He answered all our questions and helped us choose the right awning and features to match our needs.Arrival of the Awning was actually sooner than the expected lead time. The installation team came on time on the appointed day and worked steadily until the installation was done. The were courteous, friendly, knowledgable and thoroughly professional. technicians. They tested the operation of the awning multiple times and adjusted it to our desired inclination for our deck. Also gave me a tutorial on use of the remote, the operation and adjustment of the wind sensor, and use of the auxiliary hand crank. They cleaned up all wrapping and debris and left the site spotless.We are thoroughly pleased with both the product and service provided by Shade on Demand, and would recommend them to anyone looking for exterior shades or awnings.

Excellent product. You know when you build a view house looking toward the mountains, unfortunately you will get the blasting sunlight. These shades are fantastic! They are nicely situated on the outside with a sleek canister. Doesn’t not detract from the beauty of the outside of our modern designed house. We have four separate areas we screened. Love the remote. I can choose one shade at a time or all. Can stop mid way or whatever is needed. What I really love is that I can still see out of them. I don’t feel like I’m in a dark cave. I appreciated all of the professional help we received in choosing this product. The installation crew were stellar!

End of May 2019We built our new home in the Falls at Eagle Crest in 2018-2019. Our southern facing patio needed shade from the sun streaming into the great room. We found Jeff to be great to work with including a follow-up correction to the bid after it was presented.His installation team from John Nitcher Construction was incredible. They finished the job in just over a day and on site cleanliness and attention to detail were outstanding.We looked at multiple pergolas in the area and were sold on the structural integrity of the material and installation. In needing outside sunshades over four windows to protect furniture in the living room, and a privacy screen of Sunbrella material in our back patio area, we worked with Jeff on options with the shade materials and our individual need. Their installer John was excellent in installing the sun shades, but especially with the privacy screen for which he used his skills to match the design elements of the house in building the privacy screen support structure. Very satisfied.

Exterior shade was installed promptly and professionally, also came with a seven year warranty which shows the product is well put together and built to last. Definitely has cooled my room down a bit, which is a must for my house since I have no A/C.
