I really want to give a 5 star rating because the sandwiches are really good but I cant due to the service.I have been to the south location 3 times in the past 2 weeks and the first 2 times I got someone elses order. By the time I realized it, it was to late because already on the other side of town. The 3rd time I was there I ordered the eye opener with avocado. As I walked out I checked to make sure it was the right order and this time it was right but they forgot the avocado. As I walked back in I put the sandwich on the counter and waited for someone to Acknowledge me. One Female employee turned around and gave me a dirty look. Eventually somebody came over and asked me How they can help me. I told them the problem and I fixed it right away.

Best bagels ever. I like the bacon eye opener on a bacon cheddar bagel.

Walked in and was ignored with several other customers. I am very disappointed in the customer service here. It takes a second to look up and engage with customers and thats not happening here. Please train your employees better.

Would love to get some bagels but none of the stores are answering their phones so that’s disappointing. Not even a voicemail?

Ive only tried their jalapeno bagel BLT. It was almost life changing lol. Only bummer is they close eatly.

I used to come here on my lunch all the time but now they NEVER answer the phone. So I can’t ever call ahead for my order. Also compared to other locations the employees here always seem so put off. Good quality but I won’t be returning to this location anymore. The others are great!

Great sandwich options for breakfast and lunch. They have some pizza bagel sandwiches as well, which I have yet to try but hoping to soon. Just a small plain interior, mostly set up to pick up and go but there are some small seating options. Friendly service and great bagel flavors along with fresh cream cheese options.

I have coming here every weekday morning for breakfast for the last three years. I work right next door. Have been served with out any issues. We are now over 6 month into a “mandatory” mask ordinance from our state governor. This morning I was asked to not step back into the store until I wear a mask. Told they would not serve me. I would like to mention that I have been in and out of your store over 100 times with out a mask since this started and there had never been an issue. Your infringing on my rights and my health. Sad to see

Cool spot for a bagel or bagel sandwich. Fresh and tasty with fast friendly service. Plenty of room in the small dining room or take it to go. Prices fair.

My wife and I absolutely love this place. The folks behind the counter are super friendly and sociable. Its a great place for a morning bite and they have a surprising amount of options. If youre going on a weekend be sure to get in early because some of their bagels sell out fast!

The bagels are great, the bagel sandwiches are perfect!!!! The breakfast was yummy and affordable! Less than the same type at McDonald’s!!!

Best bagel shop I have ever been to. We stopped in bend for the night and boy am I glad we stopped by here for breakfast. The pizza bagel was to die for. We ended up leaving with a half dozen bagels and a package of their cinnamon honey cream cheese so we can enjoy this at home.

Poor service; waited at the order counter 5+ minutes before even being greeted. After another wait (several orders in front of ours), our bagels were barely warm when we finally did get them. We could have taken our food without paying; the crew seemed very disorganized. If there was another bagel chain in bend Id try them first.

Love it here! Go here every time I go to Bend, really good bagel sandwiches called the eye opener. I get the jalapeno cheese bagel which has a really good spice to it. Loved it

I frequent big o- they have super tasty bagel sammies and good coffee, a very convenient location, and great customer service. That said, be flexible with your order- they were out of espresso beans and then turkey and tomato the past two times I stopped by. Tough news, since I wanted a latte and a turkey BLT. And their BLTs are pretty nice. Might be isolated incidents and theres plenty of other swell options on the menu, but will definitely have a backup order next time!!

Went there for the first time thinking itd be good...I was wrong. There were 2 people ahead of me and it took the workers more than 5 minutes to get an order of a Dozen bagels (not cooked just to put them in a bag). After I ordered I went to the register and waited for 10 mintues for someone so I can pay. While I waited for someone a customer at the back of the line cut everybody and tried to pay first. When an employee came to the register I told her I was there first and she ignored me and helped the customer that cut everyone. Also all the people that came in after me left before me, I only ordered two bagels. Complete disorganization. I will never go back there and I will never recommend this store to anyone.

For being a bagel place outside of New York and New Jersey, its not that bad. Its not amazing, but its not bad. They have pretty good sandwiches. And they sell day olds for a good price.

Bagels are good. Attitude of employees tho. Tried to order a latte today. Too busy to make it. Oh...ok. sure.... Why offer a service if you cant provid it. So weird.

Normally its pretty tasty. This time it wasnt. The employees were slow, inattentive, and gave us lettuce that was wilted and brown. I think I will go to the one on Galveston from now on.

Disappointed doesnt begin to cover it. Arriving 5 minutes before a line of 5 people, my 1 sandwich finished after 3 people, the cook didnt wear gloves for all five sandwiches, the cashier wasnt friendly, polite, or anything short of bland and disinterested.When a customer that comes Im before you, tells you that their sandwich was ordered after 3 peoples and was served first and they have better manners than the serving staff. Cudos to the customer, disguisted by the service and establishment. Never again.

Great bagels, fantastic bagel sadwiches..we love the breakfast sandwiches...but if you go in at peak times be prepared to wait as it is a small place and can get very busy.
