the auto shops were close d on Easter and I had to drive back another 2 hours Autozone was the only available place I had to go. Didnt expect anything from this store but the staff went above and beyond with their service. Red was very helpful. Also, I want to give a huge shoutout to Shanna who was very helpful, approachable, and pretty accommodating. I highly recommend this store. Thank you guys!

The reason I am giving this review a 4 out of five is because of Jordan the sweet helpful lady who helped us figure somethings out when we have never changed our own oil. We became trapped in the parking lot and the first employee we asked said it was not his job without even a smile or a good luck. That man needs to learn how to help out a lady or even a fellow human who is literally unable to move there car now. Thank you Jordan for coming out and explaining how to properly use the ratchet and teaching is a little more about cars. Give Jordan a raise or promotion!

I was visiting Bend from Montana and my car battery died. On a Sunday. And I had to work until 5. I spoke with Regina on the phone and she was super helpful and said they could help. After work I spoke with Daniel and he confirmed the battery was completely dead (Id been told I needed to replace it but delayed too long). He helped me choose the right battery and with installation. I was in-and-out and on the road back to Montana in less than 15 mins!! This place rocks!!

Depending on the time you come in, there May be a queue for assistance, and even when Ive been the only one there, the phones were keeping the employees on their toes.The staff is very knowledgeable, and wants to help as best they can. Their computer system seems a bit outdated, but thats not the fault of this particular store.Ive always found what Im looking for (unless its immensely obscure) or an adequate substitute here.

Great staff and that makes a huge difference. Their prices are comparable to Oreillys if not better. Is their staff knowledgeable, for preventative maintenance yes; for repair or overhaul work no. Definitely not who you want to talk to about restoring your classic car.

Changing my 5-Star review to a 1-Star review.The part which was a guaranteed fit for my vehicle was not. This was affirmed by two local mechanics. Worst auto supply company in Bend - at least the competition can differentiate car parts.

I was the only person in the store waited at register to pay for my items for 15 mins as the checker answered 4 calls and took orders. Asked if I could pay as I was standing there and was told that the policy is “that answering the phones took priority over customers in the store.” Will never return. Fix your policies.

So one of the workers idk name all I know is purple hair decided to take it upon herself to seek personal relationship advice with my husband and exchanged numbers yesterday idk who gave who the number but its extremely inappropriate in my opinion and I likely wont be back in and neither will my husband unless that worker is transferred to madras or elsewhere, not that anyone needs to know but my husband and I are in counseling as it is and neither of us really have any real means to be giving relationship advice on the first place 🤷‍♀️

Ive been several times, and the customer service has been great. In fact, the last time I went in I bought wiper blades, and they installed them for me while I paid for them! The prices a good, and the service will keep me coming back.

If you need a job where you dont have to do anything this is the place to work. Been in there numerous times to see if they had what I needed. 20 min wait minimum. Doesnt matter if there is a line of 5+ people waiting or 1. Most commonly two or 3 employees are hiding in the isles talking to each other one is on a computer talking to someone that isnt work related. Then you have the one that is actually helping a customer zero urgency to get the line moving but helping in such a way that your board and trying to kill time until the end of the day. If it was a privately owned small business it would of been shut down years ago. Even if you try to call in first there is a wait most of the time (2 times out of 7 I didnt have to wait on hold for more than 5min) and they tell you they have the part in stock. Imeaditly head to the store to pick it up... 20 min wait (3 customers were in the store) ask for said part and they dont have it they looked up the incorrect part but it can be there tomorrow... Dont waste your time here effort is something that doesnt exist at this location.

I bought some chains here and was assured they were the ones I wanted. I provided the tire size and specs as well as the make and model of vehicle. They ended up being much too large and smashing up my fenders even after having them installed and tightened by a autozone employee. I tried to return them 25 days later without receipt but was reject because they had been used. I would leave one star if it hadnt have been for the nice employee who tried to help me install them in the parking lot in a blizzard. Out $100.

Overall: Shocked and Frustrated at terrible service. For a major auto parts distributor, one would assume the employees would be knowledgeable about parts! Go anywhere but AutoZone in Bend.

The parts guys there are very helpfull as well as availability. I needed a rack bushing for my toyota Camry AutoZone had a listing and ordered it for me ..worked out really well...

We order a ridiculous amount of parts every month! AutoZone employees and managers have taken great care of us since we switched accounts. I spent 10s of thousands through OReilly Auto Parts parts for the last 2 years. Then I started comparing prices... My new technician recommended AutoZone. Autozone has saved me several thousand in the last several months. Do whats best on your pocket... Go to AutoZone. Their staff is helpful too! ;-)

I love Autozone dont get me wrong .But this store here in bend is full of the most unfriendly, unhelpful staff I have ever seen at any autozone I have gone to.

Absolute dunces. Cant tell a turbo encabulator from a reciprocating dinglearm. Order parts here only if whenever is fine for you. If youre told a certain time or day that your parts will arrive, ignore it and get them from another reputable parts house. Ive done business here more than once and have always been disappointed. Two stars because these retards make me feel pretty smart.

Employees know auto parts and will diagnose your cars check engine light upon asking for free..If you need a part they carry but they dont have it,they will order for you to be picked up next business day.
